背景技术
现有胶黏剂存在原料组分多,制作繁琐,成本高,性能差的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种纸品机裱胶黏剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种纸品机裱胶黏剂,包括醋酸丙烯酯15-45份,玉米淀粉500-1500份,氢氧化钠5-15份,次氯酸钠50-150份,亚硫酸钠5-20份,氯化钠2-14份,甲醛2-9份。
生产时,先向反应锅内加入按质量份数占总物料60%的水,再将全部物料全部加入反应锅内,搅拌均匀,将温度加热到90℃,即得成品。
本发明的胶黏剂成本低,工艺流程简单,耐水性好,粘合强度高,便于储存。
具体实施方式
实施例1:包括醋酸丙烯酯15份,玉米淀粉500份,氢氧化钠5份,次氯酸钠50份,亚硫酸钠5份,氯化钠2份,甲醛2份。
实施例2:包括醋酸丙烯酯25份,玉米淀粉900份,氢氧化钠8份,次氯酸钠110份,亚硫酸钠10份,氯化钠7份,甲醛5份。
实施例3:包括醋酸丙烯酯45份,玉米淀粉1500份,氢氧化钠15份,次氯酸钠150份,亚硫酸钠20份,氯化钠14份,甲醛9份。
