Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车空调风管吸塑成型方法,包括使用一种吸塑成型模加工出汽车空调风管,吸塑成型模包括下模座,机身,升降动力缸,上凹模和下凹模均并排设置在下模座上,上凹模和下凹模的内侧均铰接在机身上,转动动力缸;两个升降动力缸的下端各安装有一个凸模;其加工包括以下步骤:将片材加热,置于上凹模和下凹模上,两个凸模分别压在上凹模和下凹模上的片材上,抽真空,两个凸模升起回位,再启动转动动力缸驱动上凹模和下凹模同时翻转90°在机身的中部合并,热压成型,同时切断片材四周。本发明可以解决现有汽车空调风管吸塑工艺导致产品表面质量差,壁厚不均匀的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车空调技术领域,尤其是一种用于吸塑汽车空调的风管的成型方法。
背景技术
现有的汽车空调风管成型一般包括机身,上模座和下模座,上模座通过竖立安装的升降动力缸安装在机身的上部,下模座安装在机身的中部,下模座上设置有下凹模,上模座上安装有上凹模,片材在烘烤软化后置于下凹模上表面,上凹模下降,上凹模和下凹模合并,然后抽真空成型,这样片材与模具之间形成真空带,片材会吸附到模具表面而成型,由于抽真空时片材不是所有的表面都受力均匀,因而导致风管产品的壁厚不均匀,厚度在2.0±1.2毫米,误差极大;另外,在模具中真空吸附时,模具会压住片材四周,所有的形变靠在片材被压住以内的部分实现,压住部分以外的是无法补偿的,深度越大地方壁厚拉伸越薄,导致四周的壁厚也不均匀,风管质量不佳。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种汽车空调风管吸塑成型方法,以解决现有汽车空调风管吸塑工艺导致产品表面质量差,壁厚不均匀的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:本汽车空调风管吸塑成型方法包括使用一种吸塑成型模加工出汽车空调风管,所述吸塑成型模包括下模座,机身,所述机身顶部竖立安装有升降动力缸,在所述下模座上并排设置有上凹模和下凹模,所述上凹模和所述下凹模的内侧均铰接在所述机身上,所述上凹模的外侧与所述下模座之间、所述下凹模的外侧与所述下模座之间均连接有转动动力缸;所述升降动力缸有两个,分别设置在所述上凹模的正上方和所述下凹模的正上方,两个所述升降动力缸的下端各安装有一个凸模;
其加工包括以下步骤:
将片材加热,置于上凹模和下凹模上,启动升降动力缸伸出,使两个凸模分别压在上凹模和下凹模上的片材上,抽真空,风管分两半单独成型,启动升降动力缸回缩,两个凸模升起回位,再启动所有转动动力缸伸出,驱动上凹模和下凹模同时翻转90°,在机身的中部合并,风管的两半再合并热压成型,上凹模和下凹模合并的同时切断片材四周,产品成型。
上述技术方案中,更为具体的方案可以是:所述转动动力缸有四个,分别设置在所述上凹模的左边的前后两侧和所述下凹模的右边的前后两侧。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本汽车空调风管吸塑成型方法使用的吸塑成型模,设置两个凹模在下模座上,在升降动力缸的底部设置凸模,凸模先下降到位,抽真空时风管分两半单独成型,两个凹模再向中间翻转90°在机身中部合并,再热压成型,如此凸模与片材与凹模之间结合紧密,抽真空时受力均匀,大大降低了成型后风管的壁厚误差,壁厚控制在2.0±0.5毫米的范围内,而且抽真空时片材的四周没有被固定死,可以很好通过模具以外的部分来补偿,贴合过程中的形变,这样合模焊接后的产品壁厚是可以做的比较均匀。

下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步详述:
本汽车空调风管吸塑成型方法包括使用一种吸塑成型模加工一种汽车空调风管,如图1所示的吸塑成型模,包括机身1,安装在机身1中部的下模座7,机身1顶部竖立安装有升降动力缸2,上凹模5和下凹模9均并排设置在下模座7上,升降动力缸2有两个,分别设置在上凹模5的正上方和下凹模9的正上方,两个升降动力缸2的下端各安装有一个凸模3。片材4分别置于上凹模5和下凹模9上,凸模3先下降到位,抽真空时风管风管分两半单独成型,凸模3与片材4与凹模之间结合紧密,抽真空时受力均匀,大大降低了成型后风管的壁厚误差。上凹模5和下凹模9的内侧均铰接在机身1上,上凹模5的外侧与下模座7之间、下凹模5的外侧与下模座7之间均连接有转动动力缸6,转动动力缸6有四个,分别设置在上凹模5的左边的前后两侧和下凹模9的右边的前后两侧,所有转动动力缸6伸出时驱动上凹模5和下凹模9同时翻转90°,在机身1的中部合并,热压成型,同时切断风管的边缘。
其加工包括以下步骤:
将片材4加热,置于上凹模5和下凹模9上,启动升降动力缸2伸出,使两个凸模3分别压在上凹模5和下凹模9上的片材4上,抽真空,风管分两半单独成型,启动升降动力缸2回缩,两个凸模3升起回位,再启动所有转动动力缸6伸出,驱动上凹模5和下凹模9同时翻转90°,在机身1的中部合并,热压成型,上凹模5和下凹模9合并的同时切断片材4四周,产品成型。
Claims (2)
1.一种汽车空调风管吸塑成型方法,其特征在于:包括使用一种吸塑成型模加工出汽车空调风管,所述吸塑成型模包括下模座,机身,所述机身顶部竖立安装有升降动力缸,在所述下模座上并排设置有上凹模和下凹模,所述上凹模和所述下凹模的内侧均铰接在所述机身上,所述上凹模的外侧与所述下模座之间、所述下凹模的外侧与所述下模座之间均连接有转动动力缸;所述升降动力缸有两个,分别设置在所述上凹模的正上方和所述下凹模的正上方,两个所述升降动力缸的下端各安装有一个凸模;
其加工包括以下步骤:
将片材加热,置于上凹模和下凹模上,启动升降动力缸伸出,使两个凸模分别压在上凹模和下凹模上的片材上,抽真空,风管分两半单独成型,启动升降动力缸回缩,两个凸模升起回位,再启动所有转动动力缸伸出,驱动上凹模和下凹模同时翻转90°,在机身的中部合并,风管的两半再合并热压成型,上凹模和下凹模合并的同时切断片材四周,产品成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车空调风管吸塑成型方法,其特征在于: 所述转动动力缸有四个,分别设置在所述上凹模的左边的前后两侧和所述下凹模的右边的前后两侧。
