一种美颜豆浆泡腾茶饮片,由以下重量份原料制成:绿茶10‑15、蜂花粉5‑6、黄豆40‑45、红豆20‑23、玫瑰花8‑10、珍珠3‑4、白芨2‑3、白芷2‑3、辛夷花3‑4、洋甘菊3‑4、香蕉60‑70、麦芽糖30‑35;本发明的一种美颜豆浆泡腾茶饮片,用大豆、红豆、玫瑰花等制备而成,具有大豆、红豆的浓香和营养,添加香蕉、蜂花粉,增加了本发明泡腾片的膳食纤维含量,且增加了泡腾片的香气,更加爽口,能够促进胃肠道蠕动,排毒养颜,以及玫瑰花、珍珠、白芨、白芷等提取物的添加,具有很好的美容养颜、瘦身排毒的效果,特别适合女性饮用,携带方便。

本发明涉及一种美颜豆浆泡腾茶饮片,尤其涉及一种美颜豆浆泡腾茶饮片及其制备方法。
背景技术
休闲食品、速食品、饮品在人们生活中有着举足轻重的位置,人们外出或者代餐都缺少不了这些休闲食品、速食品,随着人们生活水品的提高,人们对这些食品的要求也越来越高,例如对食品的营养、口感等的要求都在提高,市场上现有的食品并不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种美颜豆浆泡腾茶饮片。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种美颜豆浆泡腾茶饮片,由以下重量份原料制成:绿茶10-15、蜂花粉5-6、黄豆40-45、红豆20-23、玫瑰花8-10、珍珠3-4、白芨2-3、白芷2-3、辛夷花3-4、洋甘菊3-4、香蕉60-70、麦芽糖30-35、水适量。
一种美颜豆浆泡腾茶饮片的制备方法,包括以下工艺:
(1)将绿茶、蜂花粉放入容器中,倒入100℃的沸水,保持沸腾,浸提15-30分钟后过滤,得绿茶蜂花粉提取物;
(2)将黄豆、红豆洗净,置于容器中,用清水浸泡5-6小时,取出黄豆、红豆,与3-4倍量的水混合磨浆,将所得浆液煮沸,煮沸后过滤,得豆浆,将豆浆喷雾干燥,得粉末备用;
(3)将玫瑰花、珍珠、白芨、白芷、辛夷花、洋甘菊用5-10倍量的水加热提取,过滤,得中药提取液,浓缩至相对密度1.2-1.3的稠膏,烘干,粉碎后过80目筛,得中药浸膏粉,真空密封保存备用;
(4)将香蕉去皮,得香蕉果肉与绿茶蜂花粉提取物、麦芽糖混合置于磨浆机中磨浆,重复磨浆2-3次,过滤,得滤液,喷雾干燥,得粉末,过80目筛;
(5)取(2)、(3)、(4)中所得粉总质量2-3%的PEG6000,作为润滑剂,熔融,加入(2)、(3)、(4)中所得粉总质量27-28%的碳酸氢钠,充分搅拌包裹隔离,混合后干燥粉碎,过80目筛;
(6)将1.6倍于碳酸氢钠质量的柠檬酸与(2)(3)(4)(5)处理得到的物料合并,加入无水乙醇作为粘合剂、以及少量氯化钠作为引湿剂,充分搅拌混匀,烘干后,在25-30%湿度、20-25℃条件下,入压片机,在5.5-6Mpa条件下压片,真空包装即可。

本发明的一种美颜豆浆泡腾茶饮片,用大豆、红豆、玫瑰花等制备而成,具有大豆、红豆的浓香和营养,添加香蕉、蜂花粉,增加了本发明泡腾片的膳食纤维含量,且增加了泡腾片的香气,更加爽口,能够促进胃肠道蠕动,排毒养颜,以及玫瑰花、珍珠、白芨、白芷等提取物的添加,具有很好的美容养颜、瘦身排毒的效果,特别适合女性饮用,携带方便。

一种美颜豆浆泡腾茶饮片,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:绿茶10、蜂花粉5、黄豆40、红豆20、玫瑰花8、珍珠3、白芨2、白芷2、辛夷花3、洋甘菊3、香蕉60、麦芽糖30、水适量。
一种美颜豆浆泡腾茶饮片的制备方法,包括以下工艺:
(1)将绿茶、蜂花粉放入容器中,倒入100℃的沸水,保持沸腾,浸提15分钟后过滤,得绿茶蜂花粉提取物;
(2)将黄豆、红豆洗净,置于容器中,用清水浸泡5小时,取出黄豆、红豆,与3-4倍量的水混合磨浆,将所得浆液煮沸,煮沸后过滤,得豆浆,将豆浆喷雾干燥,得粉末备用;
(3)将玫瑰花、珍珠、白芨、白芷、辛夷花、洋甘菊用5倍量的水加热提取,过滤,得中药提取液,浓缩至相对密度1.2的稠膏,烘干,粉碎后过80目筛,得中药浸膏粉,真空密封保存备用;
(4)将香蕉去皮,得香蕉果肉与绿茶蜂花粉提取物、麦芽糖混合置于磨浆机中磨浆,重复磨浆2-3次,过滤,得滤液,喷雾干燥,得粉末,过80目筛;
(5)取(2)、(3)、(4)中所得粉总质量2%的PEG6000,作为润滑剂,熔融,加入(2)、(3)、(4)中所得粉总质量27%的碳酸氢钠,充分搅拌包裹隔离,混合后干燥粉碎,过80目筛;
(6)将1.6倍于碳酸氢钠质量的柠檬酸与(2)(3)(4)(5)处理得到的物料合并,加入无水乙醇作为粘合剂、以及少量氯化钠作为引湿剂,充分搅拌混匀,烘干后,在25%湿度、20℃条件下,入压片机,在5.5Mpa条件下压片,真空包装即可。

1.一种美颜豆浆泡腾茶饮片,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:绿茶10-15、蜂花粉5-6、黄豆40-45、红豆20-23、玫瑰花8-10、珍珠3-4、白芨2-3、白芷2-3、辛夷花3-4、洋甘菊3-4、香蕉60-70、麦芽糖30-35、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种美颜豆浆泡腾茶饮片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下工艺:
(1)将绿茶、蜂花粉放入容器中,倒入100℃的沸水,保持沸腾,浸提15-30分钟后过滤,得绿茶蜂花粉提取物;
(2)将黄豆、红豆洗净,置于容器中,用清水浸泡5-6小时,取出黄豆、红豆,与3-4倍量的水混合磨浆,将所得浆液煮沸,煮沸后过滤,得豆浆,将豆浆喷雾干燥,得粉末备用;
