本发明公开了一种增强型加热浸出罐,包括筒体、封头、盖板、搅拌装置和若干个挡板;盖板、封头分别固定连接在筒体上下端;搅拌装置置于筒体内;筒体、封头外壁设有整体式夹套;夹套上部设有加热介质进口管,下部设有加热介质出口管;挡板竖置,固定连接在筒体侧壁;夹套内设有螺旋挡板;螺旋挡板自上而下环绕在夹套内筒体、封头外壁上;螺旋挡板截面为V形,螺旋挡板V形开口贴合在筒体或封头外壁上,并固定连接;整体式夹套内壁贴合在螺旋挡板V形顶部;进一步改进在于:夹套内在加热介质进口管出口端相对的位置设有挡板;挡板为上下布置的波浪形长条板;挡板围绕筒体中心轴线均布。本发明结构强度、刚性高,混合均匀性好。

增强型加热浸出罐
技术领域
本发明涉及一种萃取设备,尤其涉及一种浸出罐。
背景技术
浸出罐是一种内有搅拌装置,能将固体原料中的可溶组分间歇浸出来的承压密闭容器。浸出罐广泛应用于食用油精炼、制药、石油、化工、染料等生产。现有浸出罐包括筒体、封头、盖板、驱动装置、搅拌装置和若干个挡板,盖板、封头分别固定连接在筒体上下端,筒体、封头外壁设有整体式夹套,夹套上部设有加热介质进口管,下部设有加热介质出口管。搅拌装置工作时,会使浸出罐产生振动,需浸出罐具备较高的结构强度、刚性。市场上有一种浸出罐在整体式夹套内设有螺旋挡板,螺旋挡板自上而下环绕在夹套内封头、筒体外壁上,这种螺旋挡板起到一定的增强浸出罐结构强度、刚性的效果,但这种螺旋挡板截面为矩形,增强效果有限,浸出罐使用寿命仍较短。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著增强结构强度、刚性,显著延长使用寿命的增强型加热浸出罐。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
增强型加热浸出罐,包括筒体、封头、盖板、搅拌装置和若干个挡板;所述盖板、封头分别固定连接在筒体上下端;所述搅拌装置置于筒体内;所述筒体、封头外壁设有整体式夹套;所述夹套上部设有加热介质进口管,下部设有加热介质出口管;所述挡板竖置,固定连接在筒体侧壁;所述夹套内设有螺旋挡板;所述螺旋挡板自上而下环绕在夹套内筒体、封头外壁上;其改进之处在于:所述螺旋挡板截面为V形,螺旋挡板V形开口贴合在筒体或封头外壁上,并固定连接;所述整体式夹套内壁贴合在螺旋挡板V形顶部。
上述结构中,所述夹套内在加热介质进口管出口端相对的位置设有挡板;所述挡板固定连接在筒体外壁上。
上述结构中,所述挡板为上下布置的波浪形长条板。
上述结构中,所述挡板围绕筒体中心轴线均布。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、螺旋挡板截面为V形,螺旋挡板V形开口贴合在筒体或封头外壁上,并固定连接,整体式夹套内壁贴合在螺旋挡板V形顶部,这样,V形螺旋挡板显著增强本发明结构强度、刚性,显著延长本发明使用寿命。
2、夹套内在加热介质进口管出口端相对的位置设有挡板,可避免加热介质直接冲击筒体外壁,有效保护筒体外壁,进一步延长本发明使用寿命。
3、挡板为上下布置的波浪形长条板,可使筒内液体充分的混合。
4、挡板围绕筒体中心轴线均布,可使筒内液体规则地混合。

下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的增强型加热浸出罐,包括筒体1、封头2、盖板3、搅拌装置5和若干个挡板7;盖板3、封头2分别固定连接在筒体1上下端;搅拌装置5置于筒体1内;筒体1、封头2外壁设有整体式夹套6;夹套6上部设有加热介质进口管6.1,下部设有加热介质出口管6.2;挡板7竖置,固定连接在筒体1侧壁,本发明中,挡板7为上下布置的波浪形长条板,围绕筒体1中心轴线均布;夹套6内设有螺旋挡板8;螺旋挡板8自上而下环绕在夹套6内筒体1、封头2外壁上;螺旋挡板8截面为V形,螺旋挡板8V形开口贴合在筒体1或封头2外壁上,并固定连接;整体式夹套6内壁贴合在螺旋挡板8V形顶部。
夹套6内在加热介质进口管6.1出口端相对的位置设有挡板9;挡板9固定连接在筒体1外壁上。

1.一种增强型加热浸出罐,包括筒体(1)、封头(2)、盖板(3)、搅拌装置(5)和若干个挡板(7);所述盖板(3)、封头(2)分别固定连接在筒体(1)上下端;所述搅拌装置(5)置于筒体(1)内;所述筒体(1)、封头(2)外壁设有整体式夹套(6);所述夹套(6)上部设有加热介质进口管(6.1),下部设有加热介质出口管(6.2);所述挡板(7)竖置,固定连接在筒体(1)侧壁;所述夹套(6)内设有螺旋挡板(8);所述螺旋挡板(8)自上而下环绕在夹套(6)内筒体(1)、封头(2)外壁上;其特征在于:所述螺旋挡板(8)截面为V形,螺旋挡板(8)V形开口贴合在筒体(1)或封头(2)外壁上,并固定连接;所述整体式夹套(6)内壁贴合在螺旋挡板(8)V形顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增强型加热浸出罐,其特征在于:所述夹套(6)内在加热介质进口管(6.1)出口端相对的位置设有挡板(9);所述挡板(9)固定连接在筒体(1)外壁上。
