进一步优选的,所述的一种抗静电耐磨水溶胶整理剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:正丁醇3-4份、钛酸四丁酯25-35份、正硅酸乙酯25-35份、硅酸钠3-4份、纳米二氧化锡1.5-2.5份、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵1.5-2.5份、甘露糖醇2.5-3.5份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-4份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3-4份、脱氢乙酸钠0.12-0.18份、硝酸银3-4份、柠檬酸钠0.15-0.25份、硝酸铁3-4份、冰乙酸60-90份、去离子水160-190份。
上述易降解包装材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1) 将10-15份冰乙酸和20-40份去离子水混合搅拌均匀得溶液A,将钛酸四丁酯和15-20份冰乙酸混合搅拌均匀得溶液B;
(2) 边快速搅拌将溶液A滴加到溶液B中,继续快速搅拌3-4小时;
(3) 将10-15份冰乙酸和20-40份去离子水混合搅拌均匀得溶液C;
(4) 将正硅酸乙酯和硅酸钠混合,边高速搅拌边滴加溶液C,在转速600-800r/min下搅拌3-4小时;
(5) 将上述混合液混合,用超声仪超声10-20分钟;
(6) 加入脱氢乙酸钠、柠檬酸钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺和剩余去离子水,用磁力搅拌机快速搅拌1-2小时;
(7) 加入正丁醇、正硅酸乙酯、硅酸钠、纳米二氧化锡、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、甘露糖醇、硝酸银和硝酸铁,继续快速搅拌1-2小时即得。
进一步优选的,步骤(2)中搅拌时间为3.5小时。
进一步优选的,步骤(4)中转速为650-750r/min,搅拌时间为3.5小时。
进一步优选的,步骤(5)中超声时间为15分钟。
有益效果:本发明的一种抗静电耐磨水溶胶整理剂处理织物后织物的峰值电压最低为2.8V,半衰期为 0.01s,具有较强的抗静电性,相对于未整理的织物,抗静电性提高了很多,其透气量可达133.9L/m2·s,透气性较好,与未整理织物相差不大,同时在摩擦10000次后其质量损失率也仅为1.2356%,耐磨性较好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抗静电耐磨水溶胶整理剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:正丁醇2份、钛酸四丁酯20份、正硅酸乙酯20份、硅酸钠2份、纳米二氧化锡1份、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵1份、甘露糖醇2份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱2份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺2份、脱氢乙酸钠0.1份、硝酸银2份、柠檬酸钠0.1份、硝酸铁2份、冰乙酸50份、去离子水150份。
上述易降解包装材料的制备方法为:
(1) 将10份冰乙酸和20份去离子水混合搅拌均匀得溶液A,将钛酸四丁酯和15份冰乙酸混合搅拌均匀得溶液B;
(2) 边快速搅拌将溶液A滴加到溶液B中,继续快速搅拌3小时;
(3) 将10份冰乙酸和20份去离子水混合搅拌均匀得溶液C;
(4) 将正硅酸乙酯和硅酸钠混合,边高速搅拌边滴加溶液C,在转速600r/min下搅拌3小时;
(5) 将上述混合液混合,用超声仪超声10分钟;
(6) 加入脱氢乙酸钠、柠檬酸钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺和剩余去离子水,用磁力搅拌机快速搅拌1小时;
(7) 加入正丁醇、正硅酸乙酯、硅酸钠、纳米二氧化锡、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、甘露糖醇、硝酸银和硝酸铁,继续快速搅拌1小时即得。
实施例2
一种抗静电耐磨水溶胶整理剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:正丁醇3份、钛酸四丁酯25份、正硅酸乙酯25份、硅酸钠3份、纳米二氧化锡1.5份、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵1.5份、甘露糖醇2.5份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱3份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3份、脱氢乙酸钠0.12份、硝酸银3份、柠檬酸钠0.15份、硝酸铁3份、冰乙酸60份、去离子水160份。
上述易降解包装材料的制备方法为:
(1) 将11份冰乙酸和25份去离子水混合搅拌均匀得溶液A,将钛酸四丁酯和16份冰乙酸混合搅拌均匀得溶液B;
(2) 边快速搅拌将溶液A滴加到溶液B中,继续快速搅拌3.5小时;
(3) 将11份冰乙酸和25份去离子水混合搅拌均匀得溶液C;
(4) 将正硅酸乙酯和硅酸钠混合,边高速搅拌边滴加溶液C,在转速650r/min下搅拌3.5小时;
(5) 将上述混合液混合,用超声仪超声15分钟;
(6) 加入脱氢乙酸钠、柠檬酸钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺和剩余去离子水,用磁力搅拌机快速搅拌1.5小时;
(7) 加入正丁醇、正硅酸乙酯、硅酸钠、纳米二氧化锡、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、甘露糖醇、硝酸银和硝酸铁,继续快速搅拌1.5小时即得。
实施例3
一种抗静电耐磨水溶胶整理剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:正丁醇3.5份、钛酸四丁酯30份、正硅酸乙酯30份、硅酸钠3.5份、纳米二氧化锡2份、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵2份、甘露糖醇3份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱3.5份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3.5份、脱氢乙酸钠0.15份、硝酸银3.5份、柠檬酸钠0.2份、硝酸铁3.5份、冰乙酸75份、去离子水175份。
上述易降解包装材料的制备方法为:
(1) 将12.5份冰乙酸和30份去离子水混合搅拌均匀得溶液A,将钛酸四丁酯和17.5份冰乙酸混合搅拌均匀得溶液B;
(2) 边快速搅拌将溶液A滴加到溶液B中,继续快速搅拌3.5小时;
(3) 将12.5份冰乙酸和30份去离子水混合搅拌均匀得溶液C;
(4) 将正硅酸乙酯和硅酸钠混合,边高速搅拌边滴加溶液C,在转速700r/min下搅拌3.5小时;
(5) 将上述混合液混合,用超声仪超声15分钟;
(6) 加入脱氢乙酸钠、柠檬酸钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺和剩余去离子水,用磁力搅拌机快速搅拌1.5小时;
(7) 加入正丁醇、正硅酸乙酯、硅酸钠、纳米二氧化锡、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、甘露糖醇、硝酸银和硝酸铁,继续快速搅拌1.5小时即得。
实施例4
一种抗静电耐磨水溶胶整理剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:正丁醇4份、钛酸四丁酯35份、正硅酸乙酯35份、硅酸钠4份、纳米二氧化锡2.5份、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵2.5份、甘露糖醇3.5份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱4份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺4份、脱氢乙酸钠0.18份、硝酸银4份、柠檬酸钠0.25份、硝酸铁4份、冰乙酸90份、去离子水190份。
上述易降解包装材料的制备方法为:
(1) 将14份冰乙酸和35份去离子水混合搅拌均匀得溶液A,将钛酸四丁酯和19份冰乙酸混合搅拌均匀得溶液B;
(2) 边快速搅拌将溶液A滴加到溶液B中,继续快速搅拌3.5小时;
(3) 将14份冰乙酸和35份去离子水混合搅拌均匀得溶液C;
(4) 将正硅酸乙酯和硅酸钠混合,边高速搅拌边滴加溶液C,在转速750r/min下搅拌3.5小时;
(5) 将上述混合液混合,用超声仪超声15分钟;
(6) 加入脱氢乙酸钠、柠檬酸钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺和剩余去离子水,用磁力搅拌机快速搅拌1.5小时;
(7) 加入正丁醇、正硅酸乙酯、硅酸钠、纳米二氧化锡、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、甘露糖醇、硝酸银和硝酸铁,继续快速搅拌1.5小时即得。
实施例5
一种抗静电耐磨水溶胶整理剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:正丁醇5份、钛酸四丁酯40份、正硅酸乙酯40份、硅酸钠5份、纳米二氧化锡3份、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵3份、甘露糖醇4份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱5份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺5份、脱氢乙酸钠0.2份、硝酸银5份、柠檬酸钠0.3份、硝酸铁5份、冰乙酸100份、去离子水200份。
上述易降解包装材料的制备方法为:
(1) 将15份冰乙酸和40份去离子水混合搅拌均匀得溶液A,将钛酸四丁酯和20份冰乙酸混合搅拌均匀得溶液B;
(2) 边快速搅拌将溶液A滴加到溶液B中,继续快速搅拌4小时;
(3) 将15份冰乙酸和40份去离子水混合搅拌均匀得溶液C;
(4) 将正硅酸乙酯和硅酸钠混合,边高速搅拌边滴加溶液C,在转速800r/min下搅拌4小时;
(5) 将上述混合液混合,用超声仪超声20分钟;
(6) 加入脱氢乙酸钠、柠檬酸钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺和剩余去离子水,用磁力搅拌机快速搅拌2小时;
(7) 加入正丁醇、正硅酸乙酯、硅酸钠、纳米二氧化锡、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、甘露糖醇、硝酸银和硝酸铁,继续快速搅拌2小时即得。
对比例1
本实施例与实施例5的区别在于不含有硝酸银和硝酸铁。具体地说是:
一种抗静电耐磨水溶胶整理剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:正丁醇5份、钛酸四丁酯40份、正硅酸乙酯40份、硅酸钠5份、纳米二氧化锡3份、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵3份、甘露糖醇4份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱5份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺5份、脱氢乙酸钠0.2份、柠檬酸钠0.3份、冰乙酸100份、去离子水200份。
上述易降解包装材料的制备方法为:
(1) 将15份冰乙酸和40份去离子水混合搅拌均匀得溶液A,将钛酸四丁酯和20份冰乙酸混合搅拌均匀得溶液B;
(2) 边快速搅拌将溶液A滴加到溶液B中,继续快速搅拌4小时;
(3) 将15份冰乙酸和40份去离子水混合搅拌均匀得溶液C;
(4) 将正硅酸乙酯和硅酸钠混合,边高速搅拌边滴加溶液C,在转速800r/min下搅拌4小时;
(5) 将上述混合液混合,用超声仪超声20分钟;
(6) 加入脱氢乙酸钠、柠檬酸钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺和剩余去离子水,用磁力搅拌机快速搅拌2小时;
(7) 加入正丁醇、正硅酸乙酯、硅酸钠、纳米二氧化锡、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵和甘露糖醇,继续快速搅拌2小时即得。
本发明材料的实施例和对比例的部分性能指标见下表,我们可以看到,本发明材料处理织物后织物的峰值电压最低为2.8V,半衰期为 0.01s,具有较强的抗静电性,相对于未整理的织物,抗静电性提高了很多,其透气量可达133.9L/m2·s,透气性较好,与未整理织物相差不大,同时在摩擦10000次后其质量损失率也仅为1.2356%,耐磨性较好。

Claims (6)
1. 一种抗静电耐磨水溶胶整理剂,其特征在于:由以下成分以重量份制备而成:正丁醇2-5份、钛酸四丁酯20-40份、正硅酸乙酯20-40份、硅酸钠2-5份、纳米二氧化锡1-3份、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵1-3份、甘露糖醇2-4份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱2-5份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺2-5份、脱氢乙酸钠0.1-0.2份、硝酸银2-5份、柠檬酸钠0.1-0.3份、硝酸铁2-5份、冰乙酸50-100份、去离子水150-200份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电耐磨水溶胶整理剂,其特征在于:由以下成分以重量份制备而成:正丁醇3-4份、钛酸四丁酯25-35份、正硅酸乙酯25-35份、硅酸钠3-4份、纳米二氧化锡1.5-2.5份、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵1.5-2.5份、甘露糖醇2.5-3.5份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-4份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3-4份、脱氢乙酸钠0.12-0.18份、硝酸银3-4份、柠檬酸钠0.15-0.25份、硝酸铁3-4份、冰乙酸60-90份、去离子水160-190份。
3. 权利要求1至2任一项所述的一种抗静电耐磨水溶胶整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1) 将10-15份冰乙酸和20-40份去离子水混合搅拌均匀得溶液A,将钛酸四丁酯和15-20份冰乙酸混合搅拌均匀得溶液B;
(2) 边快速搅拌将溶液A滴加到溶液B中,继续快速搅拌3-4小时;
(3) 将10-15份冰乙酸和20-40份去离子水混合搅拌均匀得溶液C;
(4) 将正硅酸乙酯和硅酸钠混合,边高速搅拌边滴加溶液C,在转速600-800r/min下搅拌3-4小时;
(5) 将上述混合液混合,用超声仪超声10-20分钟;
(6) 加入脱氢乙酸钠、柠檬酸钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺和剩余去离子水,用磁力搅拌机快速搅拌1-2小时;
(7) 加入正丁醇、正硅酸乙酯、硅酸钠、纳米二氧化锡、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、甘露糖醇、硝酸银和硝酸铁,继续快速搅拌1-2小时即得。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电耐磨水溶胶整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中搅拌时间为3.5小时。
5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电耐磨水溶胶整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中转速为650-750r/min,搅拌时间为3.5小时。
6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电耐磨水溶胶整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中超声时间为15分钟。
