本发明提供了补燃式余热锅炉,其能解决现有余热锅炉在在上游设备无高温烟气供给或高温烟气供给不稳定而产生的无法满足供热要求的问题。其包括锅筒和余热锅炉烟道,余热锅炉烟道呈卧式水平设置,余热锅炉烟道的两端分别设有烟气进口和烟气出口,烟气进口与上游设备的高温烟气排放口连接,余热锅炉烟道内沿烟气进口向烟气出口方向布置有受热面组件,锅筒通过循环管路与所述受热面组件连接,其特征在于:其还包括由膜式水冷壁构成的补燃室,补燃室设有补燃燃烧器,补燃室的烟气出口端通过转接烟道与余热锅炉烟道联通,转接烟道与余热锅炉烟道的连接端设置有第一烟道闸阀板,余热锅炉烟道的烟气进口处设置有第二烟道闸阀板。

技术领域
本发明涉及余热锅炉技术领域,具体为补燃式余热锅炉。
背景技术
随着我国工业化、城镇化进程的加快,政府制定了建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的战略决策。节能减排、资源综合利用已成为各级政府及企业共同努力的目标,有越来越多的企业加入这一行业,逐渐趋于成熟的余热回收技术也为解决余热利用提供了思路。
余热锅炉是利用上游设备产生的高温烟气与工质进行热交换生产蒸汽或热水的设备。但是目前大多数工程在开工初期并没有高温烟气产生,而且上游设备运行不稳定的情况下产生的高温烟气往往不能满足余热锅炉的要求,从而导致余热锅炉运行不稳定。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了补燃式余热锅炉,其能解决现有余热锅炉在上游设备无高温烟气供给或高温烟气供给不稳定而产生的无法满足供热要求的问题。
其技术方案为,补燃式余热锅炉,其包括锅筒和余热锅炉烟道,所述余热锅炉烟道呈卧式水平设置,所述余热锅炉烟道的两端分别设有烟气进口和烟气出口,所述烟气进口与上游设备的高温烟气排放口连接,所述余热锅炉烟道内沿烟气进口向烟气出口方向布置有受热面组件,所述锅筒通过循环管路与所述受热面组件连接,其特征在于:其还包括由膜式水冷壁构成的补燃室,所述补燃室设有补燃燃烧器,所述补燃室的烟气出口端通过转接烟道与所述余热锅炉烟道联通,所述转接烟道与所述余热锅炉烟道的连接端设置有第一烟道闸阀板,所述余热锅炉烟道的烟气进口处设置有第二烟道闸阀板。
进一步的,所述受热面组件包括沿烟气进口向烟气出口方向依次布设的余热锅炉蒸发段、省煤段和预热段,位于所述余热锅炉蒸发段与省煤段之间的余热锅炉烟道和所述转接烟道连接贯通。
进一步的,所述转接烟道内设置有补燃炉蒸发段。
进一步的,所述补燃炉蒸发段设置有两组。
本发明的有益效果在于:其在施工初期上游设备无法提供高温烟气的情况下能够通过补燃室内补燃燃烧器燃烧产生的高温烟气来为余热锅炉提供高温烟气,从而满足供热要求;当上游设备运行不稳定而产生的高温烟气不能满足余热锅炉的运行要求时,利用补燃燃烧器产生的高温烟气能够补充部分热烟气从而满足供热要求;故其适应性强,负荷稳定性高;其通过设置于补燃室的转接烟道与余热锅炉烟道之间的第一烟道闸阀板来控制补燃系统的启用与否,其结构简单、成本低、安装维修方便。

具体实施方式
见图1和图2,本发明补燃式余热锅炉,其包括锅筒1和余热锅炉烟道2,余热锅炉烟道2呈卧式水平设置,余热锅炉烟道2的两端分别设有烟气进口3和烟气出口4,烟气进口3与上游设备的高温烟气排放口连接,余热锅炉烟道2内沿烟气进口向烟气出口方向依次布置有余热锅炉蒸发段5、省煤段6和预热段7,余热锅炉蒸发段5、省煤段6和预热段7构成受热面组件,锅筒1通过循环管路与受热面组件循环连接;在余热锅炉烟道的前部下端还设置有由膜式水冷壁9构成的补燃室8,补燃室8设有补燃燃烧器10,补燃室8的烟气出口端通过转接烟道11与位于余热锅炉蒸发段5与省煤段6之间的余热锅炉烟道2连接贯通,转接烟道11与余热锅炉烟道3的连接端设置有第一烟道闸阀板12,余热锅炉烟道2的烟气进口处设置有第二烟道闸阀板13;转接烟道11内设置有两组补燃炉蒸发段14。
下面结合附图具体描述一下本发明的工作过程:
当上游设备正常稳定运行时,余热锅炉正常运行,关闭第一烟道闸阀板12,开启第二烟道闸阀板13,由上游设备产生的高温烟气由烟气进口3进入余热锅炉烟道2,依次冲刷余热锅炉蒸发段5、省煤段6和预热段7来生产蒸汽,低温烟气经烟气出口4由引风机引入烟囱排出;
而当工程开工初期,上游设备无高温烟气输送,此时,开启第一烟道闸阀板12,关闭第二烟道闸阀板13,利用补燃燃烧器10燃烧产生的热烟气依次冲刷膜式水冷壁9、两组补燃炉蒸发段14、省煤段6和预热段7来生产蒸汽,低温烟气经烟气出口4由引风机引入烟囱排出;
当上游设备运行不稳定时,产生的高温烟气不能满足余热锅炉的要求,此时在第二烟道闸阀板13正常开启的同时,可适当开启补燃燃烧器10和第一烟道闸板12,由补燃燃烧器10燃烧产生的适量高温烟气首先冲刷膜式水冷壁9和两组补燃炉蒸发段14,然后与上游设备来的高温烟气在省煤段6前的余热锅炉烟道内混合后依次冲省煤段6和预热段7来生产蒸汽,低温烟气经烟气出口4由引风机引入烟囱。

1.补燃式余热锅炉,其包括锅筒和余热锅炉烟道,所述余热锅炉烟道呈卧式水平设置,所述余热锅炉烟道的两端分别设有烟气进口和烟气出口,所述烟气进口与上游设备的高温烟气排放口连接,所述余热锅炉烟道内沿烟气进口向烟气出口方向布置有受热面组件,所述锅筒通过循环管路与所述受热面组件连接,其特征在于:其还包括由膜式水冷壁构成的补燃室,所述补燃室设有补燃燃烧器,所述补燃室的烟气出口端通过转接烟道与所述余热锅炉烟道联通,所述转接烟道与所述余热锅炉烟道的连接端设置有第一烟道闸阀板,所述余热锅炉烟道的烟气进口处设置有第二烟道闸阀板;所述受热面组件包括沿烟气进口向烟气出口方向依次布设的余热锅炉蒸发段、省煤段和预热段,位于所述余热锅炉蒸发段与省煤段之间的余热锅炉烟道和所述转接烟道连接贯通;所述转接烟道内设补燃炉蒸发段。
2.根据权利要求1所述的补燃式余热锅炉,其特征在于:所述补燃炉蒸发段设置有两组。
