本发明提供了一种可预防禽流感的蛋鸡饲料,由下列重量份原料组成:玉米40-50、小麦25-35、草粉10-20、棉籽饼10-20、鸽粪4-6、玉米蛋白粉5-7、鹅肝粉4-5、贝壳粉20-25、芥花油0.3-0.5、赖氨酸(65%)0.2-0.3、DL-蛋氨酸0.15-0.18、L-苏氨酸0.01-0.02、复合酶制剂0.03-0.05、胡萝卜15-20、油菜花2-3、猪胆粉2-3、柴胡2-4、生姜2-4、苏叶2-4、菊苣根2-3、连翘2-3、板蓝根3-4、茅栗叶2-3、山楂8-10、大葱10-14、洋葱10-15、葵花籽4-6、大麦5-7、食盐适量。本发明的蛋鸡饲料营养丰富,成本低廉。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种鸡饲料,尤其涉及一种可预防禽流感的蛋鸡饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
鸡蛋是人类最好的营养食物之一,鸡蛋中含有大量的维生素和矿物质及有高生物价值的蛋白质。对人而言,鸡蛋的蛋白质品质最佳,仅次于母乳,鸡蛋蛋白质的氨基酸比例很适合人体生理需要、易为机体吸收,利用率高达98%以上,营养价值很高。鸡蛋中钙、磷、铁和维生素A 含量很高,B 族维生素也很丰富,还含有其他许多种人体必需的维生素和微量元素,是小儿、老人、产妇以及肝炎、结核、贫血患者、手术后恢复期病人的良好补品。然而,鸡蛋中含有较高的甘油三酯和总胆固醇,经常吃鸡蛋,会造成血胆固醇含量过高,引起动脉粥样硬化和心、脑血管疾病的发生,影响着人类的健康。另外,为了防止蛋鸡患病和提高蛋鸡的生产性能,养鸡企业普遍在蛋鸡饲料中添加抗生素、激素和化学合成药,蛋鸡长期食用这种饲料后易诱导病原体产生抗体、药物失活酶,改变细胞膜通透性或原生质代谢过程,从而出现耐药性,并使蛋鸡体内存在药物残留对人类健康造成潜在威胁。研究绿色健康的鸡饲料已经成为饲料研究工作们迫在眉睫的任务。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可预防禽流感的蛋鸡饲料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下 :
一种可预防禽流感的蛋鸡饲料,其特征在于由下列重量份数的组分原料组成:
玉米40-50、小麦25-35、草粉10-20、棉籽饼10-20、鸽粪4-6、玉米蛋白粉5-7、鹅肝粉4-5、贝壳粉20-25 、芥花油0.3-0.5、赖氨酸(65%)0.2-0.3、DL-蛋氨酸0.15-0.18、L-苏氨酸0.01-0.02、复合酶制剂0.03-0.05、胡萝卜15-20、油菜花2-3、猪胆粉2-3、柴胡2-4、生姜2-4、苏叶2-4、菊苣根2-3、连翘2-3、板蓝根3-4、茅栗叶2-3、山楂8-10、大葱10-14、洋葱10-15、葵花籽4-6、大麦5-7、食盐 适量,所述的复合酶制剂由小麦酶、植酸酶、酸性蛋白酶、木聚糖酶、纤维素酶五种酶等量混合而得。
所述的可预防禽流感的蛋鸡饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取生姜、苏叶、菊苣根、连翘、板蓝根、茅栗叶,投入锅中加8-10倍量的水,先用大火煮沸,后用小火熬制 30-40 分钟后停火,待冷却后过滤,收集药渣和滤液,药渣烘干后粉碎成粉末,得到药渣粉;
(2)按比例称取玉米、小麦、草粉、棉籽饼、鸽粪、玉米蛋白粉、鹅肝粉、贝壳粉,并混合均匀得到混合物料,将步骤(1)得到的中草药滤液加入到混合物料中充分浸泡2-4小时,然后磨成浆料,加入配方量的复合酶制剂,充分搅拌后室温下酶解10-12小时,得到酶解产物;
(3)将山楂、大葱、洋葱,放入锅中,加入醋液浸泡30-40分钟,将其打成浆;
(4)将葵花籽、大麦,柴胡炒香,磨成粉,得到解毒提香粉;
(5)将胡萝卜、黄菊花放入锅中,加入水和适量红酒,加热煮透,将其打成浆;
(6)将步骤(1)得到的药渣粉、步骤(2)得到酶解产物及步骤(3)、(5)得到的浆料及配方中的其余组成原料,混合搅拌均匀,采用常规的压力造粒机造粒,调整好造粒机的挤压力大小使其适合挤压,控制造粒的粒径为2-4毫米,制得颗粒状蛋鸡饲料粗品;
(7)将配方中的芥花油喷洒在颗粒状蛋鸡饲料粗品表面,然后再将步骤(4)得到的解毒提香粉喷洒在饲料上,充分搅拌,使颗粒状蛋鸡饲料粗品外表上均匀粘有一层解毒提香粉,再将其在45—50℃的恒温状态下晾干,使其水分重量比低于10%,即得成品。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、在饲料中添加具有改善蛋黄颜色的玉米蛋白粉、胡萝卜、油菜花 、猪胆粉等原料组分,具有清热解毒预防禽流感功效的柴胡、生姜、苏叶、菊苣根、连翘、板蓝根、茅栗叶等中草药,经过实验表明,喂食本发明饲料的蛋鸡,经过 4周时间饲养,与普通饲料相比,其蛋黄颜色叶黄素含量与胡萝卜素含量显著提高 ;与采食天然饲料的鸡蛋相比,颜色黄度与红度均匀一致,呈橘黄色 ;鸡蛋中的总脂肪含量明显下降,饲料中胡萝卜素含量提高,总脂肪含量减低,能够改善蛋黄的品质,延长鸡蛋保鲜时间,蛋鸡免疫力强,有效预防禽流感发生。
2、本发明的饲料在加工时将基础饲料浸泡在具有改善鸡蛋品质的中草药提取液中,与常规的中草药直接混合相比较,其活性成分被吸收得更充分,更容易被鸡吸收,功效更明显;将山楂、大葱、洋葱用醋液浸透打浆,可以起到健胃降脂功效;将葵花籽、大麦、柴胡炒香起到解毒又提香改善饲料的香味,提高饲料适口性,提高蛋鸡采食量,提高鸡禽免疫力,达到预防禽流感的效果。
总之,本发明的蛋鸡饲料营养丰富,成本低廉,蛋鸡饲喂本饲料所下的鸡蛋蛋黄和蛋清颜色好,脂肪类物质含量低,鸡蛋口感好、鸡蛋的品质高,保质期长,蛋鸡饲喂本发明的饲料,能提高免疫力,起到预防禽流感的作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种可预防禽流感的蛋鸡饲料,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料组成:
玉米45、小麦25、草粉16、棉籽饼16、鸽粪5、玉米蛋白粉6、鹅肝粉4、贝壳粉24、芥花油0.4、赖氨酸(65%)0.3、DL-蛋氨酸0.16、L-苏氨酸 0.02、复合酶制剂0.05、胡萝卜16、油菜花2、猪胆粉3、柴胡3、生姜3、苏叶3、菊苣根3、连翘2、板蓝根3、茅栗叶2、山楂9、大葱12、洋葱13、葵花籽5、大麦6、食盐 适量,其中,复合酶制剂由小麦酶、植酸酶、酸性蛋白酶、木聚糖酶、纤维素酶五种酶等量混合而得。
可预防禽流感的蛋鸡饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取生姜、苏叶、菊苣根、连翘、板蓝根、茅栗叶,投入锅中加8-10倍量的水,先用大火煮沸,后用小火熬制 30-40 分钟后停火,待冷却后过滤,收集药渣和滤液,药渣烘干后粉碎成粉末,得到药渣粉;
(2)按比例称取玉米、小麦、草粉、棉籽饼、鸽粪、玉米蛋白粉、鹅肝粉、贝壳粉,并混合均匀得到混合物料,将步骤(1)得到的中草药滤液加入到混合物料中充分浸泡2-4小时,然后磨成浆料,加入配方量的复合酶制剂,充分搅拌后室温下酶解10-12小时,得到酶解产物;
(3)将山楂、大葱、洋葱,放入锅中,加入醋液浸泡30-40分钟,将其打成浆;
(4)将葵花籽、大麦,柴胡炒香,磨成粉,得到解毒提香粉;
(5)将胡萝卜、黄菊花放入锅中,加入水和适量红酒,加热煮透,将其打成浆;
(6)将步骤(1)得到的药渣粉、步骤(2)得到酶解产物及步骤(3)、(5)得到的浆料及配方中的其余组成原料,混合搅拌均匀,采用常规的压力造粒机造粒,调整好造粒机的挤压力大小使其适合挤压,控制造粒的粒径为2-4毫米,制得颗粒状蛋鸡饲料粗品;
(7)将配方中的芥花油喷洒在颗粒状蛋鸡饲料粗品表面,然后再将步骤(4)得到的解毒提香粉喷洒在饲料上,充分搅拌,使颗粒状蛋鸡饲料粗品外表上均匀粘有一层解毒提香粉,再将其在45—50℃的恒温状态下晾干,使其水分重量比低于10%,即得成品。
对比例2
一种蛋鸡饲料,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料组成:东北玉米33、小麦25、豆粕(43%)16、玉米蛋白粉(59%)3、柠檬酸渣3、米糠5、加浆玉米皮1、植物油 0.4、磷酸氢钙1、石粉8、食盐0.2、小苏打1.0、蛋鸡-多维0.03、0.2%蛋鸡矿物0.2、赖氨酸(65%)0.2、DL-蛋氨酸0.16、L-苏氨酸0.02、50%氯化胆碱0.12、复合甜菜碱0.04、小麦酶0.02、植酸酶0.02、 蒙脱石粉0.05、丁酸钠0.05、次粉 0.11,将各原料组分混合搅拌均匀,造粒或膨化得到成品。
经实验发现:采用本实施例1的蛋鸡饲料饲喂4周后,与饲喂对比例2饲料相比,各指标结果如下:蛋重增加2.15%、 蛋黄SOD 含量提高6.05%,蛋黄MDA 降低34.28%;蛋鸡血清和蛋黄总胆固醇含量分别降低27.04%和16.26%,蛋黄甘油三脂含量降低16.13%;蛋清溶菌酶含量提高9.23%;蛋鸡白细胞数量提高42.32%。结论本发明的蛋鸡饲料能提高蛋鸡生产性能,降低了养殖生产成本,提高了鸡蛋氧化稳定性,降低了鸡蛋的脂类物质含量,使鸡蛋有效抵御细菌侵染、增强鸡蛋性状稳定性、延长蛋品贮存时间,并且增强了蛋鸡的免疫力,可以有效预防禽流感。
Claims (2)
1.一种可预防禽流感的蛋鸡饲料,其特征在于由下列重量份数的组分原料组成:
玉米40-50、小麦25-35、草粉10-20、棉籽饼10-20、鸽粪4-6、玉米蛋白粉5-7、鹅肝粉4-5、贝壳粉6-8、芥花油0.3-0.5、赖氨酸(65%)0.2-0.3、DL-蛋氨酸0.15-0.18、L-苏氨酸0.01-0.02、复合酶制剂0.03-0.05、胡萝卜15-20、油菜花2-3、猪胆粉2-3、柴胡2-4、生姜2-4、苏叶2-4、菊苣根2-3、连翘2-3、板蓝根3-4、茅栗叶2-3、山楂8-10、大葱10-14、洋葱10-15、葵花籽4-6、大麦5-7、食盐 适量,所述的复合酶制剂由小麦酶、植酸酶、酸性蛋白酶、木聚糖酶、纤维素酶五种酶等量混合而得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可预防禽流感的蛋鸡饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取生姜、苏叶、菊苣根、连翘、板蓝根、茅栗叶,投入锅中加8-10倍量的水,先用大火煮沸,后用小火熬制 30-40 分钟后停火,待冷却后过滤,收集药渣和滤液,药渣烘干后粉碎成粉末,得到药渣粉;
