本发明涉及一种离合器无损加装助力装置,属于汽车离合器技术领域。
背景技术
离合器是汽车传动系统中直接与发动机相联系的部件,它负责着动力和传动系统的切断和结合作用,所以能够保证汽车起步时平稳起步,也能保证换挡时的平顺,也防止了传动系统过载。
目前常见的液压离合器,在长时间使用过程中,由于机械磨损操作起来比较费力,现有的做法通常是采用焊接的方式加长分离叉的长度,从而改变力矩,以达到省力的目的。但是采用这种方式,破坏了原有的离合器结构,在后续的维保过程中,得不到很好的保障,影响消费者的权益。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的技术问题,本发明提供了一种结构简单,使用方便,采用无损加装助力机构,操作操作更加省力的离合器无损加装助力装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为离合器无损加装助力装置,包括:分离叉和液压推杆,所述分离叉和液压推杆之间还设置有助力机构。
优选的,所述助力机构主要由固定块和夹板构成,所述固定块的上部设置有插槽,所述分离叉插装在插槽内,且所述夹板固定在插槽上,所述夹板上设置有顶杆,所述顶杆用于顶紧分离叉,所述固定块的下部设置有定位孔,所述液压推杆插装在定位孔内。
优选的,所述顶杆为一头大,一头小的变径结构。
优选的,所述固定块上设置有夹紧螺栓,所述夹紧螺栓位于插槽的两侧,所述夹板的两侧设置有螺栓孔,所述夹板通过螺栓孔安装在夹紧螺栓上,所述夹紧螺栓上设置有夹紧螺母。
优选的,所述夹紧螺母和夹板之间还设置有防松垫片。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下技术效果:本发明结构简单,设计合理,采用在液压推杆和分离叉之间无损加装助力机构,在不破坏原有汽车离合器结构的同时,增大力矩,从而达到操作省力的目的,使用更加方便;并且本发明拆装方便,方便维护。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,离合器无损加装助力装置,包括:分离叉1和液压推杆2,分离叉1和液压推杆2之间还设置有助力机构3。
更具体的,如图2、图3所述,助力机构3主要由固定块4和夹板5构成,固定块4的上部设置有插槽6,分离叉1插装在插槽6内,且夹板5固定在插槽6上,夹板5上设置有顶杆7,顶杆7用于顶紧分离叉1,固定块4的下部设置有定位孔8,液压推杆2插装在定位孔8内。
在使用时,直接将分离叉的自由端插装在插槽内,然后通过夹板固定在插槽上,通过顶杆顶紧分离叉,使分离叉牢牢固定在插槽内。固定块可以根据需要选择不同的长度大小,以增大力矩,使操作起来更加省力,并且不破坏原有离合器的结构,方便后续维保工作。
此外,顶杆7为一头大,一头小的变径结构,采用小头的一端压紧分离叉,提高顶紧效果,并且保证顶杆与分离叉能够完全贴合。固定块4上设置有夹紧螺栓9,夹紧螺栓9位于插槽6的两侧,夹板5的两侧设置有螺栓孔10,夹板5通过螺栓孔10安装在夹紧螺栓9上,夹紧螺栓9上设置有夹紧螺母11。夹板通过螺栓固定在固定块上,拆装方便,方便维护、检修,并且固定牢靠。夹紧螺母11和夹板5之间还设置有防松垫片12,防松垫片能够夹板的固定效果,防止机械震动,造成夹板松动,影响使用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的离合器无损加装助力装置,其特征在于:所述助力机构主要由固定块和夹板构成,所述固定块的上部设置有插槽,所述分离叉插装在插槽内,且所述夹板固定在插槽上,所述夹板上设置有顶杆,所述顶杆用于顶紧分离叉,所述固定块的下部设置有定位孔,所述液压推杆插装在定位孔内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的离合器无损加装助力装置,其特征在于:所述顶杆为一头大,一头小的变径结构。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的离合器无损加装助力装置,其特征在于:所述固定块上设置有夹紧螺栓,所述夹紧螺栓位于插槽的两侧,所述夹板的两侧设置有螺栓孔,所述夹板通过螺栓孔安装在夹紧螺栓上,所述夹紧螺栓上设置有夹紧螺母。
5.根据权利要求4所述的离合器无损加装助力装置,其特征在于:所述夹紧螺母和夹板之间还设置有防松垫片。
