本发明公开了一种热敏金属自动密封型热嘴,包括:热嘴主体、流道板和V型密封圈;所述热嘴主体与流道板密封配合,热嘴主体上与流道板接触的一面开有一圈密封圈槽,V型密封圈安装在密封圈槽内;所述V型密封圈的内侧开有三角形开口,V型密封圈横截面呈V型,所述三角形开口朝向密封圈槽中心,所述V型密封圈为热敏金属。通过上述方式,本发明安装简单,密封效果好,压缩后能够恢复,热流道系统不易漏胶,维护成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及热嘴领域,特别是涉及一种热敏金属自动密封型热嘴。
背景技术
现有技术中热嘴主体与流道板连接处用O型金属密封圈进行密封,由于金属密封圈是通过压缩变形后进行密封,安装一次后,压缩变形无法恢复圆形形状,由于安装误差,会造成系统漏胶,在进行第二次安装时必须更换新的密封圈,才能取得好的密封效果,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种热敏金属自动密封型热嘴,不工作时密封圈处于无密封状态,不影响安装与测量,不对流道板和热嘴槽产生预压痕迹,密封圈也不会在安装时被划伤;工作时利用热敏金属热胀冷缩的特性对热嘴与流道板进行自动密封;V型密封圈压缩后能够恢复,避免流道系统漏胶,后续维护也不用每次都更换密封圈,维护成本较低;由于V型截面的密封圈内侧为V形结构,在热流道系统高温高压的工作状态时,系统压力越大,对V型密封圈产生向外挤压的力也越大,密封圈的密封效果也越好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种热敏金属自动密封型热嘴,包括:热嘴主体、流道板和V型密封圈;所述热嘴主体与流道板密封配合,热嘴主体上与流道板接触的一面开有一圈密封圈槽,V型密封圈安装在密封圈槽内;所述V型密封圈的内侧开有三角形开口,V型密封圈横截面呈V型,所述三角形开口朝向密封圈槽中心,所述V型密封圈为热敏金属。
优选的,所述V型密封圈包括贴合在一起的动力金属层和被动密封层,动力金属层和被动密封层均呈V型,动力金属层设置在被动密封层的内侧,动力金属层的热膨胀系数大于被动密封层的热膨胀系数。
优选的,常温状态时V型密封圈厚度低于密封圈槽槽深0.02~0.05毫米;高温工作状态时V型密封圈厚度大于密封槽槽深0.05~0.10毫米。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明安装简单,密封效果好,压缩后能够恢复,热流道系统不易漏胶,维护成本低。

一种热敏金属自动密封型热嘴,包括:热嘴主体3、流道板2和V型密封圈1;所述热嘴主体3与流道板2密封配合,热嘴主体3上与流道板2接触的一面开有一圈密封圈槽,V型密封圈1安装在密封圈槽内;所述V型密封圈1的内侧开有三角形开口,V型密封圈1横截面呈V型,所述三角形开口朝向密封圈槽中心,所述V型密封圈1为热敏金属,V型密封圈1包括贴合在一起的动力金属层和被动密封层,动力金属层和被动密封层均呈V型,动力金属层设置在被动密封层的内侧,动力金属层的热膨胀系数大于被动密封层的热膨胀系数。常温状态时V型密封圈厚度低于密封圈槽槽深0.02~0.05毫米;高温工作状态时V型密封圈厚度大于密封槽槽深0.05~0.10毫米。
本发明V型截面的热敏金属密封圈安装在热嘴主体的密封圈槽里面,再与流道板进行密封配合,V型截面的热敏金属密封圈由两层不同的金属组成,内层为热膨胀系数很大的金属,作为密封圈热变形的主动层金属,即动力金属层,外层为热膨胀系数小的弹性金属,作为密封圈的被动密封层,在常温状态时,V型截面的热敏金属密封圈不会发生膨胀变形,密封圈厚度低于槽深0.02~0.05毫米,密封圈处于无密封状态,不影响安装与测量,不对流道板和热嘴槽产生预压痕迹,密封圈也不会在安装时被划伤;当在高温工作状态时,由于内层金属受热后产生膨胀变形,会挤压外层弹性金属发生弹性变形,变形后厚度高出密封槽深0.05~0.10毫米,弹性金属形成类似弹簧的预压弹力,对流道板和热嘴由于位移产生的间隙进行密封,利用热敏金属这种热胀冷缩的特性对热嘴与流道板进行自动密封。V型截面的热敏金属密封圈解决了O型金属密封圈压缩后无法恢复造成热流道系统漏胶的问题,后续维护也不用每次都更换密封圈,维护成本较低。由于V型截面的热敏金属密封圈内侧为V形结构,在热流道系统高温高压的工作状态时,系统压力越大,对V型密封圈产生向外挤压的力也越大,密封圈的密封效果也越好。

1.一种热敏金属自动密封型热嘴,其特征在于,包括:热嘴主体、流道板和V型密封圈;所述热嘴主体与流道板密封配合,热嘴主体上与流道板接触的一面开有一圈密封圈槽,V型密封圈安装在密封圈槽内;所述V型密封圈的内侧开有三角形开口,V型密封圈横截面呈V型,所述三角形开口朝向密封圈槽中心,所述V型密封圈为热敏金属。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热敏金属自动密封型热嘴,其特征在于:所述V型密封圈包括贴合在一起的动力金属层和被动密封层,动力金属层和被动密封层均呈V型,动力金属层设置在被动密封层的内侧,动力金属层的热膨胀系数大于被动密封层的热膨胀系数。
3.根据权利要求2所述的热敏金属自动密封型热嘴,其特征在于:所述V型密封圈厚度减去密封圈槽槽深的值的范围在-0.05毫米到0.1毫米之间。
