本发明属于中医药领域，具体是指一种用于治疗失眠的中药组合物的制备方法。
背景技术
失眠通常是指因各种原因引起的睡眠不足、睡眠的质量和时间不能满足正常睡眠和机体的生理需求，并在白天产生一系列不良影响的短期症状。很多人有失眠表现，人的一生中几乎都会出现失眠。但失眠若长时间出现，就会对患者造成伤害，影响正常生活。
在我国，失眠已成为继头痛之后神经科门诊的第二大疾病，现有的治疗失眠的药物很多，但是大多疗效都不显著、质量不易控制、稳定性差，因此需要一种疗效确切并且疗效显著的治疗失眠的药物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服传统药物的缺陷，提供一种疗效显著，质量容易控制，稳定性好的用于治疗失眠的中药组合物的制备方法。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现：一种用于治疗失眠的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）以重量份表示，称取首乌藤1~10份、五味子1~10份、葱白1~10份、何首乌1~10份、栀子1~10份，莲子心1~10份、薄荷1~10份，连翘1~10份、甘草4~15份；
（2）将上述全部中药原料药，，先行用清水或纯净水浸泡30分钟，浸泡用水量为0.9~1.1L；
（3）将浸泡后的中药原料药物及其浸泡的药水加入到煎药容器中，加盖共同煎熬；
（4）先用武火使煎药容器中药液沸腾，再使用文火熬制15~20分钟，煎药时需搅拌2~3次；
（5）煎煮完成后，加适量清水或纯净水没过药物，进行第二次煎煮，煎煮火候方法同上，煎煮时间15~20分钟；
（6）滤出药液，所获药液即为内服药物。
为更好实现本发明的方法，进一步确定所述煎药容器为砂锅、搪瓷器皿或者不锈钢，忌用铁器。
为更好实现本发明的方法，进一步确定煎煮三次包括第一次加10倍量的水煎煮2小时，第二次加8倍量的水煎煮1小时，第三次加6倍量的水煎煮1小时。
本发明所述的一种用于治疗失眠的中药组合物的原料药药理：
首乌藤：性平，味甘。归心经、肝经。养血安神、祛风通络。属安神药下属分类的养心安神药。
五味子：性温，味酸、甘。归肺经、心经、肾经。收敛固涩、益气生津、补肾宁心。属收涩药分类下的敛肺涩肠药。
葱白：性温，味辛。归肺经、胃经。发表，通阳，解毒，杀虫。属解表药下分类的辛温解表药。
何首乌：性温，味苦、甘、涩。归肝经、肾经、心经。解毒、消痈、润肠通便。属泻下药下分类的润下药。
栀子：性寒，味苦。归心经、肺经、三焦经。泻火除烦、清热利尿、凉血解毒；外用消肿止痛。属清热药分类下的清热解毒药。
莲子心：性寒，味苦。归肾经、心经。清心安神，交通心肾，涩精止血。属收涩药下属分类的固精缩尿止带药。
薄荷：性凉，味辛。归肺经、肝经。宣散风热、清头目、透疹。属解表药下属分类的辛凉解表药。
连翘：性微寒，味苦。归肺经、心经、小肠经。清热解毒、消肿散结。属清热药下属分类的清热解毒药。
甘草：性平，味甘。归心经、胃经、脾经、肺经。补脾益气、止咳祛痰、缓急定痛、调和药性。属补虚药下分类的补气药。

本实施例所述用于治疗失眠的中药组合物，以重量份表示，所述内服药物包括首乌藤1~10份、五味子1~10份、葱白1~10份、何首乌1~10份、栀子1~10份，莲子心1~10份、薄荷1~10份，连翘1~10份、甘草4~15份。
本发明药物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将上述全部中药原料药，包括服药的原料药，先行用清水或纯净水浸泡30分钟，浸泡用水量为0.9~1.1L；
（2）将浸泡后的中药原料药物及其浸泡的药水加入到煎药容器中，加盖共同煎熬；
（3）先用武火使煎药容器中药液沸腾，再使用文火熬制15~20分钟，煎药时需搅拌2~3次；
（4）煎煮完成后，加适量清水或纯净水没过药物，进行第二次煎煮，煎煮火候方法同上，煎煮时间15~20分钟；

利用本发明药物针对各种肥胖患者的临床统计资料：
经过200例患者的临床使用，其中男患者127，女患者73例，用药年龄对象20~60岁。其中最小21岁，最大59岁，平均年龄38岁；轻度失眠症42例，中度失眠症72例，中度失眠症36例。
典型病例：
1、田某，男，39岁，患者于1个月前因家庭琐事出现失眠症状，并日渐加重，入睡困难、早醒、醒后不能再入睡，同时伴有烦躁、心慌、食欲下降，记意力减退，对什么事情都不感兴趣，不愿意上班，精神状况差，没有愉快感，自觉精力减退，上午重，下午轻，1周前上述症状更加严重，有时整夜不能入睡，并伴有心慌、气短等症状。使用本发明实施例1的组方内服3个疗程，失眠症状完全消失，睡眠质量良好，精力充沛。
2、王某，女，年轻时有胃溃疡病史，平常个性较急，易紧张，時常眠浅易醒。一个月前因家中有重大变故，日夜思虑烦扰，而致无法入睡，並伴有血压升高的现象。失眠初期曾至西医精神科门诊就诊，门诊医师处方予镇静剂及降血压药，服用后能入睡，但晨起后感到十分疲倦，頭部感覺重脹不清醒，且走路亦覺腳底有輕浮感。使用本发明实施例1的组方内服3个疗程，失眠症状完全消失，睡眠质量良好，精力充沛。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗失眠的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，煎煮三次包括第一次加10倍量的水煎煮2小时，第二次加8倍量的水煎煮1小时，第三次加6倍量的水煎煮1小时。
