本发明公开了一种阻燃超柔透气绒面料,包括:所述面料是由经纱和纬纱织造而成的,所述经纱为阻燃聚酯纤维和竹纤维混纺纱线,所述纬纱为羊毛纤维和咖啡碳纤维混纺纱线,按质量百分比计算,所述阻燃聚酯纤维占55%‑60%、所述竹纤维占20%‑25%、所述羊毛纤维占10%‑15%、所述咖啡碳纤维占5%‑10%,所述面料的后整理工艺为:剖副‑剪毛‑白坯预定‑染色‑上柔‑水洗‑脱水‑定型,其中所述上柔时使用氨基硅柔软剂。通过上述方式,本发明具有优异的阻燃、透气和手感柔软性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及功能面料领域,特别是涉及一种阻燃超柔透气绒面料。
背景技术
随着纺织品需求量的大幅度增加,由纺织品引起的火灾隐患也随之增加。对由火灾引起的死亡事故调查的结果表明,纺织品引起的火灾占第一位。因此,为防止火灾的发生,阻燃纺织品越来越受到人们的重视。
同时随着人们生活质量的提高,人们对纺织品的要求越来越多样化,不仅要求纺织品穿着舒适,而且追求纺织品具有柔软、滑爽、透气性。而现有的绒面料一般不具有阻燃性能,同时现有的绒面料在透气性和超柔性方面还存在一定的欠缺。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种阻燃超柔透气绒面料,具有优异的阻燃、透气和手感柔软性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种阻燃超柔透气绒面料,包括:所述面料是由经纱和纬纱织造而成的,所述经纱为阻燃聚酯纤维和竹纤维混纺纱线,所述纬纱为羊毛纤维和咖啡碳纤维混纺纱线,按质量百分比计算,所述阻燃聚酯纤维占55%-60%、所述竹纤维占20%-25%、所述羊毛纤维占10%-15%、所述咖啡碳纤维占5%-10%,所述面料的后整理工艺为:剖副-剪毛-白坯预定-染色-上柔-水洗-脱水-定型,其中所述上柔时使用氨基硅柔软剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃聚酯纤维是由聚酯切片、阻燃剂、纳米二氧化硅经熔融纺丝制得的。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述上柔工艺具体为将染色后的坯布浸入到温度为45-60℃的氨基硅柔软剂与水的混合溶液中,浸泡30-50分钟。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述氨基硅柔软剂与水的混合重量比为1:50。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用合理配比的阻燃聚酯纤维、竹纤维、羊毛纤维和咖啡碳纤维织造而成面料坯布,使得到的坯布具有良好的阻燃性能,并依次对该坯布进行剖副、剪毛、预定、染色、上柔、水洗、脱水、定型处理,尤其是上柔处理中采用氨基硅柔软剂,使得到的成品织物具有极高的柔软性和透气性,且安全环保。

一种阻燃超柔透气绒面料,包括:所述面料是由经纱和纬纱织造而成的,所述经纱为阻燃聚酯纤维和竹纤维混纺纱线,所述纬纱为羊毛纤维和咖啡碳纤维混纺纱线,按质量百分比计算,所述阻燃聚酯纤维占55%、所述竹纤维占25%、所述羊毛纤维占15%、所述咖啡碳纤维占5%,其中所述阻燃聚酯纤维是由聚酯切片、阻燃剂、纳米二氧化硅经熔融纺丝制得的,具有优异的阻燃性能。
所述面料的后整理工艺为:剖副-剪毛-白坯预定-染色-上柔-水洗-脱水-定型,其中所述上柔时使用氨基硅柔软剂。
所述上柔工艺具体为将染色后的坯布浸入到温度为45℃的氨基硅柔软剂与水的混合溶液中,浸泡50分钟。其中所述氨基硅柔软剂与水的混合重量比为1:50。
实施例二:
一种阻燃超柔透气绒面料,包括:所述面料是由经纱和纬纱织造而成的,所述经纱为阻燃聚酯纤维和竹纤维混纺纱线,所述纬纱为羊毛纤维和咖啡碳纤维混纺纱线,按质量百分比计算,所述阻燃聚酯纤维占56%、所述竹纤维占22%、所述羊毛纤维占12%、所述咖啡碳纤维占10%,其中所述阻燃聚酯纤维是由聚酯切片、阻燃剂、纳米二氧化硅经熔融纺丝制得的,具有优异的阻燃性能。
所述面料的后整理工艺为:剖副-剪毛-白坯预定-染色-上柔-水洗-脱水-定型,其中所述上柔时使用氨基硅柔软剂。
所述上柔工艺具体为将染色后的坯布浸入到温度为50℃的氨基硅柔软剂与水的混合溶液中,浸泡40分钟。其中所述氨基硅柔软剂与水的混合重量比为1:50。
实施例三:
一种阻燃超柔透气绒面料,包括:所述面料是由经纱和纬纱织造而成的,所述经纱为阻燃聚酯纤维和竹纤维混纺纱线,所述纬纱为羊毛纤维和咖啡碳纤维混纺纱线,按质量百分比计算,所述阻燃聚酯纤维占60%、所述竹纤维占20%、所述羊毛纤维占10%、所述咖啡碳纤维占5%,其中所述阻燃聚酯纤维是由聚酯切片、阻燃剂、纳米二氧化硅经熔融纺丝制得的,具有优异的阻燃性能。
所述面料的后整理工艺为:剖副-剪毛-白坯预定-染色-上柔-水洗-脱水-定型,其中所述上柔时使用氨基硅柔软剂。

本发明揭示了一种阻燃超柔透气绒面料,采用合理配比的阻燃聚酯纤维、竹纤维、羊毛纤维和咖啡碳纤维织造而成面料坯布,使得到的坯布具有良好的阻燃性能,并依次对该坯布进行剖副、剪毛、预定、染色、上柔、水洗、脱水、定型处理,尤其是上柔处理中采用氨基硅柔软剂,使得到的成品织物具有极高的柔软性和透气性,且安全环保。

1.一种阻燃超柔透气绒面料,其特征在于,包括:所述面料是由经纱和纬纱织造而成的,所述经纱为阻燃聚酯纤维和竹纤维混纺纱线,所述纬纱为羊毛纤维和咖啡碳纤维混纺纱线,按质量百分比计算,所述阻燃聚酯纤维占55%-60%、所述竹纤维占20%-25%、所述羊毛纤维占10%-15%、所述咖啡碳纤维占5%-10%,所述面料的后整理工艺为:剖副-剪毛-白坯预定-染色-上柔-水洗-脱水-定型,其中所述上柔时使用氨基硅柔软剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃超柔透气绒面料,其特征在于,所述阻燃聚酯纤维是由聚酯切片、阻燃剂、纳米二氧化硅经熔融纺丝制得的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃超柔透气绒面料,其特征在于,所述上柔工艺具体为将染色后的坯布浸入到温度为45-60℃的氨基硅柔软剂与水的混合溶液中,浸泡30-50分钟。
4.根据权利要求3所述的阻燃超柔透气绒面料,其特征在于,所述氨基硅柔软剂与水的混合重量比为1:50。
