本发明涉及一种自动取书装置。它包括分别设于书架（3）前后两侧的前、后滑轨（11、21）；所述前、后滑轨（11、21）上分别设有前、后滑块（12、22）；所述前、后滑块（12、22）上分别设有前、后上下滑轨（13、23）；所述前、后上下滑轨（13、23）上分别连接有前、后伸缩臂（14、24）；所述前伸缩臂（14）上设有前抓手（15）；所述后伸缩臂（24）上设有后推手（25）。本发明可实现精确、快速地自动化取用图书，简化取书方式，大大提高效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及图书馆取书装置，尤其涉及一种自动取书装置。
背景技术
目前，随着图书馆在人们日常的学习、工作、生活中的作用不断增大，图书馆的藏书量也在逐渐增大。因受到图书馆可用面积所限制，图书馆为了扩大收藏量，相应地增加了书架高度，也导致了取书困难、费力。
在现代化图书馆内，为方便管理数量庞大、种类繁多的各类图书，人们按照属性、类别等标准，将各类图书分到图书馆中不同的、固定的区域和位置。而当需要取用具体的某一图书时，则还必须要经过人工精确查找。在数量庞大的某一类书籍中精确查找，也是一件繁琐、量大、低效率的工作。如何实现具体某一书籍的快速查找和取用，也是有待解决的又一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动取书装置，它可实现精确、快速地自动化取用图书，简化取书方式，大大提高效率。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现：
一种自动取书装置，其特征在于：它包括分别设于书架前后两侧的前、后滑轨；所述前、后滑轨上分别设有前、后滑块；所述前、后滑块上分别设有前、后上下滑轨；所述前、后上下滑轨上分别连接有前、后伸缩臂；所述前伸缩臂上设有前抓手；所述后伸缩臂上设有后推手。
作为进一步优化，上述前伸缩臂上还增设有条码扫描仪。
作为再进一步优化，上述自动取书装置，还包括有步进电机和滚珠丝杠；所述步进电机带动所述滚珠丝杠进行驱动，分别实现带动上述前、后滑块和上述前、后伸缩臂进行运动。
本发明具有以下有益效果：
本发明提供了一种自动取书装置，它实现了能精确、快速地找到需要取出的书籍位置；在取用某一图书过程中，限制了其旁边书籍的移动或掉落；实现了把所需书籍夹住、取出、送到需要的位置等连续操作过程的全自动化，简化了取书方式，特别适用于较高书架的取书过程，大大提高了效率。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行具体描述，在此指出以下实施例只用于对本发明进行进一步说明，不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制，本领域的技术熟练人员可以根据上述发明内容对本发明作出一些非本质的改进和调整。
实施例1
如说明书附图1-4所示，一种自动取书装置，它包括分别设于书架3前后两侧的前滑轨11、后滑轨21；前滑轨11、后滑轨21上分别设有前滑块12、后滑块22；前滑块12、后滑块22上分别设有前上下滑轨13、后上下滑轨23；前上下滑轨13、后上下滑轨23上分别连接有前伸缩臂14、后伸缩臂24；前伸缩臂14上设有前抓手15；后伸缩臂24上设有后推手25；前伸缩臂14上还增设有条码扫描仪16；该自动取书装置，还包括有步进电机17和滚珠丝杠18；步进电机17带动滚珠丝杠18进行驱动，分别实现带动前滑块12、后滑块22，以及前伸缩臂14、后伸缩臂24进行运动。
本例中的自动取书装置的工作原理：通过结合可沿着书架3左右移动的前、后滑块12、22与可沿着书架3上下移动的前、后伸缩臂14、24，以及条码扫描仪16扫描书本侧面条码，精确、快速地找到了需要取出的书籍位置；前抓手15打开合适的开口、伸长前伸缩臂14，将前抓手15伸到距离书籍附近1mm位置停止，即限制了旁边书籍的移动或掉落，后推手25也行进到对应书籍位置停止，伸长后伸缩臂24由后推手25慢慢伸长到接触书籍位置，再慢慢继续伸长60mm，将所需书籍推出，由前抓手15夹紧，即实现了把书籍夹住，前、后伸缩臂14、24缩回，即实现了把所需书籍取出，最后由前、后滑轨11、21送到需要的位置。

1.一种自动取书装置，其特征在于：它包括分别设于书架(3)前后两侧的前、后滑轨(11、21)，以及步进电机(17)和滚珠丝杠(18)；所述前、后滑轨(11、21)上分别设有前、后滑块(12、22)；所述前、后滑块(12、22)上分别设有前、后上下滑轨(13、23)；所述前、后上下滑轨(13、23)上分别连接有前、后伸缩臂(14、24)；所述前伸缩臂(14)上设有前抓手(15)；所述前抓手(15)包括有两个相对设置的夹板，且两个相对设置的夹板可相对远离或靠近；所述后伸缩臂(24)上设有后推手(25)；所述前伸缩臂(14)上还增设有条码扫描仪(16)；所述步进电机(17)带动所述滚珠丝杠(18)进行驱动，分别实现带动所述前、后滑块(12、22)和所述前、后伸缩臂(14、24)进行运动。
