[0002]背景技术:现有用于处理垃圾的装置较多,名称为“垃圾焚烧炉”、专利申请号为201510930491.4的专利申请就是其中的一个。它主要包括设有焚烧室的炉体、设置在焚烧室上部的进料部、设置在焚烧室底部的排料部以及设置在炉体侧面的蓄火室,蓄火室与焚烧炉之间设有连通部,炉体的下部设有出风口朝向连通部的风机。该种垃圾焚烧炉在使用中存在的不足是:1、环保状况较差,这在于该炉的排烟管直接装在焚烧室上方的炉顶上,燃烧后的烟气直接从排烟管排到炉外的空间,对环境造成严重污染;2、燃烧效率不是太高,这主要在于,从排烟管直排出去的烟气一是温度较高,含有不少的热量,二是排出的烟气中有不少没燃烧完全的气体,这两者直接影响着它的燃烧效率。
[0003]发明内容:本发明的目的在于,针对现有“垃圾焚烧炉”在使用中存在的上述不足,而提出一种无害化垃圾焚烧炉,它不仅可做到无烟尘排放,利于环保,而且具有很高的燃烧效率,在引燃之后,就再无需外部的燃料。

[0011 ]本发明的效果在于:1、环保状况非常好,可达到对外无废气排放;这在于,本装置中设置了由循环烟管、水箱、变频风机构成的循环装置,而炉体为气化炉结构,垃圾在炉体中气化,气化的气体和在炉体内经过燃烧的部分气体通过循环装置不断的循环送入到炉膛中再次高温燃烧,使得其中的对环境有害的一氧化碳、氢气、甲烷和剧毒的二噁英等在经850度以上高温燃烧后除去,从而达到无废气排放;另外,在循环过程中,水箱中的水会对从循环气体进行洗涤,去除循环气体中的烟尘;2、燃烧效率高,其一在于,气化后的气体,经多次循环反复燃烧,使得燃烧非常充分,另外,循环气体在流经水箱时,会对其内的水进行部分气化,该气化的水蒸气进入炉体后,在高温下分解为氧气和氢气,进一步促进燃烧,从而使得燃烧效率提高;3、节省燃料,本装置除了在最初需要一些燃料供垃圾气化使装置进入正常运行,其后就不再需要外来的燃料,因为,本装置有很高的燃烧效率,它可将垃圾内的所有有机物进行气化并充分完全的燃烧,这些热能足够维持装置的正常运行,从而可节省很多燃料。

[0014]参见附图1,一种无害化垃圾焚烧炉,它主要由炉体1、炉顶盖2、炉排3、炉膛4、炉门
5、进料口 6、补风进口 7、废气排口 8、废气净化器9、循环烟管10、烟气净化器11、变频风机12、风机13组成。进料口 6设在炉体I顶部。补风进口 7、废气排口 8设在炉体I下部的侧壁。炉体I顶端部设有环形水槽14,炉顶盖2的周边端插在环形水槽14中,环形水槽14的功能在于密封。炉排3设在炉体I内腔下部。炉膛4设在炉排3上方。炉门5设在炉体I中部的侧壁。循环烟管10—端与炉体I上部的内腔连接,另一端插在烟气净化器11中。变频风机12通过管道一端与炉膛4的侧壁连接,另一端与烟气净化器11连接。风机13通过管道与补风进口 7连接。废气排口 8通过管道与废气净化器9连接。为防止垃圾在下料时,把炉膛4中的火压灭,在炉排3的上方的炉腔中设有副炉排15。为利于炉腔中的烟气进入循环烟管10和去除烟气中的尘粒,在炉体I上部对应循环烟管11进口处的炉壁上设有环形槽16,环形槽16的开口端设有滤网。为提高燃烧效果,炉膛4由夹层构成,炉膛4的内壁上设有通孔17,通孔17按环形分层均匀布置,最低层的通孔17离炉排3的距离为7〜10cm,层与层之间相隔3〜5cm,通孔直径为3〜10mm。烟气净化器11为一盛了水的水箱,水箱内的水面离箱内顶面5〜10cm。循环烟管10插在水箱中的端口离水箱中的水面0.2cm。为补充适量氧气,烟气净化器11的顶面设有可控制口径大小的通孔18。
[0015]本装置的运行流程是:将部分引燃燃料(引燃燃料可以是木材、煤炭等燃料)通过炉门5放入炉膛4中,将垃圾从进料口6倒入炉腔中,垃圾一部分被副炉排15挡住,另一部分落入炉膛4中;将引燃燃料引燃,靠近引燃燃料的垃圾与引燃燃料一起燃烧,上部的垃圾则在高温下进行气化,燃烧的烟气和气化的气体一道经循环烟管10、烟气净化器11、变频风机12被送入炉膛4中再次燃烧,该循环不断往复;根据燃烧的情况,可往炉内通过风机13和通孔18输入外部空气(增加燃烧中的氧气)。部分废气通过废气排口 8进入废气净化器9中经净化后排入空中。
