Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电驱动器,其包括:

背景技术
这种类型的电驱动器由文件EP 0 211 000 B1已知。该文件公开了一种带有多个单独的电动机(其以平行取向的转子轴环形布置)的机电的精密驱动系统。该已知系统的每个转子轴携带圆柱齿轮,其与共同的太阳轮啮合,该太阳轮布置在由行星齿轮形成的环的中心。该组件用于将各个电机的较小转矩汇总成较高的总力矩,其可在与太阳轮相连接的输出轴处被截取。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供对于已知的电驱动器提供结构上的和操控技术上的细节,从而适宜地充分利用可由多个电机的使用所得到的协同效应(Synergieeffekt)。
该目的结合权利要求1的前序部分的特征由此来实现,即为了操控电机的电气的部分相(Teilphase)设置有与一个或多个电压源相连接的一个或多个功率电子设备。由此来设置对于接下来所说明的、特别有利的实施形式(其是从属权利要求的内容)的前提条件。
在一优选的实施形式中设置成,所有电机相应与单独的功率电子设备相连接。这在操控电驱动器时允许最大的灵活性,优点是可对与使用大量功率电子设备相联系的成本和相应的结构空间需求关于个别情况进行权衡。
在本发明的另一同样有利的实施形式中设置成,两个或更多个电机相互电连结且由此与同一功率电子设备相连接或可连接。该设计方案尤其设置不同电机的绕组的硬布线(Hartverdrahtung)。这些硬布线可以是永久性的或是可切换的。由此使可能经由同一功率电子设备操控不同的电机。在永久性的硬布线的情况中,功率电子设备持久地与多个电机相关联。在可切换的硬布线的情况中,功率电子设备和电机的关联可根据需要尤其在运行期间被改变。
本发明的可应用于前述两个备选方案的一改进方案设置成,不同的功率电子设备联接到不同的电压源处。例如,该关联可鉴于不同的工作电压要求或鉴于各个用作电压源的电能存储器的充电状态来进行。功率电子设备到电压源处的联接可以是永久性的或是可切换的。最后提及的变体允许较高的灵活性。
有利地,每个功率电子设备经由调节器(输出组件和/或变速组件的运动参数被反馈至该调节器)来调节。功率电子设备的这样的基本已知的调节在本发明的范围中尤其在两个有利的变体中可考虑。
在第一变体中设置成,第一功率电子设备的调节器设立为主调节器且另外的功率电子设备的调节器设立为依赖于主调节器的从调节器(Slave-Regler)。该变体具有该优点,即仅主调节器需要对传动系的下级元件的运动参数的反馈。用于传感装置和数据通讯的成本在该变体中因此特别少。
备选于此,当然也可设置成,所有调节器设立为彼此独立的特定调节器(Partikular-Regler)。这虽然意味着需要以反馈的传感器数据供应每个单独的调节器,然而允许在各个电机的调节中最大的灵活性。
注意到,每个功率电子设备关联有刚好一个调节器并且反过来每个调节器关联有刚好一个功率电子设备虽然是可能的、然而在本发明的范围中不是强制性必需的。而是也可能够将一调节器用于多个功率电子设备的共同调节。相应的联结可以是永久性的或是可切换的。
除了传动系的后置于电机的元件的运动参数之外,电机本身的运行参数也可用于驱动操控或用于其它控制目的或者甚至是必需的。在其检测中可利用显著的协同效应。如此在本发明的一改进方案中设置成,设置有传感器用于对于电机中的一些直接检测一定的运行参数的值以及用于对于其它电机评估相同运行参数的非直接检测的值。传感器的概念此处不仅包括实际的测量头,而且包括相应测量值的评估。本发明的所提及的改进方案因此设置成,不是所需要的所有运行参数须单独地且直接地来检测。而是可从对于所选出的电机所采集的一些值来推出对于其它电机的对应的值,而无须直接测量这些值本身。因此通过了解在整个系统中的联系来代替直接测量,这相应于特别有利地利用协同效应。
例如可设置成,电机按组是不同的结构类型。如此,对于专业人士例如已知异步电机、永磁激励的电机和直流电机。全部三个结构类型具有不同的优点和缺点。永磁激励的电机具有可调的磁化电流和与频率成比例的转速的优点。在成本和重量方面,永磁体然而产生不利效果。此外在故障情况中产生高电压,因为激励不可切断。此外,这样的电机的调节相当复杂,因为须注意在场频率与转子频率之间的同步性。反之,异步电机由于没有永磁体在重量和成本方面是有利的并且在故障情况中由于其可切断的激励也提供显著的优点。反之,对于异步电机不利的是需要提供激励形成功率(Erregerbildleistung)以利用定子电流产生气隙场(Luftspaltfeld)。在根据本发明的驱动器内不同结构类型的使用使能够利用各个结构类型的优点而减少缺点。因为不同的运行参数对于结构类型的控制是重要的,可设置成对于电机的每个结构类型组对于一定的运行参数设置仅仅一个相应的传感器。在相同的操控中对于一结构类型组的每个单独的电机节省了相同运行参数的测量。因此可节省相应的传感器。
不管在结构类型中的区别,也可设置成,电机按组不同地来操控。这里,不同的运行参数对于不同的操控也可以是重要的。如此可为了利用协同效应而设置成,对于电机的每个操控组对于一定的运行参数设置仅仅一个相应的传感器。同一操控组的其余相同地操控的电机不需要单独的传感器,因为其相应的运行参数相同地被估测为直接测量的值。
哪些特别的运行参数借助于上面普遍讨论的传感装置来直接测量或估测取决于个别情况的要求。如此例如可设置成,设置有电流传感器用于直接检测电机的一些所操控的部分相以及用于评估电机的其它的非直接检测的部分相。备选地或附加地,可设置有位置传感器用于直接检测电机中的一些的旋转位置以及用于评估其它电机的非直接检测的旋转位置。备选地或附加地,也可设置有温度传感器用于直接检测电机中的一些的温度以及用于评估电机中的另一些的非直接检测的温度。当然备选地或附加地,也可在充分利用上述协同效应的情况下检测或评估其它运行参数。
作为对于带有其电机的不同操控组的根据本发明的驱动器的示例,在优选的运行方法的范围中可设置成,电机中的第一组马达式地而电机中的第二组发电机式地来运行。由此,当例如每个操控组联接到不同的电压源或能量存储器处时,驱动器原则上可如“机械式变压器”那样来运行。按照这样的运行方法运行的驱动器尤其适合于应用在用于机动车的串联式混合动力传动系中,其包括内燃机、输出组件、电能存储器、机械地与内燃机而电气地与电能存储器相联结的且发电机式运行的至少一个电机以及机械地与输出组件而电气地与电能存储器相联结的且马达式运行的至少一个电机。在此,第一、即发电机式操控的操控组的电机与内燃机而另一、即马达式运行的操控组的电机与输出组件相连接。在此出于结构空间原因,彼此平行布置的马达轴优选逆平行地定向。也就是说,根据本发明的驱动器可在空间上被定位在内燃机与输出组件之间,其中,发电机式运行的操控组的行星齿轮与内燃机而马达式运行的操控组的行星齿轮与输出组件相互作用。
对于在根据本发明的驱动器内不同操控组的电机的不同操控的另一示例涉及其滑差(Schlupf)。如此在本发明的一实施形式中可设置成,电机中的不同组以其变速行星轮相对于变速太阳轮的不同的滑差来运行。这在极端情况中可导致各个变速行星轮与变速太阳轮的相互作用被完全消除,从而可完全关断相应的电机。这用于避免在变速太阳轮处仅需要较小的转矩的情况中的牵引损失(Schleppverlust)。这样的运行方法尤其在变速级构造为摩擦级的情况中适用,也就是说在其中变速行星轮摩擦配合地与变速太阳轮相互作用。在形状配合的相互作用的情况中,例如在齿轮级的范围中,虽然也可考虑滑差调节,然而不以相同程度得到优点。
与前述变体相结合或独立于此地可设置成,电机中的不同组在时间上彼此错开地有时以过载而有时以欠载(Unterlast)来运行。由此,通过系统运行点的暂时移动的可能性得到较大的灵活性,其中,系统过载被排除,因为有时以过载运行的电机(其在此可显著发热)在其在欠载中的运行阶段期间又可冷却,其中,之前冷却的机器可供暂时应用在过载中。

图1显示了根据本发明的驱动器的变速级的示意性剖示图,其为了更容易理解有利地与也应共同地来说明的图2和3一起来观察。尤其在图2和3中说明的马达组件10包括多个(在所示的实施形式中六个)电机12,分别包括定子14和转子16,其以平行取向的转子轴18围绕中轴线20环形地布置且形成马达环。电机12优选地是最高转速机器,其能够以超过20000U/min的转速来运行。电机12的定子14固定在壳体22处,而转子轴18在转子16两侧支承在壳体处,其中,下面应进一步详细探讨轴承24,25的特殊设计。
在电机12一侧,其转子轴18延长且伸入相邻的变速级26中。在那里,其分别承载构造为摩擦滚子的变速行星轮28(其构造为分级行星轮(Stufenplanet)且在中央的轴线区域中比在其布置在中央区域两侧的外部的轴向区域中具有更大的直径)。变速行星轮28牢固地固定在转子轴18上。其共同形成变速级26的所驱动的输入元件。其构造为摩擦滚子-行星轮级。径向上在外部布置有可旋转地支承的空心轮30,其在接触区域32中摩擦配合地接触变速行星轮28的中央区域,使得其通过变速行星轮28自身的被驱动的旋转运动被置于旋转中。径向上在变速行星轮28内布置有多件式构造的变速太阳轮34。其包括轴向固定地且可旋转地支承的内太阳轮盘36和两个同样可旋转地、然而附加地轴向可移动地布置的外太阳轮盘38,40。在图1中所示的变速行星轮28在内太阳轮盘36与外太阳轮盘38之间夹紧成使得两者以其接触区域42,44摩擦配合地接触变速行星轮28的构造有向外下降的肩部的外部的轴向区域。因此,除了变速空心轮30的旋转之外,变速行星轮28的马达式驱动引起变速太阳轮34的反向旋转,其中,在变速空心轮30与变速太阳轮34之间的转速比由在一方面变速行星轮28与变速空心轮30而另一方面变速行星轮28与变速太阳轮34之间的相应的接触半径的比得出。该比例、尤其在变速行星轮28与变速太阳轮34之间的精确的接触半径略微可变。该可变性首先不用于变速调节,而是用于在构造为摩擦滚子-行星轮级的变速级26内的滑差优化。尤其在所示出的实施形式中实现与转矩相关的、尤其与转矩成比例的滑差控制。对此,相应轴向上在外部相邻于外太阳轮盘38,40布置有正凸轮压盘(Stirnnockenanpressscheibe)46,其与内太阳轮盘36固定地相连接。每个外太阳轮盘38,40经由在斜坡中引导的间隔元件48靠向相应相关联的正凸轮压盘46支撑。在变速行星轮28的马达式运行中在内太阳轮盘36与外太阳轮盘38,40之间出现的相对力矩导致外太阳轮盘38,40相对于与其相应相关联的正凸轮压盘的相对扭转,这由于间隔元件48的斜坡引导导致相应的外太阳轮盘38,40的相应的轴向移动。由此,根据所传递的转矩、尤其与该转矩成比例地来调整在变速太阳轮34与变速行星轮28之间的接触压力。由于在变速太阳轮34与变速行星轮28之间的接触区域42,44的倾斜,这附加地导致变速行星轮28的轻微的径向移动且因此导致在变速行星轮28与变速空心轮30之间的接触区域32中的相应的接触压力变化。该传动区域优选地轴向平坦地被保持,从而即使在变速行星轮28的轻微轴向移动的情况下也不产生关于在变速行星轮28与变速空心轮30之间的接触压力或接触半径的变化。
外太阳轮盘38,40的双重实施的意义尤其由图2的图示阐明。在所示出的实施形式中,即六个电机12中的三个装备有较短的转子轴18而其余三个电机12装备有较长的转子轴18。相应地,其或多或少地伸入变速级26中,从而两个彼此方位相邻的变速行星轮28相应与同一内太阳轮盘36、然而与不同的外太阳轮盘38,40相互作用。各三个电机12的该按组的共同作用如在图中所示特别有利,然而不是强制必需的。在电机的这样的布置或分组的情况下特别有利的是,电机中的各个组在本申请的意义中设想一操控组。
如所提及的那样,在变速太阳轮34与变速行星轮28之间的接触压力控制与后者的轻微的轴向和径向移动相联系。这就此而言不是无问题的,因为其牢固地固定在电机12的转子轴18上时。上述运动因此也延续到相应的转子轴18上,这在其支承时应被考虑。
定位在电机12的背对变速级26的侧面上的轴承24构造为浮动球轴承。其承受径向力,然而既不抵抗轴向力也不抵抗翻倾力矩。这是足够的,因为轴承24的支承位置可被视为由相关联的变速行星轮28的径向移动造成的翻倾运动的旋转点。与此相对,置于电机的面对变速级26的侧面上的轴承25须具有径向自由度。然而,其同时须承受在关于马达环相切的方向上的力。如尤其由图3和4可见,其因此构造为偏心轴承25。所示出的实施形式的偏心轴承25相应包括球轴承251,其偏心地固定在轴承盘252中,轴承盘在其方面可旋转地支承在壳体22的盖中。偏心轴承25的偏心度、也就是说在球轴承251的中心与轴承盘252之间定向的间距关于马达环在切向上取向。变速行星轮28的在接触压力匹配的范围中实现的径向移动因此导致关于轴承盘252切向平行的偏移、也就是说球轴承251的圆移动(Kreisschiebung)。由于在接触压力匹配的范围中出现的移动的微小,该运动可被视为线性;可忽略其实际的圆形轨迹特性。
图5以极其简化的图示显示了马达组件10和变速级26,以说明其到机动车驱动组件的接下来的从动元件处的联结。如上面详细所述,变速空心轮30和变速太阳轮34用作变速级26的输出元件。其与接下来的汇总级(Summierstufe)50的输入元件相联结,汇总级设计成优选地正啮合的Ravigneaux组的形式。其具有固定在壳体处的汇总空心轮52和汇总接片54,在其上支承有两组相互啮合的汇总行星轮56,56'。汇总行星轮组56,56'另外与两个汇总太阳轮58,58'啮合,其用作汇总级50的输入元件且相应地与变速太阳轮34或变速空心轮30相连接。汇总级50用于施加在变速空心轮30和变速太阳轮34处的不同转速和转矩的合并。
为了继续传导在汇总级50中汇总的旋转运动,在图5的实施形式中设置有圆柱齿轮差速器60,其以常见的结构方式构造有差速器接片62,在其上支承有两组相互啮合的差速器行星轮64,64'。差速器行星轮64,64'与两个差速器太阳轮66,66'(其用作差速器60的输出元件且相应与机动车的在图5中未详细示出的驱动轮相连接)啮合。在图5中示出的、特别优选的实施形式中,汇总接片54和差速器接片62形成带有不同轴向区段的共同的构件,汇总行星轮56,56'支承在一轴向区段中而差速器行星轮64,64'支承在另一轴向区段中。
图6显示了用于机动车的驱动组件的一备选的设计方案,其尤其取消差速器60。与图2和3的图示相比,在该实施形式中电机12成组地彼此逆平行地定向,从而在马达环两侧可布置有变速级和联接到此处的汇总级50。该布置在图6中示出。这两个汇总接片54中的每个因此形成驱动组件的独立的输出元件,其与机动车的被直接驱动的驱动轮相连接。所有差速器功能以及还有超过此的功能(如所谓的扭矩导引(Torque-Vectoring))可通过马达组的相应操控来实现。当然也可使图6的布置的两个汇总级50中的每个后置有自己的差速器60且如此实现两个彼此独立驱动的轴。
图7以极其示意性的图示显示了根据本发明的驱动器的电机12的可能的连结。还如在接下来所说明的图8至10中那样,示出仅仅三个电机12。对于专家辨识出,示例地示出的设计方案然而在任意多个电机12的情况下也可应用。在图7的实施形式中,每个单独的电机12与仅与其相关联的功率电子设备在周围相连结。在输出侧,电机12的力矩经由未详细示出的变速级相联结。所示出的实施形式允许对于电机12的最大的控制灵活性,然而同时具有对于大量必需的功率电子设备的巨大的成本和结构空间耗费的缺点。尤其还可由此提高灵活性优点,即功率电子设备70、如在图7中在输入侧所示被联结到必要时带有不同电压水平的不同电压源处。当然也可由同一电压源来供给所有功率电子设备70。
图8显示了一备选的连结,在其中各个电机12的部分相互相硬接线。该硬接线可如在图8中所示是永久性的或也可以是可切换的。如在图8中所示,其使能够取消一个或多个功率电子设备70,其中,该取消可以是根本的或是暂时的。在根本取消一个或多个功率电子设备的情况下(与图7的连结变体相比),在根据本发明的驱动器的设计中完全未设置有相应的功率电子设备。反之在暂时取消的情况下设置有功率电子设备,其仅根据需要被接通或关断。该变体尤其结合电机12的部分相的可切换的硬接线适用。
图9显示了在电机12或操控其的功率电子设备70的调节方面的第一连结变体。在功率电子设备70的输入侧设置有主调节器80,其经由未详细示出的传感装置获得传动系的在根据本发明的驱动器之后的元件的运动参数。主调节器由此连同传给其的理论设定(Sollvorgabe)测定用于所有功率电子设备70的操控参数。其将这些控制参数部分直接地而部分经由后置于其的从调节器81传递到功率电子设备70处。
图10显示了对此的一备选的连结,在其中所有功率电子设备70经由平等的调节器82来操控。调节器82中的每个从传动系的后置于根据本发明的驱动器的部件获得运动参数。如果可将所测定的运动参数与各个电机12具体地相关联且反馈到相应与其相关联的调节器82处,传感技术的和连接技术的该额外耗费那么尤其是值得的。当然,在该变体中也可使每个单独的调节器82设有单独的理论设定。为了正确调节电机12,典型地除了检测机械参数之外还需要检测电气参数、尤其在各个部分相上的电流。对此,使部分相典型地装备有单独的电流传感器90。如在图11中所示,当通过测量在其它电机12的部分相中的对应的电流所需的信息可通过冗余的评估来测定时,通过利用协同效应可在本发明的范围中取消单独的部分相电流传感器90。
图12显示了根据串联式混合驱动器的原理的传统的传动系的典型构造。内燃机90驱动发电机式运行的电机12,其经由功率电子设备70将所产生的电能输入电存储器72中。该电存储器又供应另外的功率电子设备70,其控制马达式运行的电机12。其在输出侧与机动车的从动部92相连接。
反之,图13显示了在应用本发明的情况下的串联式混合驱动器。在此,使设置在马达组件10内的电机12中的一些发电机式地运行并且与内燃机90相连接。反之,使另一些电机12马达式运行且与从动部92相连接。在图13中未特别示出的功率电子设备以上面所说明的方式与电能存储器72相互作用。
当然,在特别的说明中所讨论的且在附图中所示的实施形式仅是本发明的说明性的实施例。对于专业人士在本公开的范围中提供较宽范围的变体可能性。

Claims (19)

1.一种电驱动器,其包括:
- 马达组件(10),其带有具有彼此平行布置的马达轴的多个电机(12),
- 输出组件以及
- 一侧与所述马达组件而另一侧与所述输出组件相连接的变速级(26),其带有与所述输出组件相连接的变速太阳轮(34)和多个分别与所述电机(12)中的一个相连接的变速行星轮(28),所述变速行星轮相应固定在所述马达轴上且围绕所述变速太阳轮(34)环形地布置且传递转矩地在其处滚动,
其特征在于,
为了操控所述电机(12)的电气的部分相设置有与一个或多个电压源相连接的一个或多个功率电子设备。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电驱动器,其特征在于,所有电机(12)相应与单独的功率电子设备相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电驱动器,其特征在于,两个或更多个电机(12)相互电气联结且由此与同一功率电子设备相连接或能够连接。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电驱动器,其特征在于,不同的功率电子设备联接到不同的电压源处。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电驱动器,其特征在于,每个功率电子设备经由调节器(82)来调节,所述输出组件和/或变速组件的运动参数被反馈至所述调节器。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电驱动器,其特征在于,第一功率电子设备的调节器(82)设立为主调节器(80)而另外的功率电子设备的调节器(82)设立为依赖于所述主调节器(80)的从调节器(81)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的电驱动器,其特征在于,所有调节器(80-82)设立为彼此独立的特定调节器。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电驱动器,其特征在于,设置有传感器用于直接检测在所述电机(12)中的一些中的一定的运行参数的值以及用于评估在所述电机(12)中的另一些中的相同的运行参数的非直接检测的值。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电驱动器,其特征在于,所述电机(12)按组地是不同的结构类型。
10.根据权利要求8和9所述的电驱动器,其特征在于,对于所述电机(12)的每个结构类型组对于一定的运行参数设置有仅仅一个相应的传感器。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电驱动器,其特征在于,所述电机(12)按组不同地来操控。
12.根据权利要求8和11所述的电驱动器,其特征在于,对于所述电机(12)的每个操控组对于一定的运行参数设置有仅仅一个相应的传感器。
13.根据权利要求8所述的电驱动器,其特征在于,设置有电流传感器用于直接检测所述电机(12)的一些被操控的部分相以及用于评估所述电机(12)的其它非直接检测的部分相。
14.根据权利要求8所述的电驱动器,其特征在于,设置有位置传感器用于直接检测所述电机(12)中的一些的旋转位置以及用于评估所述电机(12)中的另一些的非直接检测的旋转位置。
15.根据权利要求8所述的电驱动器,其特征在于,设置有温度传感器用于直接检测所述电机(12)中的一些的温度以及用于评估所述电机(12)中的另一些的非直接检测的温度。
16.一种用于运行根据权利要求11所述的电驱动器的方法,其特征在于,所述电机(12)中的第一组马达式地而所述电机(12)中的第二组发电机式地来运行。
17.一种用于运行根据权利要求11所述的电驱动器的方法,其特征在于,所述电机(12)中的不同组以其变速行星轮(28)相对于所述变速太阳轮(34)的不同的滑差来运行。
18.一种用于运行根据权利要求11所述的电驱动器的方法,其特征在于,所述电机(12)的不同组在时间上彼此错开地有时以过载而有时以欠载来运行
19.一种用于机动车的串联式混合动力传动系,其包括内燃机、输出组件、电能存储器、机械地与所述内燃机而电气地与所述电能存储器相连结的且发电机式地运行的至少一个电机(12)以及机械地与所述输出组件而电气地与所述电能存储器相连结的且马达式地运行的至少一个电机(12),其特征在于,所述电机(12)是根据权利要求11所述的电驱动器的组成部分,该电驱动器能够根据权利要求16所述的方法运行。
