Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗鸡瘟的药物及其制备工艺,所述药物主要由病毒灵、泰乐菌素、氧氟沙星、鱼腥草、板蓝根、金银花、杏仁、黄芩、川连、沉香、牛黄、无水葡萄糖制作而成。所述药物能够较好的治疗鸡瘟,治疗效果好,无有害成分,不会造成污染,促进鸡养殖业发展。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗鸡瘟的药物及其制备工艺,属于药品技术领域。
技术背景
瘟临床上有三种表现症状:(1)最急性型:发病急,病程短,一般表现精神萎靡以外,无特征病状而突然死亡,此种类型多见于流行初期和雏鸡;(2)急性型:病初体温升高,一般可达43-44℃减食或废食,渴饮增加,精神不振,不愿走动,全身无力,羽毛松乱,闭目缩颈,离群呆立,反应迟钝,头下垂或伸进翅膀下,尾羽下垂,腿轻瘫。冠垂呈暗红色或紫黑色,偶见头部水肿,口腔和鼻腔内分泌物增多,常流出口腔或鼻腔外,病鸡常摇头,不断作哽咽动作,病鸡呼吸困难,伸头张口作呼吸动作、嗦囊胀气,积有粘液。常拉黄色、绿色和灰白色恶臭稀粪,母鸡患病后产蛋迅速下降或停止,发病后期体温下降至常温以下,不久即死亡,死亡率可达90%以上;(3)亚急性与慢性型:一般见于免疫接种质量不高或免疫有效期己到末尾的鸡群,主要表现病程长,有呼吸道症状,食欲不良,产蛋量下降或产软壳蛋,但致死率较低。
鸡瘟是一种具有高度传染性的疫病,是威胁养鸡业主要的一种传染病,病鸡是主要传染源,病鸡排泄物和分泌物,病死鸡和脏器及尸体、急宰病鸡的血、肉、内脏、废水、废料污染的饲料,饮水都可散播病毒,鸡瘟的传播主要通过接触,经消化道感染。
现有治疗方案由于无通用疫苗,滥用抗生素,效果不明显,且造成污染,有害成分残留超标。还有采用向鸡体注射安基比林、柴胡、奎宁、大安针剂,但是这样治疗方法存在着防治效果差,治疗后病情虽可减轻,但不能治愈,易复发,影响猪鸡生长发育。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于,提供一种治疗鸡瘟的药物及其制备工艺。所述药物能够较好的治疗鸡瘟,治疗效果好,无有害成分,不会造成污染,促进鸡养殖业发展。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:一种治疗鸡瘟的药物,按重量份计算,主要由病毒灵0.005-0.3份、泰乐菌素50-230份、氧氟沙星0.05-0.5份、鱼腥草0.25-3份、板蓝根0.25-3份、金银花0.25-3份、杏仁15-25份、黄芩30-40份、川连30-40份、沉香5-25份、牛黄20-30份及无水葡萄糖0.001-0.02份制作而成。
前述的治疗鸡瘟的药物,按重量份计算,主要由病毒灵0.01-0.1份、泰乐菌素100-200份、氧氟沙星0.1-0.3份、鱼腥草0.5-1份、板蓝根0.5-1份、金银花0.5-1份、杏仁18-22份、黄芩32-38份、川连32-38份、沉香10-20份、牛黄22-28份、无水葡萄糖0.001-0.01份制作而成。
前述的治疗鸡瘟的药物,按重量份计算,主要由病毒灵0.05份、泰乐菌素150份、氧氟沙星0.2份、鱼腥草0.8份、板蓝根0.8份、金银花0.8份、杏仁20份、黄芩35份、川连35份、沉香15份、牛黄25份及无水葡萄糖0.005份制作而成。
一种前述的治疗鸡瘟的药物的制备工艺,取杏仁、黄芩、川连、沉香和牛黄,干燥,粉碎成细粉后,与病毒灵、泰乐菌素和氧氟沙星混匀,装袋,即得。
本发明所述药物主要以由病毒灵、泰乐菌素、氧氟沙星、鱼腥草、板蓝根、金银花、杏仁、黄芩、川连、沉香、牛黄及无水葡萄糖为原料制成药物,各组分具有很好的协同作用,制成的药物能够较好的治疗鸡瘟,治疗效果好,无有害成分,不会造成污染,促进鸡养殖业发展。
申请人进行了下列实验,可证明本发明具有有效的效果;
实验例药效实验
1实验材料
1药物本发明药物(按实施例1进行制备)和金刚烷胺粉剂,由江苏倍康药业提供,制成每毫升含0.2mg的口服液。
2实验动物1日龄罗曼蛋公雏2批,第1批40只,用于病毒致死量测定。第2批160只,隔离饲养30天,不接种新城疫疫苗,饲养至母源抗体消失弃弱小者,将剩余鸡分为4组,即本发明组、治疗组、感染对照组和空白对照组,每组40只。
3新城疫毒株
由江苏泰州畜牧兽医职业技术学院预防兽医教研室提供。
4方法
4.1最小致死量测定
将1日龄艾维茵肉鸡40只,常规饲养,每3天采血1次,分离血清,测定血清中新城疫病毒的H I抗体效价,当H I抗体消失时弃弱雏,将剩余鸡随机分为4组,用经鸡胚复壮的新城疫病毒尿囊液进行最小致死量测定。实验结果,最小致死量为尿胶囊1:100稀释,0.2mL每只。
4.2接种试验
空白对照组不接种病毒尿囊液:其余鸡经口灌服1:100稀释的病毒尿囊液,0.2m L/只;本发明组在接种病毒出现症状(接种病毒第四天)时灌服本发明药物,每次1ml,2次每天,连用5天,治疗组在接种病毒同时经灌服金刚烷胺口服液,每次1ml每只,空白对照组和感染对照组不用任何药物预防与治疗。
4.3观察记录
攻毒后观察各组鸡的临床症状和病理变化,并比较其严重程度,记录死亡数、存活数,各组攻毒后出现症状所经历的时间(即潜伏期),观察至攻毒13天后结束。
5结果
具体见表1。

由表可知,本发明能治疗鸡瘟,且效果好。
与现有技术相比,本发明药物能够较好的治疗鸡瘟,治疗效果好,无有害成分,不会造成污染,促进鸡养殖业发展。
下面结合实施例对发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
具体实施方式:
实施例1.
配方:病毒灵0.05g、泰乐菌素150g、氧氟沙星0.2g、鱼腥草0.8g、板蓝根0.8g、金银花0.8g、杏仁20g、黄芩35g、川连35g、沉香15g、牛黄25g及无水葡萄糖0.005g。
工艺:取杏仁、黄芩、川连、沉香和牛黄,干燥,粉碎成细粉后,与病毒灵、泰乐菌素和氧氟沙星混匀,装袋,即得。
用法用量:用法用量:按每100g药加50kg水,供500-1000只鸡灌服。
实施例2.
配方:病毒灵0.1g、泰乐菌素200g、氧氟沙星0.3g、鱼腥草1g、板蓝根1g、金银花1g、杏仁22g、黄芩38g、川连38g、沉香20g、牛黄28g、无水葡萄糖0.01g。
工艺:取杏仁、黄芩、川连、沉香和牛黄,干燥,粉碎成细粉后,与病毒灵、泰乐菌素和氧氟沙星混匀,装袋,即得。
用法用量:用法用量:按每100g药加50kg水,供500-1000只鸡灌服。
实施例3.
配方:病毒灵0.01g、泰乐菌素100g、氧氟沙星0.1g、鱼腥草0.5g、板蓝根0.5g、金银花0.5g、杏仁18g、黄芩32g、川连32g、沉香10g、牛黄22g、无水葡萄糖0.001g。
工艺:取杏仁、黄芩、川连、沉香和牛黄,干燥,粉碎成细粉后,与病毒灵、泰乐菌素和氧氟沙星混匀,装袋,即得。
用法用量:用法用量:按每100g药加50kg水,供500-1000只鸡灌服。

1.一种治疗鸡瘟的药物,其特征在于:按重量份计算,主要由病毒灵0.005-0.3份、泰乐菌素50-230份、氧氟沙星0.05-0.5份、鱼腥草0.25-3份、板蓝根0.25-3份、金银花0.25-3份、杏仁15-25份、黄芩30-40份、川连30-40份、沉香5-25份、牛黄20-30份及无水葡萄糖0.001-0.02份制作而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗鸡瘟的药物,其特征在于:按重量份计算,主要由病毒灵0.01-0.1份、泰乐菌素100-200份、氧氟沙星0.1-0.3份、鱼腥草0.5-1份、板蓝根0.5-1份、金银花0.5-1份、杏仁18-22份、黄芩32-38份、川连32-38份、沉香10-20份、牛黄22-28份、无水葡萄糖0.001-0.01份制作而成。
3.如权利要求2所述的治疗鸡瘟的药物,其特征在于:按重量份计算,主要由病毒灵0.05份、泰乐菌素150份、氧氟沙星0.2份、鱼腥草0.8份、板蓝根0.8份、金银花0.8份、杏仁20份、黄芩35份、川连35份、沉香15份、牛黄25份及无水葡萄糖0.005份制作而成。
4.一种如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的治疗鸡瘟的药物的制备工艺,其特征在于:取杏仁、黄芩、川连、沉香和牛黄,干燥,粉碎成细粉后,与病毒灵、泰乐菌素和氧氟沙星混匀,装袋,即得。
