本发明公开了一种年糕切片装置，包括由运输年糕的运输带，在所述运输带的表面设置有钢带，所述钢带上设置有放置年糕条的凹槽，所述运输带的上方设置有支架，支架上设置有切刀，所述切刀与凹槽相对应，所述切刀的刀口设置为伸缩式的，并在所述切刀的右下端设置有水平的挡板；通过在运输带上对年糕进行集中切片，本发明结构简单、操作方便、大大的提高了年糕的切片效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切割技术领域，尤其涉及一种对年糕进行切片的装置。
背景技术
年糕是生活中常用到的食品之一，在生产中，年糕是大批量的产出，传统的切片机无法使用，导致年糕切片效率低下，因此，解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种年糕切片装置，通过在运输带上对年糕进行集中切片，以解决现有年糕切片效率低下的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种年糕切片装置，包括由运输年糕的运输带，在所述运输带的表面设置有钢带，所述钢带上设置有放置年糕条的凹槽，所述运输带的上方设置有支架，支架上设置有切刀，所述切刀与凹槽相对应，所述切刀的刀口设置为伸缩式的，并在所述切刀的右下端设置有水平的挡板。
进一步改进在于：所述凹槽至少设置有五个，所述切刀也至少设置有五个，每五个凹槽为一个加工组，前一个加工组切完，后一个加工组再跟上前一个加工组进行切割。
进一步改进在于：所述凹槽的一侧设置有感应板，所述运输带上设置有红外线感应器，所述红外线感应器感应到感应板时，切刀会向下进行切割。
进一步改进在于：所述凹槽的底端设置有顶出板。
本发明的有益效果是：通过在运输带上设置有凹槽来放置年糕，再由支架上的切刀对众多年糕进行集中切片，并且通过设置有可伸缩的刀口以及挡板可以很好的阻挡年糕被切刀带起，本发明结构简单、操作方便、大大的提高了年糕的切片效率。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解，下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详述，本实施例仅用于解释本发明，并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示，本实施例提供了一种年糕切片装置，包括由运输年糕的运输带1，在所述运输带1的表面设置有钢带2，所述钢带2上设置有放置年糕条的凹槽3，所述运输带1的上方设置有支架4，支架4上设置有切刀5，所述切刀5与凹槽3相对应，所述切刀5的刀口设置为伸缩式的，并在所述切刀5的右下端设置有水平的挡板6。所述凹槽3设置有五个，所述切刀5也设置有五个，每五个凹槽为一个加工组，前一个加工组切完，后一个加工组再跟上前一个加工组进行切割。所述凹槽3的一侧设置有感应板7，所述运输带1上设置有红外线感应器8，所述红外线感应器8感应到感应板7时，切刀5会向下进行切割。所述凹槽3的底端设置有顶出板9。
通过在运输带1上设置有凹槽3来放置年糕，再由支架4上的切刀5对众多年糕进行集中切片，并且通过设置有可伸缩的刀口以及挡6板可以很好的阻挡年糕被切刀带起，本发明结构简单、操作方便、大大的提高了年糕的切片效率。

Claims (4)

1.一种年糕切片装置，包括由运输年糕的运输带（1），其特征在于：在所述运输带（1）的表面设置有钢带（2），所述钢带（2）上设置有放置年糕条的凹槽（3），所述运输带（1）的上方设置有支架（4），支架（4）上设置有切刀（5），所述切刀（5）与凹槽（3）相对应，所述切刀（5）的刀口设置为伸缩式的，并在所述切刀（5）的右下端设置有水平的挡板（6）。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种年糕切片装置，其特征在于：所述凹槽（3）至少设置有五个，所述切刀（5）也至少设置有五个，每五个凹槽为一个加工组，前一个加工组切完，后一个加工组再跟上前一个加工组进行切割。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种年糕切片装置，其特征在于：所述凹槽（3）的一侧设置有感应板（7），所述运输带（1）上设置有红外线感应器（8），所述红外线感应器（8）感应到感应板（7）时，切刀（5）会向下进行切割。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种年糕切片装置，其特征在于：所述凹槽（3）的底端设置有顶出板（9）。
