Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于破碎玻璃的装置,包括设有进料口和出料口的壳体,还包括反击板、衬板、转子、弹簧、导杆以及支撑座,所述导杆固定连接在壳体的底端,导杆活动插接支撑座上,弹簧套设于导杆上,且一端抵接于支撑座上,一端抵接于壳体上,反击板固定于壳体的内腔壁上,衬板固定于反击板上,转子转动设于壳体内。本发明便于制造,减震效果好,稳定性好,本发明中的转子结构简单,造价成本低。

本发明涉及一种用于破碎玻璃的装置。
背景技术:
现有的碎玻璃机结构复杂,在破碎玻璃过程中,玻璃反作用于碎玻璃机的壳体,容易造成壳体发生震动,长此以往容易造成碎玻璃机的损坏。
现有的碎玻璃机的转子结构复杂,造价成本高。
因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种用于破碎玻璃的装置。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种用于破碎玻璃的装置,包括设有进料口和出料口的壳体,还包括反击板、衬板、转子、弹簧、导杆以及支撑座,所述导杆固定连接在壳体的底端,导杆活动插接支撑座上,弹簧套设于导杆上,且一端抵接于支撑座上,一端抵接于壳体上,反击板固定于壳体的内腔壁上,衬板固定于反击板上,转子转动设于壳体内;
所述转子包括转轴、第一破碎杆、第二破碎杆、第三破碎杆以及第四破碎杆,若干所述第一破碎杆垂直固定连接在转轴上,每根第一破碎杆的上下两端分别垂直固定一根第二破碎杆,第三破碎杆垂直固定连接在第二破碎杆上,第四破碎杆的顶端垂直固定连接在第三破碎杆上。
进一步地,所述衬板上设有若干棘齿。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明便于制造,减震效果好,稳定性好,本发明中的转子结构简单,造价成本低。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,本用新型一种用于破碎玻璃的装置,包括反击板2、衬板3、转子4、弹簧5、导杆6、支撑座7以及设有进料口110和出料口120的壳体1,导杆6固定连接在壳体1的底端,壳体1通过导杆6活动插接支撑座7上,弹簧5套设于导杆6上,且下端抵接于支撑座7上,上端抵接于壳体1上,反击板2固定于壳体1的内腔壁上,衬板3固定于反击板2上,转子4转动设于壳体1内。
本发明中的转子4包括转轴40、第一破碎杆41、第二破碎杆42、第三破碎杆43以及第四破碎杆44,四根第一破碎杆41垂直固定连接在转轴40上,每根第一破碎杆41的上下两端分别垂直固定一根第二破碎杆42,第三破碎杆43垂直固定连接在第二破碎杆42上,第四破碎杆44的顶端垂直固定连接在第三破碎杆43上。
本发明为增加衬板3与待破碎玻璃之间的摩擦力,从而增加本发明的破碎效果,在衬板3上设有若干棘齿(图中未画出)。

1.一种用于破碎玻璃的装置,包括设有进料口(110)和出料口(120)的壳体(1),其特征在于:还包括反击板(2)、衬板(3)、转子(4)、弹簧(5)、导杆(6)以及支撑座(7),所述导杆(6)固定连接在壳体(1)的底端,导杆(6)活动插接支撑座(7)上,弹簧(5)套设于导杆(6)上,且一端抵接于支撑座(7)上,一端抵接于壳体(1)上,反击板(2)固定于壳体(1)的内腔壁上,衬板(3)固定于反击板(2)上,转子(4)转动设于壳体(1)内;
所述转子(4)包括转轴(40)、第一破碎杆(41)、第二破碎杆(42)、第三破碎杆(43)以及第四破碎杆(44),若干所述第一破碎杆(41)垂直固定连接在转轴(40)上,每根第一破碎杆(41)的上下两端分别垂直固定一根第二破碎杆(42),第三破碎杆(43)垂直固定连接在第二破碎杆(42)上,第四破碎杆(44)的顶端垂直固定连接在第三破碎杆(43)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于破碎玻璃的装置,其特征在于:所述衬板(3)上设有若干棘齿。
