本发明公开了一种快速消热隔音棉，包括：上下粘合在一起的第一聚酯纤维隔音棉层和第二聚酯纤维隔音棉层，所述第一聚酯纤维隔音棉层包括：第一上表面和第一下表面，所述第二聚酯纤维隔音棉层包括：第二上表面和第二下表面，所述第一上表面和第二下表面均呈平面结构，所述第一下表面和第二上表面均呈波浪型结构，所述第一下表面与第二上表面连接的空腔内填充有制冷凝胶。通过上述方式，本发明除了具有优异的隔音效果外，还具有快速消热性能，避免隔音棉内部热能堆积而损伤贴附有隔音棉的零部件。

Description

一种快速消热隔音棉
技术领域
本发明涉及隔音棉领域，特别是涉及一种快速消热隔音棉。
背景技术
众所周知，汽车在怠速、加速或不同路面行驶状态下而产生的噪声，经底盘和车体产生共振或共鸣后将噪声放大而传入车内，令驾乘者感到不适。隔音棉可以将噪声振动能转化为隔音棉内部的细旦纤维的动能并导成热能而消失，达到吸音降噪的功能，因而隔音棉被广泛应用于汽车制造行业，但是在吸音过程中隔音棉内部往往会产生较高的热能，当热能集聚到一定程度时会对贴附隔音棉的汽车零部件造成损伤。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种快速消热隔音棉，能够解决现有隔音棉散热性能差的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种快速消热隔音棉，包括：上下粘合在一起的第一聚酯纤维隔音棉层和第二聚酯纤维隔音棉层，所述第一聚酯纤维隔音棉层包括：第一上表面和第一下表面，所述第二聚酯纤维隔音棉层包括：第二上表面和第二下表面，所述第一上表面和第二下表面均呈平面结构，所述第一下表面和第二上表面均呈波浪型结构，所述第一下表面与第二上表面连接的空腔内填充有制冷凝胶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述第一上表面上压合有防水薄膜层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述波浪型第一下表面的波峰高度H1为0.5-2mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述波浪型第二上表面的波谷高度H2为0.5-2mm。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明由双层聚酯纤维隔音棉粘合而成，且在第一聚酯纤维隔音棉与第二聚酯纤维隔音棉连接形成的空腔内填充有制冷凝胶，可以使本发明隔音棉除了具有优异的隔音效果外，还具有快速消热性能，避免隔音棉内部热能堆积而损伤贴附有隔音棉的零部件。

一种快速消热隔音棉，包括：上下粘合在一起的第一聚酯纤维隔音棉层1和第二聚酯纤维隔音棉层2，所述第一聚酯纤维隔音棉层1包括：第一上表面11和第一下表面12，所述第二聚酯纤维隔音棉层2包括：第二上表面21和第二下表面22，所述第一上表面11和第二下表面22均呈平面结构，所述第一下表面12和第二上表面21均呈波浪型结构，所述第一下表面12与第二上表面21连接的空腔内填充有制冷凝胶3，能够快速消除隔音棉内聚集的热量。
优选地，所述第一上表面11上压合有防水薄膜层，能够避免隔音棉因受潮而降低其使用寿命。
所述波浪型第一下表面12的波峰高度H1为0.5-2mm。
所述波浪型第二上表面21的波谷高度H2为0.5-2mm。
本发明揭示了一种快速消热隔音棉，由双层聚酯纤维隔音棉粘合而成，且在第一聚酯纤维隔音棉与第二聚酯纤维隔音棉连接形成的空腔内填充有制冷凝胶，可以使本发明隔音棉除了具有优异的隔音效果外，还具有快速消热性能，避免隔音棉内部热能堆积而损伤贴附有隔音棉的零部件。

1.一种快速消热隔音棉，其特征在于，包括：上下粘合在一起的第一聚酯纤维隔音棉层和第二聚酯纤维隔音棉层，所述第一聚酯纤维隔音棉层包括：第一上表面和第一下表面，所述第二聚酯纤维隔音棉层包括：第二上表面和第二下表面，所述第一上表面和第二下表面均呈平面结构，所述第一下表面和第二上表面均呈波浪型结构，所述第一下表面与第二上表面连接的空腔内填充有制冷凝胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速消热隔音棉，其特征在于，所述第一上表面上压合有防水薄膜层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的快速消热隔音棉，其特征在于，所述波浪型第一下表面的波峰高度H1为0.5-2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的快速消热隔音棉，其特征在于，所述波浪型第二上表面的波谷高度H2为0.5-2mm。
