一种螺旋藻培育箱,包括箱体、控制器、循环喷淋装置、自动补水水箱、热风装置,所述箱体左侧上端装置控制器,左侧下端装置自动补水水箱,右侧下端装置热风装置;所述箱体内部装置上下四层螺旋藻置放网,由四层螺旋藻置放网分隔成四个螺旋藻培育区;所述螺旋藻培育区下端为集水池;所述循环喷淋装置由循环水管、循环水泵、供水管、喷淋管、多个喷淋头构成;所述循环水泵装置在箱体顶端中间,右端通过循环水管连接并插入至集水池,下端连接装置在箱体内部供水管,所述供水管下端连接横向设置的喷淋管,所述喷淋管下端装置多个喷淋头。本发明使得螺旋藻培育不受环境和季节或是其他因素的影响,可以有效提高螺旋藻的产量和质量。

Description

一种螺旋藻培育箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种培育箱,特别是涉及一种螺旋藻培育箱。
背景技术
螺旋藻是一类低等生物,原核生物,由单细胞或多细胞组成的丝状体,体长200-500um,宽5-l0um,圆柱形,呈疏松或紧密的有规则的螺旋旋形弯曲,形如钟表发条,故而得名。具有减轻癌症放疗、化疗的毒副反应,提高免疫功能,降低血脂等功效。螺旋藻是多细胞藻体,圆柱形螺旋状的丝状体,单生或集群聚生,藻丝直径5-l0um,先端钝形,螺旋数2-7个。藻体可以颤动和旋转运动,常像围绕着一个纵轴似地很快旋转,向前爬行。细胞内含物均匀,无真正的细胞核。由于体内的藻红素和藻蓝素等的数量不同,而呈现不同体色,如蓝绿色、黄绿色或紫红色等。并有纤弱的横隔壁。属原核生物的简单繁殖方式,可直接分裂。
目前螺旋藻产品已经应用于人类食用领域,螺旋藻具有较好的抗病毒能力,能够有效降低血糖、胆固醇,是一种价值较高的医疗保健用品。
目前大规模的螺旋藻养殖方式,基本采用露天式养殖,利用天然湖泊或修建大型养殖池进行养殖,或是固定玻璃顶棚、塑料顶棚,由于昼夜温差较大,严重限制螺旋藻的产量和质量,不利于螺旋藻养殖培养池内温度的自动、精细控制;这种养殖方式的优点成本低,然而产品质量难以保证,单位产量较低,而且容易受环境和季节的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种螺旋藻培育箱,使得螺旋藻培育不受环境和季节或是其他因素的影响,可以有效提高螺旋藻的产量和质量。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种螺旋藻培育箱,包括箱体、控制器、循环喷淋装置、自动补水水箱、热风装置,所述箱体左侧上端装置控制器,左侧下端装置自动补水水箱,右侧下端装置热风装置;所述箱体内部装置上下四层螺旋藻置放网,由四层螺旋藻置放网分隔成四个螺旋藻培育区;所述螺旋藻培育区下端为集水池;所述循环喷淋装置由循环水管、循环水泵、供水管、喷淋管、多个喷淋头构成;所述循环水泵装置在箱体顶端中间,右端通过循环水管连接并插入至集水池,下端连接装置在箱体内部供水管,所述供水管下端连接横向设置的喷淋管,所述喷淋管下端装置多个喷淋头。
所述四个螺旋藻培育区内部上端皆装置补光灯管,内部左侧面上皆装置连接控制器的温湿度传感器。
所述自动补水水箱下端装置带有电控制阀门的补水水管,所述补水水管另一端连接并插入至集水池内部。
所述集水池内部装置水位探测器、造氧器,外端左侧装置一个臭氧发生器。
所述热风装置由鼓风装置、过滤装置、灭菌装置、出风管构成,所述鼓风装置装置在箱体右侧中端,上端连接过滤装置,下端连接灭菌装置,所述灭菌装置左侧中端连接出风管,所述出风管插入至箱体内部;所述过滤装置内部装置多层活性炭过滤网,所述灭菌装置内部装置电加热器。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种螺旋藻培育箱,根据生物生长要素,提供充足的光照、恒温、气体,使得细胞加快分裂,进而达到快速生长的目的,并为螺旋藻提供更多的臭氧与氧气,使螺旋藻生长处于最佳状态,有利于提高螺旋藻的产量。
本发明内部装置循环喷淋装置,使得螺旋藻长期处于水浴环境下,更有利于螺旋藻的生长,而在为循环喷淋装置提供水流的集水池中设置造氧器与臭氧发生器,便于为螺旋藻提供氧气或是臭氧,使得其更好的成长;在箱体内部四个螺旋藻培育区内部上端皆装置补光灯管,可以为螺旋藻提供均匀合适的光照;内部设置的热风装置,便于当检测到的环境温度低于螺旋藻的生长温度时,热风装置为箱体内部输送热风,以控制藻液生长的环境温度适中处于最佳的温度范围内。

如图1所示,一种螺旋藻培育箱,包括箱体1、控制器2、循环喷淋装置3、自动补水水箱4、热风装置5,所述箱体1左侧上端装置控制器2,左侧下端装置自动补水水箱4,右侧下端装置热风装置5;所述箱体1内部装置上下四层螺旋藻置放网6,由四层螺旋藻置放网6分隔成四个螺旋藻培育区7;所述螺旋藻培育区7下端为集水池8;所述循环喷淋装置3由循环水管9、循环水泵10、供水管11、喷淋管12、多个喷淋头13构成;所述循环水泵10装置在箱体1顶端中间,右端通过循环水管9连接并插入至集水池8,下端连接装置在箱体1内部供水管11,所述供水管11下端连接横向设置的喷淋管12,所述喷淋管12下端装置多个喷淋头13。
实施例2
如图1所示,所述四个螺旋藻培育区7内部上端皆装置补光灯管14,内部左侧面上皆装置连接控制器2的温湿度传感器15。

如图1所示,所述自动补水水箱4下端装置带有电控制阀门的补水水管16,所述补水水管16另一端连接并插入至集水池8内部。

如图1所示,所述集水池8内部装置水位探测器17、造氧器18,外端左侧装置一个臭氧发生器19。

如图1所示,所述热风装置5由鼓风装置20、过滤装置21、灭菌装置22、出风管23构成,所述鼓风装置20装置在箱体1右侧中端,上端连接过滤装置21,下端连接灭菌装置22,所述灭菌装置22左侧中端连接出风管23,所述出风管23插入至箱体1内部;所述过滤装置21内部装置多层活性炭过滤网,所述灭菌装置22内部装置电加热器。

1.一种螺旋藻培育箱,包括箱体、控制器、循环喷淋装置、自动补水水箱、热风装置,其特征在于:所述箱体左侧上端装置控制器,左侧下端装置自动补水水箱,右侧下端装置热风装置;所述箱体内部装置上下四层螺旋藻置放网,由四层螺旋藻置放网分隔成四个螺旋藻培育区;所述螺旋藻培育区下端为集水池;所述循环喷淋装置由循环水管、循环水泵、供水管、喷淋管、多个喷淋头构成;所述循环水泵装置在箱体顶端中间,右端通过循环水管连接并插入至集水池,下端连接装置在箱体内部供水管,所述供水管下端连接横向设置的喷淋管,所述喷淋管下端装置多个喷淋头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋藻培育箱,其特征在于:所述四个螺旋藻培育区内部上端皆装置补光灯管,内部左侧面上皆装置连接控制器的温湿度传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋藻培育箱,其特征在于:所述自动补水水箱下端装置带有电控制阀门的补水水管,所述补水水管另一端连接并插入至集水池内部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋藻培育箱,其特征在于:所述集水池内部装置水位探测器、造氧器,外端左侧装置一个臭氧发生器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋藻培育箱,其特征在于:所述热风装置由鼓风装置、过滤装置、灭菌装置、出风管构成,所述鼓风装置装置在箱体右侧中端,上端连接过滤装置,下端连接灭菌装置,所述灭菌装置左侧中端连接出风管,所述出风管插入至箱体内部;所述过滤装置内部装置多层活性炭过滤网,所述灭菌装置内部装置电加热器。
