本发明公开了一种新型环氧防腐地坪漆,该地坪漆包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂50‑70份、共缩聚树脂18‑26份、丙二醇单丁醚4‑9份、环氧固化剂4.5‑6.5份、水杨酸4‑6份、月桂基硫酸镁5‑8份、苯丙乳液11‑14份、聚丙烯蜡8‑13份、碳酸铝粉6‑12份、肌醇六磷酸酶5‑8份、聚醋酸乙烯酯9‑15份、碳酸锶粉4‑7份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷5‑11份、羟乙基纤维素11‑14份、对甲苯磺酸3‑5份、环氧分散剂5‑9份。本发明环氧防腐地坪漆具有良好的耐磨性和耐高温性能,提高涂层与地坪之间的结合强度,改善在各种温度下的固化速度,且还具有很好的耐水性和抗化学腐蚀性。

一种新型环氧防腐地坪漆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种地坪漆,尤其涉及一种新型环氧防腐地坪漆。
背景技术
地坪漆最早是由德国于1934年发明,主要是由油料、树料、颜色、溶剂等制成,主要分为装饰性地坪漆、重防腐地坪漆、耐重载地坪漆等。地坪漆由多种不同物质经混合、溶解、分散等许多道生产工艺制造而组成。地坪漆具有亮丽、真实、美观、耐磨、防水、防腐等特点。地坪漆由多种不同物质经混合、溶解、分散等许多道生产工艺制造而组成。按地坪漆各组分的作用不同,一般可分主要膜物质,次要成膜物质和辅助成膜物质。上个世纪中后期开始,欧美出现了许多洁净车间地坪,如环氧地坪,耐磨地坪等,到后来,这些地坪逐渐进入各个国家,如今,在一些工厂,停车场,实验室的应用更为普遍。地坪漆涂料发展至今,因其具有优良的物理机械性能,电绝缘性能,耐化学腐蚀等性能,在国民经济的各个领域得到了广泛应用,其产量不断增加,质量不断提高,新品种不断涌现。我国地坪漆的环氧树脂原料开发和应用研究发展迅速,由年生产能力不足1.5万吨发展到30万吨左右。地坪漆发展的总体趋势是产能快速增长,生产趋向集中;产品向系列化,功能化发展,质量普遍提高;适应国际市场需求变化,强化特种树脂和配套助剂的开发。我国最大的地坪漆消费市场是涂料领域。目前我国涂料领域年消费地坪漆占总消费量的32%。目前,地坪漆行业竞争激烈,但是产品价格的竞争不如“价值竞争”。满足客户的价值分向上的和向下的两种,向上的价值,追求的是性价比,更节省时间,更高效率、快乐的过程,更安全可靠等优势。据专家介绍,向下的价值是指更低的价格竞争,价格一直向下降,没有最低,只有更低,直到企业无利可图,导致更多企业偷工减料,降质降量,产品出现恶性发展。随着市场经济的不断发展,竞争也是愈演愈烈,如今地坪涂料行业,在2012年市场环境不景气的状况下,地坪企业要如何面对市场的竞争?其本质还有是要回到客户的价值,原材料价格不断增长,企业仅靠缩减开支会越来越难易支撑,因此向下的价值不宜发展,那该如何在市场上立足呢?那就需要在企业的技术和产能上都得到了发展,从传统的防渗、防尘、便于消毒和清洁等功能逐步升级到具有装饰美观性,艺术性和环保性能化等方面迈进。
防腐地坪漆,其主要适合防腐罐、重型机械表面处理及化工企业易腐蚀区域的地坪,石油工业的防腐工程及污水池化学池等。抗渗透性强,耐强酸、碱、盐及各种有机溶剂,表面硬度高,致密性好。可经受叉车、卡车长期碾压,使地面重度耐腐蚀、耐强酸碱、耐化学溶剂、耐冲击、防地面龟裂。适用范围:电镀厂、电池厂、化工厂、电解池、制药厂、酸碱中和池等场所的地面、墙面及设备表面。而目前地坪漆种类主要分为环氧树脂地坪漆,丙烯酸地坪漆,聚氨酯地坪漆。其中环氧地坪漆价格比较便宜,而且漆膜的物流性能比较优异,主要缺点就是不耐阳光,只能在室内施工使用,并且施工时要注意窗口门口等地方阳光及雨水的影响。目前地坪漆分为溶剂型和无溶剂型,溶剂型地坪涂料在施工时对基材湿度和环境湿度要求较高;无溶剂型的水性地坪对基材和环境湿度没有太大要求,因其不燃不爆的性质,在生产、运输、贮存、施工等环节更加安全环保,但是,相比溶剂型地坪涂料,水性地坪具有漆膜致密性低、施工性差等缺点,市场份额较小。随着现代科学技术和生产的迅速发展,对厂房、车间、实验室等地坪提出越来越高的要求那就需要对地坪漆的性能提出更高的要求。因此,需要研发出一种能克服上面所述问题的水性环氧防腐地坪漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型环氧防腐地坪漆。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种新型环氧防腐地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂50-70份、共缩聚树脂18-26份、丙二醇单丁醚4-9份、环氧固化剂4.5-6.5份、水杨酸4-6份、月桂基硫酸镁5-8份、苯丙乳液11-14份、聚丙烯蜡8-13份、碳酸铝粉6-12份、肌醇六磷酸酶5-8份、聚醋酸乙烯酯9-15份、碳酸锶粉4-7份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷5-11份、羟乙基纤维素11-14份、对甲苯磺酸3-5份、环氧分散剂5-9份。
其还包含柠檬酸三丁酯3.5-7.5份。
其还包含硅微粉10-15份。
其还包含媲麻油10-16份。
本发明的制备工艺为常规工艺,无任何技术改进,为本领域普通技术人员熟练掌握。
有益效果:本发明环氧防腐地坪漆具有良好的耐磨性和耐高温性能,提高涂层与地坪之间的结合强度,改善在各种温度下的固化速度,且还具有很好的耐水性和抗化学腐蚀性。

实施例1
本实施例的环氧防腐地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂70份、共缩聚树脂26份、丙二醇单丁醚9份、环氧固化剂6.5份、水杨酸6份、月桂基硫酸镁8份、苯丙乳液14份、聚丙烯蜡13份、碳酸铝粉12份、肌醇六磷酸酶8份、聚醋酸乙烯酯15份、碳酸锶粉7份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷11份、羟乙基纤维素14份、对甲苯磺酸5份、环氧分散剂9份。
实施例2
本实施例的环氧防腐地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂50份、共缩聚树脂18份、丙二醇单丁醚4-9份、环氧固化剂4.5份、水杨酸4份、月桂基硫酸镁5份、苯丙乳液11份、聚丙烯蜡8-13份、碳酸铝粉6份、肌醇六磷酸酶5份、聚醋酸乙烯酯9份、碳酸锶粉4份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷5份、羟乙基纤维素11份、对甲苯磺酸3份、环氧分散剂5份、柠檬酸三丁酯3.5份。

1.一种新型环氧防腐地坪漆,其特征在于包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂50-70份、共缩聚树脂18-26份、丙二醇单丁醚4-9份、环氧固化剂4.5-6.5份、水杨酸4-6份、月桂基硫酸镁5-8份、苯丙乳液11-14份、聚丙烯蜡8-13份、碳酸铝粉6-12份、肌醇六磷酸酶5-8份、聚醋酸乙烯酯9-15份、碳酸锶粉4-7份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷5-11份、羟乙基纤维素11-14份、对甲苯磺酸3-5份、环氧分散剂5-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型环氧防腐地坪漆,其特征在于:其还包含柠檬酸三丁酯3.5-7.5份。
