Abstract

本发明涉及空气净化设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种空气净化器,包括机壳、设置在所述机壳内的过滤装置、风机、控制器和蓄电池、设置在所述机壳上的进风口和出风口、设置在所述机壳底部的万向轮、及驱动所述万向轮转动的电机,所述出风口处设有调节风向的转片,所述机壳上设有4个位置传感器,各所述位置传感器分别位于所述机壳的前后左右处,所述蓄电池为所述风机、电机和控制器供电,所述风机、电机和位置传感器分别与所述控制器连接,本发明通过电机驱动万向轮的转动,实现了净化器机身的移动,对室内空气的净化程度更均匀,提高净化效率,同时,出风口处设有调节风向的转片,使洁净空气的气流更均匀的输送到室内空间。

[0001] 本发明涉及空气净化设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种空气净化器。背景技术
[0002] 近年来大气污染日益严重,特别是雾霾天气长时间大范围地笼罩着城市的上空, 给人们的日常生活和身体健康带来了严重的影响。为了提高生活质量,在日常生活中,越来越多的人选择使用空气净化器来净化周围的空气。空气净化器一般是利用风机,将空气抽入机器,再通过过滤或者杀菌等过程来实现空气的净化,最后再由排气口排出。
[0003] 目前市面上的空气净化器,机身固定不便转动,且排气口的朝向固定不变,导致室内气体净化程度不均匀,净化效率低。
[0004] 有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种空气净化器,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。发明内容
[0005] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种空气净化器,机身可旋转,出风口的角度可调节,使室内空气的净化程度更均匀,提高净化效率。
[0006] 本发明提出的一种空气净化器,包括机壳、设置在所述机壳内的过滤装置、风机、 控制器和蓄电池、设置在所述机壳上的进风口和出风口、设置在所述机壳底部的万向轮、及驱动所述万向轮转动的电机,所述出风口处设有调节风向的转片,所述机壳上设有4个位置传感器,各所述位置传感器分别位于所述机壳的前后左右处,所述蓄电池为所述风机、电机和控制器供电,所述风机、电机和位置传感器分别与所述控制器连接。
[0007] 进一步的,所述蓄电池连接有电源线,所述机壳上设有收纳所述电源线的腔室。

[0016] 参见图1,本发明本发明提出的一种空气净化器,包括机壳1、设置在机壳1内的过滤装置、风机、控制器和蓄电池、设置在机壳1上的进风口 2和出风口 3、设置在机壳1底部的万向轮4、及驱动万向轮4转动的电机,出风口 3处设有调节风向的转片,机壳1上设有4个位置传感器,各位置传感器分别位于机壳1的前后左右处,蓄电池为风机、电机和控制器供电, 风机、电机和位置传感器分别与控制器连接。
[0017] 空气净化器工作时,通过电机驱动万向轮4的转动,机身可在室内移动,对室内空气的净化程度更均匀,提高了净化效率,4个方位的位置传感器用于检测机身距离障碍物的距离,将位置信息发送给控制器后,控制器控制万向轮4的转动方向,使空气净化器更加智能,在移动过程中,净化器通过蓄电池供电,同时,出风口 3处设有调节风向的转片,使洁净空气的气流更均匀的输送到室内空间。
[0018] 另外,蓄电池连接有电源线,机壳1上设有收纳电源线的腔室,可随时为蓄电池充电。
[0019] 机壳1呈圆柱状,出风口3呈环状设置于机壳1的顶部,使气流朝向四面输送出去, 更加均匀。

1.一种空气净化器,其特征在于:包括机壳、设置在所述机壳内的过滤装置、风机、控制 器和蓄电池、设置在所述机壳上的进风口和出风口、设置在所述机壳底部的万向轮、及驱动 所述万向轮转动的电机,所述出风口处设有调节风向的转片,所述机壳上设有4个位置传感 器,各所述位置传感器分别位于所述机壳的前后左右处,所述蓄电池为所述风机、电机和控 制器供电,所述风机、电机和位置传感器分别与所述控制器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述蓄电池连接有电源线,所述机 壳上设有收纳所述电源线的腔室。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述机壳呈圆柱状,所述出风口设 置在所述机壳的顶部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述过滤装置包括依次叠设的前置 过滤网、HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网、纳米银过滤网、光触媒过滤网、水过滤网、及紫外线杀 菌灯。
