本发明公开了一种绝缘漆包线及其制备方法。它包括铜圆线(1),铜圆线(1)的表面设有1‑3层环氧树脂漆层(2),环氧树脂漆层(2)上方设有镀锡层(3),镀锡层(3)上方设有2‑4层聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆层(4),聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆层(4)上方设有聚氨脂绝缘漆层(5)。本发明具有优越的耐高温性强、耐腐蚀性强、电绝缘性好的效果。

一种绝缘漆包线及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种漆包线及其制备方法,特别是一种绝缘性、耐高温性、耐腐蚀性效果好的漆包线。
背景技术
普通的漆包铜圆线常用于普通电机、电器、仪表、变压器,随着应用环境的不断变化,对于漆包线的绝缘性、耐温等级、腐蚀性能的要求越来越严格,然而现有的漆包线的漆层较为常规,如何改进现有的铜线表面的漆层,从而提高漆包线的绝缘性、耐温等级、腐蚀性能,成为了行业亟待解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种绝缘漆包线及其制备方法。本发明具有优越的耐高温性强、耐腐蚀性强、电绝缘性好的效果。
本发明的技术方案:一种绝缘漆包线,包括铜圆线,铜圆线的表面设有1-3层环氧树脂漆层,环氧树脂漆层上方设有镀锡层,镀锡层上方设有2-4层聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆层,聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆层上方设有聚氨脂绝缘漆层。
上述的绝缘漆包线中,所述的铜圆线的表面设有2层环氧树脂漆层,环氧树脂漆层上方设有镀锡层,镀锡层上方设有3层聚全氟烷氧 基树脂漆层,聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆层上方设有聚氨脂绝缘漆层。
前述的绝缘漆包线的制备方法,先在铜圆线上涂覆2层环氧树脂漆,烘干,烘干后进行镀锡,镀锡后再均匀涂覆3层聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆,烘干后涂覆聚氨脂绝缘漆。
与现有技术相比,本发明在铜圆线表面设置1-3层环氧树脂漆层,环氧树脂具有粘结力强、收缩力小、电绝缘性好、稳定性高的特点,镀锡层的作用是提高耐蚀能力,聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆层则具有耐高温性强、耐腐蚀性强、电绝缘性好的特点,聚氨脂绝缘漆绝缘性能好且质地坚硬,适合作为外层漆使用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但不作为对本发明的限制。
实施例1:一种绝缘漆包线,如附图1所示,包括铜圆线1,所述的铜圆线1的表面设有2层环氧树脂漆层2,环氧树脂漆层2上方设有镀锡层3,镀锡层3上方设有3层聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆层4,聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆层4上方设有聚氨脂绝缘漆层5。为了图示清楚,图1中环氧树脂漆层和聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆层的数层同漆并作一层显示,具体层数以实施例文字为准。所述的漆层均是本领域常规的漆层,可通过市售获得,申请人对漆层进行了筛选和组合,并取得了显 著的技术效果。
实施例2:一种绝缘漆包线,如附图1所示,包括铜圆线1,所述的铜圆线1的表面设有1层环氧树脂漆层2,环氧树脂漆层2上方设有镀锡层3,镀锡层3上方设有4层聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆层4,聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆层4上方设有聚氨脂绝缘漆层5。上述的绝缘漆包线的制备方法,先在铜圆线上涂覆2层环氧树脂漆,烘干,烘干后进行镀锡,镀锡后再均匀涂覆3层聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆,烘干后涂覆聚氨脂绝缘漆。烘干温度和时间均可采用本领域的常规参数。

1.一种绝缘漆包线,其特征在于:包括铜圆线(1),铜圆线(1)的表面设有1-3层环氧树脂漆层(2),环氧树脂漆层(2)上方设有镀锡层(3),镀锡层(3)上方设有2-4层聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆层(4),聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆层(4)上方设有聚氨脂绝缘漆层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘漆包线,其特征在于:所述的铜圆线(1)的表面设有2层环氧树脂漆层(2),环氧树脂漆层(2)上方设有镀锡层(3),镀锡层(3)上方设有3层聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆层(4),聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆层(4)上方设有聚氨脂绝缘漆层(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的绝缘漆包线的制备方法,其特征在于:先在铜圆线上涂覆2层环氧树脂漆,烘干,烘干后进行镀锡,镀锡后再均匀涂覆3层聚全氟烷氧基树脂漆,烘干,烘干后涂覆聚氨脂绝缘漆。
