本发明公开了一种位置可调的塑料套侧壁切槽机构,包括机架,所述机架的顶板上固定有支撑架,机架的顶板中部插套有套筒体,机架的顶板下方设有底部板,底部板固定在机架的支腿上,套筒体的底面固定在底部板上,套筒体处于机架的顶板的上方的部分的左右侧壁上具有竖直通槽,底部板的底面固定有提升气缸,提升气缸的推杆竖直向上穿过底部板和套筒体的底板并固定有圆形底板,圆形底板处于套筒体中;所述机架的顶板的右侧顶面具有滑槽,移动板处于机架的顶板上方,移动板的底面固定有滑块,滑块插套在滑槽中,机架的顶板的右侧壁上固定有移动电机。它可以自动进行固定并使得塑料套可以进行上下移动,实现不动位置的自动切槽,非常方便。

本发明涉及塑料制品加工设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种位置可调的塑料套侧壁切槽机构。
背景技术:
塑料套在一些设备安装中,其需要在侧壁根据安装需要在侧壁上需要开槽,而现有的方式一般是采用人工固定塑料套后进切槽,其切割效率低,切槽效果有限。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种位置可调的塑料套侧壁切槽机构,它可以自动进行固定并使得塑料套可以进行上下移动,实现不动位置的自动切槽,非常方便。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种位置可调的塑料套侧壁切槽机构,包括机架,所述机架的顶板上固定有支撑架,机架的顶板中部插套有套筒体,机架的顶板下方设有底部板,底部板固定在机架的支腿上,套筒体的底面固定在底部板上,套筒体处于机架的顶板的上方的部分的左右侧壁上具有竖直通槽,底部板的底面固定有提升气缸,提升气缸的推杆竖直向上穿过底部板和套筒体的底板并固定有圆形底板,圆形底板处于套筒体中;
所述支撑架的上顶板的中部具有放置通孔,放置通孔的正下方为套筒体,上顶板的顶面左右两端处固定有推动气缸,推动气缸的推杆竖直向下穿过上顶板并固定在连接板上,连接板的中部具有插孔,套筒体插套在插孔中,插孔旁的连接板的顶面上固定有固定板,固定板上具有固定气缸,固定气缸的推杆穿过固定板并固定有压块,压块穿过竖直通槽处于套筒体中;
所述机架的顶板的右侧顶面具有滑槽,移动板处于机架的顶板上方,移动板的底面固定有滑块,滑块插套在滑槽中,机架的顶板的右侧壁上固定有移动电机,移动电机的推杆端部螺接有传动螺杆,传动螺杆固定在移动板上,移动板上设有切割机构。
所述圆形底板的顶面固定有缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧的顶面固定有弹性板。
所述机架的顶板的右侧壁上固定有电机连接板体,移动电机固定在电机连接板体上,移动电机的推杆穿过电机连接板体。
所述切割机构包括切割支撑架,切割支撑架固定在移动板的顶面行,切割支撑架上固定有横向板,横向板上固定有切割电机,切割电机的输出轴穿过横向板并固定有切割刀片,切割刀片对着套筒体的右侧的竖直通槽。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它可以自动进行固定并使得塑料套可以进行上下移动,实现不动位置的自动切槽,非常方便。

实施例:见图1至图2所示,一种位置可调的塑料套侧壁切槽机构,包括机架10,所述机架10的顶板上固定有支撑架11,机架10的顶板中部插套有套筒体12,机架10的顶板下方设有底部板18,底部板18固定在机架10的支腿上,套筒体12的底面固定在底部板18上,套筒体12处于机架10的顶板的上方的部分的左右侧壁上具有竖直通槽121,底部板18的底面固定有提升气缸181,提升气缸181的推杆竖直向上穿过底部板18和套筒体12的底板并固定有圆形底板182,圆形底板182处于套筒体12中;
所述支撑架11的上顶板111的中部具有放置通孔112,放置通孔112的正下方为套筒体12,上顶板111的顶面左右两端处固定有推动气缸113,推动气缸113的推杆竖直向下穿过上顶板111并固定在连接板114上,连接板114的中部具有插孔115,套筒体12插套在插孔115中,插孔115旁的连接板114的顶面上固定有固定板116,固定板116上具有固定气缸117,固定气缸117的推杆穿过固定板116并固定有压块118,压块118穿过竖直通槽121处于套筒体12中;
所述机架10的顶板的右侧顶面具有滑槽13,移动板14处于机架10的顶板上方,移动板14的底面固定有滑块141,滑块141插套在滑槽13中,机架10的顶板的右侧壁上固定有移动电机15,移动电机15的推杆端部螺接有传动螺杆151,传动螺杆151固定在移动板14上,移动板14上设有切割机构16。
所述圆形底板182的顶面固定有缓冲弹簧122,缓冲弹簧122的顶面固定有弹性板123。
所述机架10的顶板的右侧壁上固定有电机连接板体17,移动电机15固定在电机连接板体17上,移动电机15的推杆穿过电机连接板体17。
所述切割机构16包括切割支撑架161,切割支撑架161固定在移动板14的顶面行,切割支撑架161上固定有横向板162,横向板162上固定有切割电机163,切割电机163的输出轴穿过横向板162并固定有切割刀片164,切割刀片164对着套筒体12的右侧的竖直通槽121。
工作原理:将塑料套插入套筒体12中,然后,通过固定气缸117的推杆推动,将压块118穿过竖直通槽121并处于套筒体12中,然后,通过推动气缸113的推杆推动,将压块118向下移动并压靠在塑料套的顶端面上,而塑料套的底面压靠在弹性板123上,然后,切割机构16的切割电机163运行,使得切割刀片164运行,然后,通过移动电机15的运行,使得切割刀片164的边部竖直通槽121并对塑料套的侧壁进行切割,在切割时,通过提升气缸181和推动气缸113的推杆推动和回缩配合,实现塑料套的上下移动,从而实现不同长度的切割,同样,可以通过提升气缸181和推动气缸113的推杆推动和回缩配合移动塑料套的位置实现不同位置的切割,切割完成后,移动气缸15的推杆回缩,然后,切割电机163停止运行,同时,固定气缸117的推杆回缩,推动气缸113的推杆回缩,完成加工。

所述支撑架(11)的上顶板(111)的中部具有放置通孔(112),放置通孔(112)的正下方为套筒体(12),上顶板(111)的顶面左右两端处固定有推动气缸(113),推动气缸(113)的推杆竖直向下穿过上顶板(111)并固定在连接板(114)上,连接板(114)的中部具有插孔(115),套筒体(12)插套在插孔(115)中,插孔(115)旁的连接板(114)的顶面上固定有固定板(116),固定板(116)上具有固定气缸(117),固定气缸(117)的推杆穿过固定板(116)并固定有压块(118),压块(118)穿过竖直通槽(121)处于套筒体(12)中;
所述机架(10)的顶板的右侧顶面具有滑槽(13),移动板(14)处于机架(10)的顶板上方,移动板(14)的底面固定有滑块(141),滑块(141)插套在滑槽(13)中,机架(10)的顶板的右侧壁上固定有移动电机(15),移动电机(15)的推杆端部螺接有传动螺杆(151),传动螺杆(151)固定在移动板(14)上,移动板(14)上设有切割机构(16)。
