本发明公开了一种具有新型按摩结构的智能内衣,包括控制器、按摩阵列、电源和用于控制按摩阵列的开关组;电源为控制器和按摩阵列供电;按摩阵列设置在内衣本体上;所述的按摩阵列包括m*n个按摩单元,m和n均为大于3的整数;开关组包括m个行控制开关Ka1~Kam和n个列控制开关Kb1~Kbn;按摩阵列中具有m条横向线和n条纵向线,m条横向线均连接到公共点P,N条纵向线均连接到公共点S;按摩单元的位置分布与人体部分穴位的位置对应。该具有新型按摩结构的智能内衣具有振动式的针对某一个或多个区域或某一个或多个穴位的按摩单元,能为用户提供更舒适的按摩感受。

技术领域
[0001]本发明特别涉及一种具有新型按摩结构的智能内衣。
背景技术
[0002]现有的内衣,一般具有磁疗和热疗功能,但是不具备按摩功能,另外,现有的主动发热式的内衣,虽然能主动发热,但是无法智能进行调温,灵活性较差,因此,有必要设计一种具有新型按摩结构的智能内衣。
发明内容
[0003]本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有新型按摩结构的智能内衣,该具有新型按摩结构的智能内衣具有振动式的针对某一个或多个区域或某一个或多个穴位的按摩单元,能为用户提供更舒适的按摩感受。
[0004]发明的技术解决方案如下:
一种具有新型按摩结构的智能内衣,包括控制器、按摩阵列、电源和用于控制按摩阵列的开关组;电源为控制器和按摩阵列供电;按摩阵列设置在内衣本体上;
所述的按摩阵列包括m*n个按摩单元,m和η均为大于3的整数;
开关组包括m个行控制开关Ka I〜Kam和η个列控制开关Kb I〜Kbn;
按摩阵列中具有m条横向线和η条纵向线,m条横向线均连接到公共点Ρ,Ν条纵向线均连接到公共点S;P点和S点为按摩阵列的供电点;
按摩阵列的M条横向线分别串接所述的M个行控制开关;N条纵向线分别串接所述的N个列控制开关;
m*n个按摩单元中,任一个按摩单元的一端接一条横向线,另一端接纵向线;111个行控制开关受控于控制器的m个1端口,η个列控制开关受控于控制器的η个1端口;行控制开关位于按摩单元与P点之间;列控制开关位于按摩单元与S点之间;
控制器通过开关组控制器按摩阵列中的一个或多个按摩单元工作,任一个行控制开关以及任一列控制开关闭合,则P和S点之间有一个按摩单元接通;当一个行控制开关闭合,所有的列控制开关闭合,则该行的按摩单元同时通电工作;
按摩单元具有振动单元。
[0005]按摩单元的位置分布与人体部分穴位的位置对应。
[0006]振动单元为振动马达;按摩单元中还集成有用于发热的发热单元以及用于产生磁场的磁场产生单元。发热单元为电阻丝或陶瓷片,磁场产生单元为电磁线圈或电磁铁。
[0007]所述的具有新型按摩结构的智能内衣还包括调节模块;调节模块受控于控制器,调节模块设置在电池与P点之间;调节模块为基于PWM(脉宽调制技术)的恒流驱动模块或恒压驱动模块。
[0008]当需要同时控制不在同一行或同一列的k个按摩单元工作时;k>=2;( >=为大于或等于)采用分时控制方式;将一个周期划分为k个与该k个按摩单元对应的时隙;一个周期可以使0.5s,ls或2s等,时隙的时间可以根据需要划分,如周期为T,分为2个时隙,一个时隙可以是 0.5Τ,0.3Τ,0.4Τ 等;
控制器基于时隙控制k个按摩单元依次通电工作。如针对a,b,c这3个穴位,第一时隙(如0.3T)控制a穴位工作,第二时隙(如0.5T)控制b穴位工作,第三时隙(如0.2T)控制c穴位工作。
[0009]按摩单元位于内衣本体的内层和外层之间;内层和外层活动式粘接在一起。如采用容易分离的尼龙搭扣,这样内层和外层之间具有适当的粘结力,不受强烈的外力时,不会分开,当用手用力从按摩单元的侧方挤按摩单元时,能使得按摩单元产生微小的位移(一般几毫米到几厘米),便于使用者能灵活调节按摩单元的位置与自己的身体匹配,达到最好的按摩效果。
[0010]行控制开关和列控制开关为三极管或MOS管。
[0011]内衣为上衣,在上衣的腹部位置的圆形区域内设置有发热织物层;
在上衣的口袋内设有按键、显示屏、三色灯和电池;电池通过三极管和导线为发热织物层供电;三极管为NPN型三极管;
上衣的外表面设有温度传感器;
按键、显示屏、三色灯和温度传感器均与控制器相连;
控制器的PWM输出端通过电阻与三极管的基极连接,三极管的集电极接电池正极,三极管的发射极与热织物层相连。

所述的显示屏、三色指示灯和按键设置在电池盖的顶部。
[0013]内衣的腰部位置设有用于束紧发热织物层的皱折式束紧带。发热织物层由发热纤维编织而成,发热纤维具有聚酰胺基材或聚丙烯纤维基材,聚酰胺基材或聚丙烯纤维基材的外壁镀有镀层,所述的镀层为镍层或铜层。
[0014]内衣本体包括外层、中间导电层和棉质内层;中间导电层与按摩阵列之间电隔离,所述的中间导电层为由导电纤维编织而成的网格层;中间导电层由多个正方形网格组成;正方形网格的边长为0.6〜2mm;所述的导电纤维具有碳黑混炼纤维内芯和金属纤维包覆层。优选地,正方形网格的边长为1mm。外层为涤纶等柔韧性好的面料。中间导电层能起到防静电和辐射的效果。
[0015]发热织物层与上衣的面料之间设有保温层,起到隔热保温效果。
[0016]发热、磁疗和振动本身都为现有技术,且电池电压不高于6V,不会产生任何高压脉冲,因此,不会对人体造成任何伤害,而只会产生保健的效果,这种产品安全性高。
[0017]控制器连接有指示灯、输入单元和显示屏,显示屏用于显示相关参数和模式信息,输入单元为按键、拨码开关、拨位开关、触摸板等,用于开关机、输入参数以及选择按摩模式等;指示灯用于只是当前的工作状态,如红灯表示电池耗尽,绿灯表示工作正常,灯灭表示未工作。

本发明的具有新型按摩结构的智能内衣,具有以下突出特点:
(I)采用发热、磁疗和振动三合一按摩,比单一功能的按摩效果更佳。

[0020] (3)内衣采用夹层结构,将按摩单元设置在夹层中,按摩单元位置可以移动,因此,可以灵活调整按摩单元的位置,使之适合具体的使用者,给使用者带来极大方便,以及便于使用者获得最佳的体验。
[0021] (4)电池采用便于拆卸的设计,令灵活的更换电池。
[0022] (5)按摩单元的功率和强度能灵活调节,可以根据使用者的体质和偏好等不同的要求进行调整,从而实现最佳的体验。
[0023] (6)采用PWM调温电路实现智能调温,以及采用皱折式束紧带束紧腰部,有利于热量有效利用。
[0024] (7)采用发热织物层,能在冬季进行腹部的保暖。

1.一种具有新型按摩结构的智能内衣,其特征在于,包括控制器、按摩阵列、电源和用于控制按摩阵列的开关组;电源为控制器和按摩阵列供电;按摩阵列设置在内衣本体上; 所述的按摩阵列包括m*n个按摩单元(10),m和η均为大于3的整数; 开关组包括m个行控制开关Kal〜Kam和η个列控制开关Kbl〜Kbn; 按摩阵列中具有m条横向线和η条纵向线,m条横向线均连接到公共点Ρ,Ν条纵向线均连接到公共点S;P点和S点为按摩阵列的供电点; 按摩阵列的M条横向线分别串接所述的M个行控制开关;N条纵向线分别串接所述的N个列控制开关; m*n个按摩单元中,任一个按摩单元的一端接一条横向线,另一端接纵向线;m个行控制开关受控于控制器的m个1端口,η个列控制开关受控于控制器的η个1端口;行控制开关位于按摩单元与P点之间;列控制开关位于按摩单元与S点之间; 控制器通过开关组控制器按摩阵列中的一个或多个按摩单元工作,任一个行控制开关以及任一列控制开关闭合,则P和S点之间有一个按摩单元接通; 按摩单元具有振动单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有新型按摩结构的智能内衣,其特征在于,按摩单元的位置分布与人体部分穴位的位置对应。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有新型按摩结构的智能内衣,其特征在于,振动单元为振动马达;按摩单元中还集成有用于发热的发热单元以及用于产生磁场的磁场产生单元。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有新型按摩结构的智能内衣,其特征在于,还包括调节模块;调节模块受控于控制器,调节模块设置在电池与P点之间;调节模块为基于PWM的恒流驱动模块或恒压驱动模块。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有新型按摩结构的智能内衣,其特征在于,当需要同时控制不在同一行或同一列的k个按摩单元工作时;k>=2;采用分时控制方式;将一个周期划分为k个与该k个按摩单元对应的时隙; 控制器基于时隙控制k个按摩单元依次通电工作。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有新型按摩结构的智能内衣,其特征在于,按摩单元位于内衣本体的内层和外层之间;内层(11)和外层(9)活动式粘接在一起。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有新型按摩结构的智能内衣,其特征在于,行控制开关和列控制开关为三极管或MOS管。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的具有新型按摩结构的智能内衣,其特征在于, 内衣为上衣,在上衣的腹部位置的圆形区域内设置有发热织物层(7); 在上衣的口袋内设有按键、显示屏、三色灯和电池(4);电池通过三极管和导线(6)为发热织物层供电;三极管为NPN型三极管; 上衣的外表面设有温度传感器; 按键、显示屏、三色灯和温度传感器均与控制器相连; 控制器的PWM输出端通过电阻与三极管的基极连接,三极管的集电极接电池正极,三极管的发射极与热织物层相连。
