Abstract
本发明涉及锅炉结构技术领域,具体为一种燃气锅炉,其改造后保留原CFB锅炉的性能参数,并且保证燃气的正常燃烧,所述炉膛底部安装有气体燃烧器,所述炉膛侧壁开有SOFA口,所述炉膛上端连通连接烟道,所述连接烟道包括水平烟道、垂直上升烟道和垂直下降烟道,所述垂直下降烟道连通尾部烟道,所述尾部烟道内安装有顺次布置有高温过热器、低温过热器、省煤器和两组空气预热器,所述省煤器由螺旋翅片管构成,下面的一组所述空气预热器设置冷风进口,上面的一组所述空气预热器设置热风出口。

技术领域
本发明涉及锅炉结构技术领域,具体为一种燃气锅炉。
背景技术
许多小型的CFB锅炉因为受锅架环保政策影响,需要对其进行改造,其中将CFB锅炉改造为燃气锅炉是其中的一种改造方案,但是CFB锅炉具有其本身特殊性,并且要保证被改造锅炉可以达到原有的各项性能参数,现有的一些改造锅炉无法满足要求。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种燃气锅炉,其改造后保留原CFB锅炉的性能参数,并且保证燃气的正常燃烧。
其技术方案是这样的:一种燃气锅炉,其包括瘦长形炉膛,其特征在于,所述炉膛底部安装有气体燃烧器,所述炉膛侧壁开有SOFA口,所述炉膛上端连通连接烟道,所述连接烟道包括水平烟道、垂直上升烟道和垂直下降烟道,所述垂直下降烟道连通尾部烟道,所述尾部烟道内安装有顺次布置有高温过热器、低温过热器、省煤器和两组空气预热器,所述省煤器由螺旋翅片管构成,下面的一组所述空气预热器设置冷风进口,上面的一组所述空气预热器设置热风出口。
其进一步特征在于,所述水平烟道底部为密封水平底;
所述低温过热器布置两组;
所述省煤器布置两组。
采用本发明的结构后,气体通过气体燃烧器点燃后燃烧,充分利用瘦长形炉膛的优势,侧壁上可以开有SOFA口,气体有效进行燃烧,并通过连接烟道进入尾部烟道,水平烟道的布置以及高温过热器、低温过热器、省煤器、两组空气预热器,可以充分保留原CFB锅炉的性能参数;水平烟道底部为密封水平底后可以防止原先该处下锥形烟道聚集气体现象发生,低温过热器和省煤器均布置两组可以进一步保证性能参数。

具体实施方式
见图1所示,一种燃气锅炉,其包括瘦长形炉膛1,炉膛1底部安装有气体燃烧器2,炉膛1侧壁开有SOFA口3,炉膛1上端连通连接烟道4,连接烟道4包括水平烟道4-1、垂直上升烟道4-2和垂直下降烟道4-3,垂直下降烟道4-3连通尾部烟道9,尾部烟道9内安装有顺次布置有高温过热器5、两组低温过热器6、两组省煤器7和两组空气预热器8,省煤器7由螺旋翅片管构成,下面的一组空气预热器8设置冷风进口,上面的一组空气预热器8设置热风出口。水平烟道4-1底部为密封水平底,图中10为减温器。

1.一种燃气锅炉,其包括瘦高形炉膛,其特征在于,所述炉膛底部安装有气体燃烧器,所述炉膛侧壁开有SOFA口,所述炉膛上端连通连接烟道,所述连接烟道包括水平烟道、垂直上升烟道和垂直下降烟道,所述垂直下降烟道连通尾部烟道,所述尾部烟道内安装有顺次布置有高温过热器、低温过热器、省煤器和两组空气预热器,所述省煤器由螺旋翅片管构成,下面的一组所述空气预热器设置冷风进口,上面的一组所述空气预热器设置热风出口;所述水平烟道底部为密封水平底。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃气锅炉,其特征在于,所述低温过热器布置两组。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃气锅炉,其特征在于,所述省煤器布置两组。
