本发明公开了一种新型多功能婴儿服装面料，包括依次复合的抗菌亲肤内层、单向导汗中间层和自洁性外层；所述内层为精棉纤维和甲壳素纤维混纺编织层；所述中间层为自内层向外层单向导汗的羊毛纤维编织层；所述外层为掺有二氧化钛纳米粉末的聚乙烯醇纳米纤维面料层。本发明一种新型多功能婴儿服装面料，其结构设计合理，根据婴儿的生理特点，将具有柔软亲肤和抗菌性能的内层，具有单向导汗排湿和保暖功能的中间层和具有自洁功能的外层复合为一体，赋予了面料的服用性能，尤其适合于婴儿穿着服用，市场前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域，特别是涉及一种新型多功能婴儿服装面料。
背景技术
婴儿因具有皮肤娇嫩，骨骼柔软，缺乏体温调节能力，排泄次数多，吐奶频率高，易出汗且无自主能力等生理特点，使得婴儿服装在考虑安全性能的同时，应具备排汗、保温和自洁抗污能力，以提高婴儿穿着的舒适度，防止出汗感冒，同时减轻家长的清洗负担。市场现有的婴儿服装面料不具备上述特点。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型多功能婴儿服装面料。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种新型多功能婴儿服装面料，包括依次复合的抗菌亲肤内层、单向导汗中间层和自洁性外层；所述内层为精棉纤维和甲壳素纤维混纺编织层；所述中间层为自内层向外层单向导汗的羊毛纤维编织层；所述外层为掺有二氧化钛纳米粉末的聚乙烯醇纳米纤维面料层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述内层的厚度为0.1～0.15mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述中间层的厚度为0.05～0.1mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述外层的厚度为0.1～0.2mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述外层中二氧化钛的掺杂量为10～20%。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明一种新型多功能婴儿服装面料，其结构设计合理，根据婴儿的生理特点，将具有柔软亲肤和抗菌性能的内层，具有单向导汗排湿和保暖功能的中间层和具有自洁功能的外层复合为一体，赋予了面料的服用性能，尤其适合于婴儿穿着服用，市场前景广阔。

请参阅图1，本发明实施例包括：
一种新型多功能婴儿服装面料，包括依次复合的抗菌亲肤内层3、单向导汗中间层2和自洁性外层1；所述抗菌亲肤内层3的厚度为0.1～0.15mm，由精棉纤维和甲壳素纤维混纺编织而成，集精棉的亲肤、柔软、吸湿性能与甲壳素的抗菌性能于一体，提高了面料的穿着舒适度和健康指标；所述中间层2的厚度为0.05～0.1mm，由具有单向导汗功能的羊毛纤维编织而成，使婴儿身体排出的汗液能通过中间层及时向外层导出，而外界的湿气不能进入面料内层，从而保证服装干爽和保暖性能，使婴儿穿着舒适，防止出汗引起感冒；所述外层1的厚度为0.1～0.2mm，该外层由掺混10～20%的二氧化钛纳米粉末的聚乙烯醇纳米纤维编织而成，该外层面料在阳光的照射下，其中的二氧化钛微粒催化分解面料表面的油脂、污垢、污染物和有害微生物，从而使婴儿服装具有自洁功能，降低了婴儿衣服的清洗频率。

1.一种新型多功能婴儿服装面料，其特征在于，包括依次复合的抗菌亲肤内层、单向导汗中间层和自洁性外层；所述内层为精棉纤维和甲壳素纤维混纺编织层；所述中间层为自内层向外层单向导汗的羊毛纤维编织层；所述外层为掺有二氧化钛纳米粉末的聚乙烯醇纳米纤维面料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型多功能婴儿服装面料，其特征在于，所述内层的厚度为0.1～0.15mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型多功能婴儿服装面料，其特征在于，所述中间层的厚度为0.05～0.1mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型多功能婴儿服装面料，其特征在于，所述外层的厚度为0.1～0.2mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型多功能婴儿服装面料，其特征在于，所述外层中二氧化钛的掺杂量为10～20%。
