本发明公开了一种装饰纸浸胶装置，包括浸胶槽，所述浸胶槽的内部设置有导热板，所述导热板的内部分别设置有第一牵引辊和第二牵引辊，所述第二牵引辊位于第一牵引辊的右侧，所述导热板的内部分别设置有第三牵引辊和第四牵引辊，所述第四牵引辊位于第三牵引辊右侧，所述第三牵引辊和第四牵引辊均位于第一牵引辊和第二牵引辊的下侧，所述浸胶槽的内部装有胶浆，且胶浆的液面高于第三牵引辊和第四牵引辊。该装饰纸浸胶装置，通过在浸胶槽内设置上下平行的牵引辊，从而使装饰纸更加均匀的接触胶浆，通过浸胶槽底部设有的加热管，可以使浸胶槽保持适宜的温度，从而提高胶浆的流动性，提高上胶效果，从而提高成品的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及浸胶技术领域，具体为一种装饰纸浸胶装置。
背景技术
装饰纸是很多建材产品中必不可少的原料，如家具、橱柜用到的低压板、高压板，还有防火板、地板等。装饰纸在产品结构中是放在表层纸下面，主要起提供花纹图案的装饰作用和防止底层胶液渗现的覆盖作用。这层要求纸张具有良好的遮盖力，浸渍性和印刷性能。装饰纸要求表面平滑，有良好吸收性和适应性，有底色的要求色调均匀，彩色的要求颜色鲜艳。
在装饰纸的表面处理如涂层、印染等生产加工过程中，一般需要采用浸渍方法来提高装饰纸的强度，现有的浸渍处理一般采用浸胶槽，直接将装饰纸穿过浸胶槽，以达到浸胶的目的，由于胶浆的流动性非常差，导致上胶效果非常差，而且直接穿过浸胶槽，浸胶也不均匀，导致成品质量较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种装饰纸浸胶装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种装饰纸浸胶装置，包括浸胶槽，所述浸胶槽的内部设置有导热板，所述导热板的内部分别设置有第一牵引辊和第二牵引辊，所述第二牵引辊位于第一牵引辊的右侧，所述导热板的内部分别设置有第三牵引辊和第四牵引辊，所述第四牵引辊位于第三牵引辊右侧，所述第三牵引辊和第四牵引辊均位于第一牵引辊和第二牵引辊的下侧，所述浸胶槽的内部装有胶浆，且胶浆的液面高于第三牵引辊和第四牵引辊，所述浸胶槽的一侧设置有进料管，所述浸胶槽的另一侧设置有出料口，所述浸胶槽的顶部固定连接有风机，所述风机的输出端连通有进气管，所述进气管远离风机的一端依次贯穿浸胶槽和导热板并延伸到导热板的内部，所述浸胶槽的内壁底部与导热板的底部留有缝隙，所述缝隙的内部设置有加热管，且加热管与浸胶槽的内壁底部固定连接，所述加热管的顶部固定连接有铝箔片。
优选的，所述浸胶槽内壁的顶部固定连接有刮胶板。
优选的，所述加热管的数量为十二个，且十二个加热管等距离排列。
优选的，所述进气管的形状呈L状。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：该装饰纸浸胶装置，通过在浸胶槽内设置上下平行的牵引辊，从而使装饰纸更加均匀的接触胶浆，通过浸胶槽底部设有的加热管，可以使浸胶槽保持适宜的温度，从而提高胶浆的流动性，提高上胶效果，从而提高成品的质量。

请参阅图1，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种装饰纸浸胶装置，包括浸胶槽1，浸胶槽1内壁的顶部固定连接有刮胶板14，刮胶板14可以刮去装饰纸表面多余的胶浆，浸胶槽1的内部设置有导热板2，导热板2能均匀的传导热量，导热板2的内部分别设置有第一牵引辊3和第二牵引辊4，第二牵引辊4位于第一牵引辊3的右侧，导热板2的内部分别设置有第三牵引辊5和第四牵引辊6，第四牵引辊6位于第三牵引辊5的右侧，第三牵引辊5和第四牵引辊6均位于第一牵引辊3和第二牵引辊4的下侧，浸胶槽1的内部装有胶浆，且胶浆的液面高于第三牵引辊5和第四牵引辊6，浸胶槽1的一侧设置有进料管7，浸胶槽1的另一侧设置有出料口8，浸胶槽1的顶部固定连接有风机9，风机9的输出端连通有进气管10，进气管10远离风机9的一端依次贯穿浸胶槽1和导热板2并延伸到导热板2的内部，浸胶槽1的内壁底部与导热板2的底部留有缝隙11，缝隙11的内部设置有加热管12，加热管12可以使浸胶槽1保持适宜的温度，从而提高胶浆的流动性，提高上胶效果，从而提高成品的质量，加热管12的数量为十二个，且十二个加热管12等距离排列，且加热管12与浸胶槽1的内壁底部固定连接，加热管12的顶部固定连接有铝箔片13。
使用时：当装饰纸浸胶装置使用时，装饰纸通过进料管7进入浸胶槽1的内部，在第一牵引辊3、第二牵引辊4、第三牵引辊5和第四牵引辊6的配合使用下使装饰纸充分的进行浸胶处理，加热管12可以维持浸胶槽1内部的温度，从而使胶浆的流动性增大，提高上胶效果，风机9能有效吹干装饰纸表面的胶浆，避免对成品造成影响。

1.一种装饰纸浸胶装置，包括浸胶槽（1），其特征在于：所述浸胶槽（1）的内部设置有导热板（2），所述导热板（2）的内部分别设置有第一牵引辊（3）和第二牵引辊（4），所述第二牵引辊（4）位于第一牵引辊（3）的右侧，所述导热板（2）的内部分别设置有第三牵引辊（5）和第四牵引辊（6），所述第四牵引辊（6）位于第三牵引辊（5）的右侧，所述第三牵引辊（5）和第四牵引辊（6）均位于第一牵引辊（3）和第二牵引辊（4）的下侧，所述浸胶槽（1）的内部装有胶浆，且胶浆的液面高于第三牵引辊（5）和第四牵引辊（6），所述浸胶槽（1）的一侧设置有进料管（7），所述浸胶槽（1）的另一侧设置有出料口（8），所述浸胶槽（1）的顶部固定连接有风机（9），所述风机（9）的输出端连通有进气管（10），所述进气管（10）远离风机（9）的一端依次贯穿浸胶槽（1）和导热板（2）并延伸到导热板（2）的内部，所述浸胶槽（1）的内壁底部与导热板（2）的底部留有缝隙（11），所述缝隙（11）的内部设置有加热管（12），且加热管（12）与浸胶槽（1）的内壁底部固定连接，所述加热管（12）的顶部固定连接有铝箔片（13）；
所述浸胶槽（1）内壁的顶部固定连接有刮胶板（14），所述加热管（12）的数量为十二个，且十二个加热管（12）等距离排列。
