The invention discloses a charging device, a cable and a charging method, wherein the charging device can charge an electronic device, and a first charging circuit is arranged in the electronic device; the charging apparatus includes: an adapter and a cable; a second charging circuit is arranged in the cable; the second charging circuit of the charging device is connected in parallel with the first charging circuit of the electronic device, so that the electronic device is charged by the second charging circuit of the charging device and the first charging circuit of the electronic device at the same time.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a charging technology, in particular to charging equipment, a cable and a charging method.
Background
The current methods for realizing quick charging of mobile devices mainly include two methods: one method is to provide a charging Circuit (IC) on the mobile device side, and this method has a disadvantage that when the charging current is large, the mobile device generates heat seriously, which affects the user experience. Another method is to arrange the charging circuit on the adapter side, which has the disadvantage of requiring custom adapters, cables, connectors, etc. for the mobile device, which is costly and less versatile.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural composition diagram of a charging device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the charging device is capable of charging an electronic device, and the electronic device is provided with a first charging circuit; the charging apparatus includes: an adapter 11 and a cable 12; a second charging circuit 121 is arranged in the cable 12; wherein,
the second charging circuit 121 of the charging device is connected in parallel with the first charging circuit of the electronic device, so that the electronic device is charged by using the second charging circuit 121 of the charging device and the first charging circuit of the electronic device at the same time.
In the embodiment of the present invention, one end of the charging device adaptor 11 is connected to the power supply side, and the other end of the charging device adaptor 11 is connected to the electronic device through a cable.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the adapter is an interface converter, which may be a separate hardware interface device, allowing the hardware or electronic interface to be connected to other hardware or electronic interfaces, or may be an information interface.

In the embodiment of the present invention, one end of the charging device adaptor 11 is connected to the power supply side, and the other end of the charging device adaptor 11 is connected to the electronic device 13 through a cable.

when the switch is in the open state, the charging device charges the electronic device 13 through the second charging circuit 121 in the cable and the first charging circuit 131 in the electronic device 13.

In the embodiment of the invention, when the electronic equipment is connected to the second charging circuit, the electronic equipment sends a data signal to the data pin in the second charging circuit so as to confirm whether the electronic equipment is a common charging device or a quick charging device.
Step 502: and when the detection result shows that the electronic equipment belongs to the first type, disconnecting the second charging circuit and the first charging circuit which are connected in parallel so as to charge the electronic equipment by using the first charging circuit.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first type means that the electronic equipment belongs to common charging equipment. And for the common charging equipment, the second charging circuit and the first charging circuit which are connected in parallel are disconnected, and the electronic equipment is charged only by using the first charging circuit.
Step 503: and when the detection result shows that the electronic equipment belongs to the second type, connecting a second charging circuit of the charging equipment with a first charging circuit of the electronic equipment in parallel.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the second type indicates that the electronic device belongs to a fast charging device. For a fast charging device, a second charging circuit of the charging device is connected in parallel with a first charging circuit of the electronic device.
In the embodiment of the invention, a first charging circuit is arranged in the electronic equipment; the charging apparatus includes: an adapter and a cable; a second charging circuit is arranged in the cable.

a power pin in the second charging circuit of the cable is electrically connected with a power pin in the adapter and a power pin in the first charging circuit of the electronic equipment; a ground pin in a second charging circuit of the cable is electrically connected with a ground pin in the adapter and a ground pin in a first charging circuit of the electronic device; a battery interface in a second charging circuit of the cable is electrically connected with an unused pin of the electronic equipment;
the non-common pin is electrically connected with a battery end of the electronic equipment through a switch;
when the switch is in an open state, the charging device charges the electronic device through the second charging circuit in the cable and the first charging circuit in the electronic device.
2. The charging device of claim 1, wherein the second charging circuit in the cable is disposed adjacent to the adapter or adjacent to the electronic device.
3. The charging device according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the unused pin of the electronic device is an identification pin of the electronic device.
4. A cable, wherein a second charging circuit is provided in the cable; wherein,
when the electronic equipment is charged by the charging equipment consisting of the cable and the adapter, the second charging circuit in the cable is connected with the first charging circuit in the electronic equipment in parallel, so that the electronic equipment is charged by the second charging circuit in the cable and the first charging circuit in the electronic equipment at the same time;
a power pin in the second charging circuit of the cable is electrically connected with a power pin in the adapter and a power pin in the first charging circuit of the electronic equipment; a ground pin in a second charging circuit of the cable is electrically connected with a ground pin in the adapter and a ground pin in a first charging circuit of the electronic device; a battery interface in a second charging circuit of the cable is electrically connected to an override pin of the electronic device.

connecting a second charging circuit of the charging device in parallel with a first charging circuit of the electronic device;
simultaneously charging the electronic equipment by using a second charging circuit of the charging equipment and a first charging circuit of the electronic equipment;
the method further comprises the following steps: detecting the type of the electronic equipment by using a data pin in the second charging circuit to obtain a detection result;
the connecting the second charging circuit of the charging device in parallel with the first charging circuit of the electronic device comprises: and when the detection result shows that the electronic equipment belongs to the second type, connecting a second charging circuit of the charging equipment in parallel with a first charging circuit of the electronic equipment.
6. The charging method according to claim 5, further comprising:
and when the detection result shows that the electronic equipment belongs to the first type, disconnecting the second charging circuit and the first charging circuit which are connected in parallel so as to charge the electronic equipment by using the first charging circuit.
