技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药药剂，更具体地说是涉及一种用于治疗急性腰扭伤的中药药剂。
背景技术
急性腰扭伤是腰部肌肉、筋膜、韧带等软组织因外力作用突然受到过度牵拉而引起的急性撕裂伤，常发生于搬抬重物、腰部肌肉强力收缩所致，急性腰扭伤可使腰骶部肌肉的附着点、骨膜、筋膜和靭带等组织撕裂。临床表现主要为伤后立即出现剧痛，严重者甚至倒下不能翻身。疼痛为持续性，活动时加重，休息后也不能消除，咳嗽、大声说话、腹部用力等均可使疼痛加重，伤后次日更重，止痛药物一般无效。西医常用抗炎镇痛药治疗此病，长期口服对人体副作用大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种制作简单、疗效确切、治愈率高的用于治疗急性腰扭伤的中药药剂。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案是，一种用于治疗急性腰扭伤的中药药剂，其特征是，由下述重量份数的中药原料制成：乳香10—15份、没药10--15份、红花15--20份、延胡索8--15份、栀子8--15份、当归10--15份、川弓10--18份、莪术6--10份、黄芪8--12份、丹参6--10份、桑寄生6--10份、杜仲8--12份、土鳖虫3--6份、桃仁8--15份、牛膝 8—15份。
优选为，一种用于治疗急性腰扭伤的中药药剂，其特征是，由下述重量份数的中药原料制成：乳香12份、没药12份、红花18份、延胡索10份、栀子10份、当归12份、川弓15份、莪术8份、黄芪10份、丹参8份、桑寄生8份、杜仲10份、土鳖虫5份、桃仁12份、牛膝 12份。
将称取好的上述中药原料放入容器中，加水没过药面，浸泡15—20分钟，再加水没过药面6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸腾前用武火煎煮，沸腾后用文火煎煮15—20分钟；第二次煎煮时，加水没过药面5厘米，用武火进行煎煮，水沸后用文火煎煮15—20分钟；两次煎煮取汁，每天早晚口服一次。
各中药药理作用如下：
乳香：味辛、苦，性微温；归心、肝、脾经；具有活血行气，通经止痛，消肿生肌之功效。
没药：味苦，性平；归心、肝、脾经；具有活血止痛，消肿生肌之功效。
红花：味辛，性温；归心、肝经；具有活血通络，祛瘀止痛之功效。
延胡索：味辛、苦，性温；归肝、脾经；具有活血散瘀，行气止痛之功效。
栀子：味苦，性寒；归心、肺、三焦经；具有泻火除烦，清热利湿，凉血解毒之功效。
当归：味甘、辛、苦，性温；归肝、心、脾经；具有补血活血，调经止痛，润肠通便之功效。
川弓：味辛，性温；归肝、胆、心包经；具有活血行气，祛风止痛之功效。
莪术：味辛、苦，性温；归肝、脾经；具有行气破血，消积止痛之功效。
黄芪：味甘、性温；归肺、脾经；具有补益脾肺，固表止汗，利尿消肿，托毒敛疮之功效。
丹参：味苦，性微寒；归心、肝经；具有活血祛瘀，调经止痛，养血安神之功效。
桑寄生：味苦、甘，性平；归肝、肾经；具有补肝肾，强筋骨，祛风湿，安胎元之功效。
杜仲：味甘，性温；归肝、肾经，具有补肝肾，强筋骨，安胎之功效。
土鳖虫：味咸，性寒，有小毒；归肝经；具有破血逐瘀，续筋接骨之功效。
桃仁：味苦、甘，性平，有小毒；归心、肝、大肠经；具有活血祛瘀，润肠通便之功效。
牛膝：味苦、酸，性平；归肝、肾经；具有补肝肾，强筋骨，活血通经，引血（火）下行，利尿通淋之功效。
本发明药物的动物毒性试验
取大白鼠60只，雌雄兼用，体重150—250g，分为两组，一组为超剂量实验组，另一组为正常量实验组。超剂量组为30--40ml∕kg,正常量组为10--15 ml∕kg，给药方式为灌胃法给药，每天早晚各一次，连续服用30天，每天观察给药反应，结果表明二组大白鼠活动、饮食正常，药物无不良毒副作用，无死亡。
本中药配方针对急性腰扭伤的发病机理，进行辨证配伍组方，组份中的各种原料药物相互协调在一起，能够起到最大程度的发挥药效，具有活血行气、消肿生肌、祛瘀止痛、补肝肾、强筋骨的功效，从而达到标本兼治的目的；且吸收效果好，疗效显著，无副作用，安全性高。
下面结合临床资料及典型病例对本发明的有益效果进一步说明。
1、一般资料
从2014年5月--2015年6月治疗急性腰扭伤患者109人，其中男性患者64人，女性患者45人，年龄14--65岁，平均年龄32.4岁。
2、治疗方法
采用本发明所制备的药液每天早晚各口服一次,根据患者病情轻重计算治疗时间，轻度患者服用2--3天，中度患者服用2--5天，重度患者服用5--8天。
3、疗效判断标准
治愈：局部剧烈疼痛、肿胀全部消失，腰部活动自如，能正常工作和劳动。
有效：腰痛症状有所缓解，腰部活动仍有受限。
无效：腰痛症状无任何改善。
4、治疗结果
本发明有效率达99.0％。
5、典型病例
1.吴某，女，56岁，因做家务时不慎将腰部扭伤，腰部疼痛，不能行走，自用跌打酒外涂，症状无缓解。服用本发明所制备的中药组合物2天，症状明显减轻，又服用1天后，腰部活动恢复正常。
2.王某，女，36岁，患者自诉因搬抬重物时不慎将腰部扭伤，腰部两侧疼痛难忍，咳嗽、打喷嚏时疼痛感加重。服用本发明所制备的中药组合物2天，疼痛感明显减轻，又继续服用2天，症状、体征完全消失。
3.吴某，男，47岁，因在家搬抬重物时腰部扭伤，疼痛难忍，不能直立，卧床不能翻身，咳嗽、打喷嚏时疼痛加重。服用本发制备的中药组合物3天后，腰部疼痛感完全消失，恢复正常，随访半年未见复发。
4.夏某，男，26岁，短跑运动员，在参加体育赛事中将腰部扭伤，左侧疼痛难耐，不能行走，活动受限，X线摄片未见异常。服用本发明制备的中药组合物2天，腰部疼痛症状得到缓解，又继续服用3天，症状及体征均完全消失。
