本发明公开了一种激光切割机,包括机体;所述机体上端分为滑动槽和工作台,滑动槽上设有固定台;所述滑动台的下端设有齿条,支撑体上设置有与齿条配合的齿轮;所述滑动台上设有传动板,传动板一端与滑动台固定连接,传动板另一端与固定台固定连接;所述机体上方设有吸气罩,吸气罩上端设有风机,风机连接有排渣管,排渣管与收集箱连接;所述工作台上设有支撑块,支撑块上端设有滑动轨,滑动轨与滑动台的滑动方向垂直;所述滑动轨上可滑动设有两个滑块,两个滑块上均设有激光切割装置。本发明可提高工作效率。

一种激光切割机
技术领域
本发明涉及激光设备技术领域,尤其是一种激光切割机。
背景技术
激光切割是将从激光器发射出的激光,经光路系统,聚焦成高功率密度的激光束,激光束照射到工件表面,使工件达到熔点或沸点,同时与光束同轴的高压气体将熔化或气化金属吹走,随着光束与工件相对位置的移动,最终使材料形成切缝,从而达到切割的目的。激光切割加工是用不可见的光束代替了传统的机械刀,具有精度高,切割快速,不局限于切割图案限制,自动排版节省材料,切口平滑,加工成本低等特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种激光切割机,以解决现有技术的不足。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:
一种激光切割机,包括机体,其特征在于:所述机体上端分为滑动槽和工作台,滑动槽上设有固定台;所述固定台下方设有与机体可滑动连接的支撑板,支撑板上固定设有连接板,连接板上端与固定台固定连接;所述机体在固定台相对应的一侧滑动连接有滑动台;所述机体在滑动台的下方固定连接有支撑体,所述支撑体上开设有滑槽,滑动台下端设有与滑槽相配合的滑轨;所述滑动台的下端设有齿条,支撑体上设置有与齿条配合的齿轮;所述滑动台上设有传动板,传动板一端与滑动台固定连接,传动板另一端与固定台固定连接;所述机体上方设有吸气罩,吸气罩上端设有风机,风机连接有排渣管,排渣管与收集箱连接;所述工作台上设有支撑块,支撑块上端设有滑动轨,滑动轨与滑动台的滑动方向垂直;所述滑动轨上可滑动设有两个滑块,两个滑块上均设有激光切割装置。
进一步地,所述机体上设有导轨,支撑板开设有与导轨相配合的导槽。
进一步地,所述齿轮设有旋转手柄。
进一步地,所述两个滑块位于滑动轨的两侧。
本发明的有益效果是,
一、在滑动台和固定台的工作面上均设有待加工工件,通过使齿轮转动,由于滑动台的齿条与齿轮配合,从而使滑动台沿支撑体的滑槽方向运动,此时,由于滑动台与固定台通过传动板固定连接,滑动台滑动带动固定台也滑动,同时滑动轨上的两个激光切割装置分别对滑动台上的工件和固定台上的工件进行切割加工;从而本发明可提高工作效率。
二、当进行切割时,打开风机,通过吸气罩将切割时产生的废屑,吸入排渣管内,再进入收集箱内。防止出现废屑没有得到及时处理,会影响对工件的切割效果,导致切割次品率高,材料加工环节造成了浪费,以及进料处的工件表面会占有灰尘,导致切割定位不准确的缺点。

下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1-2所示出了本发明提供的一种激光切割机,包括:机体1、支撑体2、滑槽3、滑轨4、滑动台5、传动板6、工件8、定位板9、固定台10、连接板11、吸气罩16、风机17、排渣管18、收集箱19、齿条21、旋转手柄22、齿轮23、导轨24、支撑板25、滑动槽26、支撑块33、滑动轨32、滑块31、激光切割装置30及工作台27。所述机体1上端分为滑动槽26和工作台27,滑动槽26上设有固定台10;所述固定台10下方设有与机体1可滑动连接的支撑板25,支撑板25上固定设有连接板11,连接板11上端与固定台10固定连接;所述机体1在固定台10相对应的一侧滑动连接有滑动台5;所述机体1在滑动台5的下方固定连接有支撑体2,所述支撑体2上开设有滑槽3,滑动台5下端设有与滑槽3相配合的滑轨4;所述滑动台5的下端设有齿条21,支撑体2上设置有与齿条21配合的齿轮23;所述滑动台5上设有传动板6,传动板6一端与滑动台5固定连接,传动板6另一端与固定台10固定连接;所述机体1上方设有吸气罩16,吸气罩16上端设有风机17,风机17连接有排渣管18,排渣管18与收集箱19连接;所述工作台27上设有支撑块33,支撑块33上端设有滑动轨32,滑动轨32与滑动台5的滑动方向垂直;所述滑动轨32上可滑动设有两个滑块31,两个滑块31上均设有激光切割装置30。
机体1上设有导轨24,支撑板25开设有与导轨24相配合的导槽;所述齿轮23设有旋转手柄22;所述两个滑块31位于滑动轨32的两侧。
在滑动台5和固定台10的工作面上均设有待加工工件,通过使齿轮23转动,由于滑动台5的齿条21与齿轮23配合,从而使滑动台5沿支撑体2的滑槽方向运动,此时,由于滑动台5与固定台10通过传动板6固定连接,滑动台5滑动带动固定台10也滑动,同时滑动轨32上的两个激光切割装置30分别对滑动台5上的工件和固定台10上的工件进行切割加工;从而本发明可提高工作效率。
当进行切割时,打开风机17,通过吸气罩16将切割时产生的废屑,吸入排渣管18内,再进入收集箱19内。防止出现废屑没有得到及时处理,会影响对工件的切割效果,导致切割次品率高,材料加工环节造成了浪费,以及进料处的工件表面会占有灰尘,导致切割定位不准确的缺点。

1.一种激光切割机,包括机体,其特征在于:所述机体上端分为滑动槽和工作台,滑动槽上设有固定台;所述固定台下方设有与机体可滑动连接的支撑板,支撑板上固定设有连接板,连接板上端与固定台固定连接;所述机体在固定台相对应的一侧滑动连接有滑动台;所述机体在滑动台的下方固定连接有支撑体,所述支撑体上开设有滑槽,滑动台下端设有与滑槽相配合的滑轨;所述滑动台的下端设有齿条,支撑体上设置有与齿条配合的齿轮;所述滑动台上设有传动板,传动板一端与滑动台固定连接,传动板另一端与固定台固定连接;所述机体上方设有吸气罩,吸气罩上端设有风机,风机连接有排渣管,排渣管与收集箱连接;所述工作台上设有支撑块,支撑块上端设有滑动轨,滑动轨与滑动台的滑动方向垂直;所述滑动轨上可滑动设有两个滑块,两个滑块上均设有激光切割装置。
