背景技术
急性腰扭伤是在弯腰搬提物体，或杠抬重物，或久蹲突然站起，造成腰部肌肉强力收缩，从而引发的腰部肌肉、筋膜、韧带、小关节囊、腰骶及骶髂关节等组织的损伤，可出现剧烈腰痛、腰肌紧张、活动受限等病症。本病常发于下腰部，以青壮年患者多见。
中医认为急性腰扭伤属伤筋范畴，《素问•刺腰痛论》云“举重伤腰，恶血归之”，外力作用于腰部，致使经脉受损、气血运行不畅、气滞血瘀。气血运行不畅、水湿内阻、瘀血水湿互结，故致麻木疼痛。筋主运动，筋伤则运动失主，故活动受限。因此本病的中医治法以行气活血、疏通筋脉为要。此外，肾气不足、肾阳亏虚也是本病的诱因之一，兼以补肾药物为辅。

黄芪：味甘、性温；归肺、脾经；具有补益脾肺，固表止汗，利尿消肿，托毒敛疮之功效。
骨碎补：味苦，性温；归肝、肾经；具有补肾壮骨，续伤止痛之功效。
巴戟天：味辛、甘，性微温；归肝、肾经；具有补肾阳，强筋骨，祛风湿之功效。
土鳖虫：味咸，性寒，有小毒；归肝经；具有破血逐瘀，续筋接骨之功效。
桃仁：味苦、甘，性平，有小毒；归心、肝、大肠经；具有活血祛瘀，润肠通便之功效。
牛膝：味苦、酸，性平；归肝、肾经；具有补肝肾，强筋骨，活血通经，引血（火）下行，利尿通淋之功效。
大黄：味苦，性寒；归胃、大肠、肝、脾经；具有泻下攻积，清热泻火，凉血解毒，逐瘀通经，利湿退黄之功效。
本中药组合物采用天然中药为原料，进行辨证配伍组方，诸药合用，具有活血散瘀、行气止痛、破血逐瘀、舒筋活络、强筋健骨、补肝肾的功效，以达到标本兼治的目的；该中药组合物疗效确切，治愈率高，无毒副作用，能有效治疗急性腰扭伤且不易复发。
下面结合临床资料及典型病例对本发明的有益效果进一步说明。
一、临床资料
采用本发明制备的药酒从2014年1月—2015年1月，共治疗急性腰扭伤患者147例，其中男性87例，女性60例，年龄12—69岁，平均35.6岁。
二、治疗方法
每天早晚各口服本发明所制备的药酒30—50ml，同时用本发明所制备的药酒擦涂患处，每天3--4次。
三、疗效评定标准
痊愈：经治疗后腰痛症状消失，活动自如，能正常工作和劳动；
显效：腰痛症状明显减轻，腰部活动仍有受限；
有效：腰痛症状有所减轻，腰部活动仍受限；
无效：腰痛无改善 ，腰部活动无恢复。
四、治疗结果
本发明治疗感冒患者147例，经过2—7天的治疗，痊愈140例，占95.2%，显效4例，占2.7％，有效2例，占1.3%，无效1例，占0.6%，总有效率为99.3%，未见任何副作用；治愈140例中，2天治愈30例，3天治愈49例，4天治愈47例，5—7天治愈16例；结果表明，本发明具有疗效好，见效快，无毒副作用，治愈率高，愈后不易复发的优点。
五、典型病例
1.夏某，男，26岁，因参加羽毛球比赛不慎扭伤腰部，右侧疼痛，行走困难，卧床不能翻身。服用本发明所制备的中药药酒，同时用本发明所制备的药酒擦涂患处，第一天疼痛症状减轻，又继续服用2天，同时用本发明所制备的药酒擦涂患处，症状、体征完全消失，活动范围恢复正常，治愈。
2.殷某，女，53岁，患者自诉因做家务时不慎将腰部扭伤，腰部疼痛，不能行走，卧床不能翻身。服用本发明所制备的中药药酒2天，同时用本发明所制备的药酒擦涂患处，症状明显减轻，又服用1天后，腰部活动恢复正常，治愈。
3.赵某，女，46岁，患者自诉因在家里做家务时不慎将腰部扭伤，右侧疼痛，自用跌打酒擦涂3天，症状未见好转，X光摄片腰椎未见异常。服用本发明所制备的中药药酒3天，同时用本发明所制备的药酒擦涂患处，症状、体征完全消失，腰部活动恢复正常。
4.马某，男，39岁，患者参加体育比赛时扭伤腰部，腰部疼痛剧烈，活动受限，卧床不能翻身，行走困难，X线摄片腰椎及肋骨骨质未见异常。服用本发明所制备的中药药酒2天，同时用本发明所制备的药酒擦涂患处，症状明显减轻，可缓慢行走，又继续服用3天，同时用本发明所制备的药酒擦涂患处，腰部活动恢复正常，治愈，随访半年未见复发。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种治疗急性腰扭伤的中药药剂，其特征是，由下列重量的中药原料制成：当归15克、川芎15克、乳香15克、红花15克、延胡索14克、淫羊藿14克、补骨脂10克、栀子10克、三棱8克、黄芪8克、骨碎补10克、巴戟天10克、土鳖虫10克、桃仁14克、牛膝10克、大黄8克、52°纯粮白酒1000ml。
其制备方法包括以下步骤：（1）按上述重量称取原料药当归、川芎、乳香、红花、延胡索、淫羊藿、补骨脂、栀子、三棱、黄芪、骨碎补、巴戟天、土鳖虫、桃仁、牛膝、大黄，剁碎，得混合物A；（2）将上步得到的混合物A放入玻璃容器中，倒入称量好的白酒，搅拌均匀，密封浸泡20—30天；（3）压榨过滤取其滤液即得。每天早晚各口服30—50ml，同时用本发明所制备的药酒擦涂患处，每天3--4次。
实施例2

其制备方法包括以下步骤：（1）按上述重量称取原料药当归、川芎、乳香、红花、延胡索、淫羊藿、补骨脂、栀子、三棱、黄芪、骨碎补、巴戟天、土鳖虫、桃仁、牛膝、大黄，剁碎，得混合物A；（2）将上步得到的混合物A放入玻璃容器中，倒入称量好的白酒，搅拌均匀，密封浸泡20—30天；（3）压榨过滤取其滤液即得。每天早晚各口服30—50ml，同时用本发明所制备的药酒擦涂患处，每天3--4次。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗急性腰扭伤的中药药剂，其特征是，由下列重量的中药原料制成：当归20克、川芎20克、乳香15克、红花15克、延胡索10克、淫羊藿10克、补骨脂10克、栀子10克、三棱10克、黄芪8克、骨碎补10克、巴戟天12克、土鳖虫8克、桃仁12克、牛膝10克、大黄8克、52°纯粮白酒1000ml。
