Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于玻璃杯底部打磨的装置,包括打磨轮,还包括机座、立柱、机箱、以及用于对玻璃杯端部定位的定位环,所述机箱通过立柱设在机座上,打磨轮设在位于机箱内的电机的输出轴上,定位环位于打磨轮的下方设在机座上,机箱上设有用于驱动电机向下运动的驱动结构。该打磨装置结构设计合理,通过定位环和夹紧环将待加工的玻璃杯可靠的定位在机座上,控制打磨轮对玻璃杯切口进行打磨处理,操作简便,打磨加工效率高,并且加工精度高,可大幅降低人工成本。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及玻璃杯加工技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用于玻璃杯底部打磨的装置。
背景技术
[0002]果汁机中的内胆选择用玻璃杯,玻璃杯在使用过程中不会有金属离子析出,并且便于冲洗,卫生安全。作为内胆的玻璃杯需要将玻璃杯底部切割掉,玻璃杯底部的切口需要打磨加工处理;现有多是操作工人手持打磨机进行打磨加工,操作繁琐,打磨效率低,并且加工精度差。
发明内容
[0003]针对现有技术不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于玻璃杯底部打磨的装置,以达到打磨效率高的目的。
[0004]为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:该用于玻璃杯底部打磨的装置,包括打磨轮,还包括机座、立柱、机箱、以及用于对玻璃杯端部定位的定位环,所述机箱通过立柱设在机座上,打磨轮设在位于机箱内的电机的输出轴上,定位环位于打磨轮的下方设在机座上,机箱上设有用于驱动电机向下运动的驱动结构。

[0019]如图1和图2所示,该用于玻璃杯底部打磨的装置,包括机座1、立柱2、机箱4、打磨轮6,以及用于对玻璃杯10下端进行定位的定位环8,立柱下端固定在机座上,机箱固定在立柱上端,机箱位于机座上方。
[0020]机箱4内设有电机,电机的输出轴5向下伸出机箱,打磨轮6固定在电机的输出轴上,机箱4上设有用于驱动电机向下运动的驱动结构。优选的,驱动结构为设在机箱内的气缸,电机固定在气缸的活塞杆上;或者驱动结构为驱动电机向下运动的压杆。
[0021]在机箱和电机之间在竖直方向上设有导向滑轨,保证电机向下运动的稳定性。并在导向滑轨上设有对电机向下运动范围的挡块,保证加工精度。

[0025]夹紧环7的内侧设有橡胶条,夹紧环与玻璃杯之间接触为柔性接触,夹紧定位可靠;并且对夹紧环的尺寸精度要求低,加工制作简便。
[0026]机座I上位于定位环8内设有向上喷水的喷水管9,可保证玻璃杯打磨所有位置都能接触到水,并且打磨轮上设有通孔,通孔为沿打磨轮圆周方向均布的一组,打磨轮上的通孔可将打磨产生热量快速散去,同时通孔还可将打磨产生的颗粒排走,提高加工质量。

1.一种用于玻璃杯底部打磨的装置,包括打磨轮,其特征在于:还包括机座、立柱、机箱、以及用于对玻璃杯端部定位的定位环,所述机箱通过立柱设在机座上,打磨轮设在位于机箱内的电机的输出轴上,定位环位于打磨轮的下方设在机座上,机箱上设有用于驱动电机向下运动的驱动结构。
2.如权利要求1所述用于玻璃杯底部打磨的装置,其特征在于:所述定位环为设在机座上环形凸起。
3.如权利要求1所述用于玻璃杯底部打磨的装置,其特征在于:所述定位环位于打磨轮的正下方。
4.如权利要求1所述用于玻璃杯底部打磨的装置,其特征在于:所述驱动结构为设在机箱内的气缸,电机固定在气缸的活塞杆上。
