技术领域
本发明涉及纳米复合材料领域,具体涉及一种快速凝固防水胶。
背景技术
在生活和生产中会应用到堵漏快速凝固胶,但市场上大量的凝固胶不具备快速凝固的功能,且使用一段时间后会在裂缝、堵漏处出现渗水等情况,造成损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种快速凝固防水胶,具有快速凝固和防水的特性。
本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种快速凝固防水胶,包括过硫酸盐和亚硫酸钠的混合物、碳酸钙粉末、含氢硅油、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、酚类主高温稳定剂为抗氧剂168,混合而成;上述各组分的配比如下:硫酸盐和亚硫酸钠的混合物30~55%、碳酸钙粉末2~4%、含氢硅油10~30%、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯2~5%、酚类主高温稳定剂为抗氧剂168为3~7%。
本发明具有以下优点:可快速填满缝隙,特别是在潮湿环境下能够快速凝固,具有一定的膨胀性,体积不缩小;且能够耐高温,防水特性,热稳定好,使用后不惧怕高温而造成再次裂缝,对环境无污染,操作简单安全。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一:一种快速凝固防水胶,各组分的配比如下:硫酸盐和亚硫酸钠的混合物30%、碳酸钙粉末2%、含氢硅油10%、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯2%、酚类主高温稳定剂为抗氧剂168为3%。
实施例二:一种快速凝固防水胶,各组分的配比如下:硫酸盐和亚硫酸钠的混合物55%、碳酸钙粉末4%、含氢硅油30%、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯5%、酚类主高温稳定剂为抗氧剂168为7%。
实施例三:一种快速凝固防水胶,各组分的配比如下:硫酸盐和亚硫酸钠的混合物45%、碳酸钙粉末3%、含氢硅油20%、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯3%、酚类主高温稳定剂为抗氧剂168为5%。
实施例四:一种快速凝固防水胶,各组分的配比如下:硫酸盐和亚硫酸钠的混合物55%、碳酸钙粉末4%、含氢硅油30%、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯3%、酚类主高温稳定剂为抗氧剂168为7%。
