本发明涉及一种液压分拣系统,包括液压收卷机,所述液压收卷机的输出端设置有液压张力站,经过液压张力站张力过后的材料进入到缓冲坑,随后通过坯料卷取机进行卷取,卷取后再进入缓冲站,通过缓冲后进入分拣切割机进行分拣。本发明操作简便,在整个流程中设置有液压张力站和缓冲坑,以及缓冲站,首先对原材料进行张力测试后进入缓冲坑内进行缓冲,经过卷取后的坯料再通过缓冲站进行缓冲,给坯料有交佳的缓冲时间,最后再进行分拣切割。工作可靠性好,产品质量优。

钢带,尤其是扁钢,根据实际客户的需求们需要将原材料切割成不同的宽度要求,现在技术中采用逐个切割,工作效率低。

本申请人针对上述现有生产技术中的缺点,提供一种结构合理的液压分拣系统,从而。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种液压分拣系统,包括液压收卷机,所述液压收卷机的输出端设置有液压张力站,经过液压张力站张力过后的材料进入到缓冲坑,随后通过坯料卷取机进行卷取,卷取后再进入缓冲站,通过缓冲后进入分拣切割机进行分拣。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明操作简便,在整个流程中设置有液压张力站和缓冲坑,以及缓冲站,首先对原材料进行张力测试后进入缓冲坑内进行缓冲,经过卷取后的坯料再通过缓冲站进行缓冲,给坯料有交佳的缓冲时间,最后再进行分拣切割。工作可靠性好,产品质量优。

如图1所示,本实施例的液压分拣系统,包括液压收卷机,液压收卷机的输出端设置有液压张力站,经过液压张力站张力过后的材料进入到缓冲坑,随后通过坯料卷取机进行卷取,卷取后再进入缓冲站,通过缓冲后进入分拣切割机进行分拣。
实际使用过程中,首先液压收卷机进行输送原材,对原材料进行张力测试后进入缓冲坑内进行缓冲,经过卷取后的坯料再通过缓冲站进行缓冲,给坯料有交佳的缓冲时间,最后再进行分拣切割。工作可靠性好,产品质量优。
