本发明涉及一种防护栏,具体讲是一种表面涂覆镀锡涂层表面的防护栏及制备方法,属于防护设施领域。
背景技术
人们常说的五大金是指金、银、铜、铁、锡,其中锡的应用更是可以追溯到远古时代,我国的锡矿物产丰富,金属锡的质地柔软,对于锡的应用也是很多的,例如在化工制品、电子产品、冶金、机械建材、甚至食品包装中都有应用。其中锡和氧气反应可以生成二氧化锡,而二氧化锡可以作为催化剂阻止一氧化碳的污染。正如大众所知的是,目前汽车尾气排除的一氧化碳较多,空气污染严重,这对于道路防护栏的维护上极为不利,然而传统的防护栏制作忽视了对一氧化碳的防范,影响护栏的防腐性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种防腐性能优越的表面涂覆镀锡涂层表面的防护栏及制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的表面涂覆镀锡涂层表面的防护栏,所述防护栏的表面涂布复合涂层,所述复合涂层内层至外层依次为镀锌层、含铬氧化层和镀锡层;
所述镀锡层为甲基磺酸亚锡镀液层,甲基磺酸亚锡镀液包括甲基磺酸亚锡、甲基磺酸和表面活性剂酚酞,所述甲基磺酸亚锡、甲基磺酸和表面活性剂和酚酞的体积比为250:1:2。
本发明中,所述表面活性剂为二氧化钼。
本发明中,所述甲基磺酸亚锡镀液包括酚酞,所述酚酞质量浓度为0.2-2g/L。
本发明中,所述含铬氧化层为铬酸盐、磷酸盐的混合溶剂,所述混合溶剂中铬酸盐与磷酸盐的摩尔为3:1,所述铬酸盐中的铬为六价的铬离子盐。
本发明还提供上述表面涂覆镀锡涂层表面的防护栏的制作方法,具体步骤如下:
1)、对防护栏进行脱脂除锈处理;
2)、用氯化铵和氯化钠的混合溶液对防护栏进行处理,在表面形成溶剂层;
3)、在防护栏的表面喷涂镀锌层并固化;
4)、将喷涂镀锌层的防护栏固置入铬酸盐和磷酸盐的混合溶剂中浸渍,然后清洗烘干,形成含铬氧化层;
5)、对防护栏镀锡处理,镀锡后使用亚甲基磺酸水溶液对防护栏进行清洗并烘干。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:(1)、通过锌的腐蚀,即牺牲阴极锌来保护阳极铁,达到防腐的作用;含铬氧化层则可以增加涂层的附着力,提高涂层的整体稳定性;甲基磺酸锡液电镀后,在防护栏的最表层形成镀锡层,通过甲基磺酸等的电解质,使得锡在防护栏表面的沉积,并且甲基磺酸可以加强二价锡的溶解度,在防护栏最表面可以制备一定厚度的锡基保护层;镀锡涂层可以对大气中一氧化碳有一定的隔绝作用,从而间接保护防护栏;(2)、表面活性剂采用二氧化钼,可以改善涂层的性能,保证防护栏在高温条件下其基体与涂层的扩散作用;(3)、在甲基磺酸亚锡镀液中加入酚酞可以加快高温下的电镀速度,提高电镀工艺的效率;(4)、本发明制备工艺简单,易于实现。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明的表面涂覆镀锡涂层表面的防护栏,包括防护栏本体,防护栏本体的表面涂布复合涂层,复合涂层内层至外层依次为镀锌层、含铬氧化层和镀锡层。其具体的制备方法如下:
实施例 1
1、对防护栏进行脱脂除锈处理:选用盐酸或者硫酸电解酸洗,去掉防护栏表面的氧化层,然后再用去离子水清洗,在60℃环境下烘干。
2、对防护栏进行溶剂处理:选用氯化铵、氯化钠作为混合溶剂,氯化铵:氯化钠的体积比为1:5;将混合溶剂涂布在防护栏表面形成溶剂层,以增加后续镀层的附着力。
3、在防护栏表面喷涂镀锌层:使用热喷涂工艺,采用电弧喷枪进行在防护栏表面喷涂锌液,喷涂厚度为60μm,之后进行固化处理,固化温度设置为200℃,最终在防护栏表面形成镀锌层,以镀锌层作为阴极保护层。
4、制备含铬氧化层:通过浸渍的工艺,将固化后的防护栏置入铬酸盐、磷酸盐的混合溶剂中浸渍,铬酸盐与磷酸盐的摩尔配比为3:1,铬酸盐中的铬为六价的铬离子盐;然后,用50℃的去离子水漂洗,后再60℃的环境下烘干形成含铬氧化层,含铬氧化层的厚度为30μm。
5、制备镀锡层:采用电镀锡的方法对防护栏的最表层进行镀锡,镀锡液包括甲基磺酸亚锡、甲基磺酸和二氧化钼,三者的体积比为250:1:2,PH值设置为6,镀锡完成后使用亚甲基磺酸水溶液清洗,在60℃环境下烘干即可形成镀锡层。
实施例 2

4、制备含铬氧化层:通过浸渍的工艺,将固化后的防护栏置入铬酸盐、磷酸盐的混合溶剂中浸渍,铬酸盐与磷酸盐的摩尔配比为3.5:1,铬酸盐中的铬为六价的铬离子盐;然后,用55℃的去离子水漂洗,后再60℃的环境下烘干形成含铬氧化层,含铬氧化层的厚度为35μm。
5、制备镀锡涂层:采用电镀锡的方法对防护栏的最表层进行镀锡,镀锡液包括甲基磺酸亚锡、甲基磺酸和二氧化钼,三者的体积比为250:1:2,PH值设置为6;在镀锡液添加酚酞,酚酞质量浓度为2.0g/L,加入酚酞可以加快高温下的电镀速度,提高电镀工艺的效率。镀锡完成后使用亚甲基磺酸水溶液清洗,在65℃环境下烘干即可。
实施例 3
1、对防护栏进行脱脂除锈处理:选用盐酸或者硫酸电解酸洗,去掉防护栏表面的氧化层,然后再用去离子水清洗,在70℃环境下烘干。

3、在防护栏表面喷涂镀锌层:使用热喷涂工艺,采用电弧喷枪进行在防护栏表面喷涂锌液,其中的喷涂厚度为60μm,之后进行固化处理,固化温度设置为210℃,最终在防护栏表面形成镀锌层,以镀锌层作为阴极保护层。

实施例 4

Claims (5)

1.一种表面涂覆镀锡涂层表面的防护栏,其特征在于:所述防护栏的表面涂布复合涂层,所述复合涂层内层至外层依次为镀锌层、含铬氧化层和镀锡层;
所述镀锡层为甲基磺酸亚锡镀液层,甲基磺酸亚锡镀液包括甲基磺酸亚锡、甲基磺酸和表面活性剂酚酞,所述甲基磺酸亚锡、甲基磺酸和表面活性剂和酚酞的体积比为250:1:2。
2.根据权利要求1所述表面涂覆镀锡涂层表面的防护栏,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为二氧化钼。
3.根据权利要求1所述表面涂覆镀锡涂层表面的防护栏,其特征在于:所述甲基磺酸亚锡镀液包括酚酞,所述酚酞质量浓度为0.2-2g/L。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述表面涂覆镀锡涂层表面的防护栏,其特征在于:所述含铬氧化层为铬酸盐、磷酸盐的混合溶剂,所述混合溶剂中铬酸盐与磷酸盐的摩尔为3:1,所述铬酸盐中的铬为六价的铬离子盐。
5.权利要求1所述表面涂覆镀锡涂层表面的防护栏的制作方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:
1)、对防护栏进行脱脂除锈处理;
2)、用氯化铵和氯化钠的混合溶液对防护栏进行处理,在表面形成溶剂层;
3)、在防护栏的表面喷涂镀锌层并固化;
4)、将喷涂镀锌层的防护栏固置入铬酸盐和磷酸盐的混合溶剂中浸渍,然后清洗烘干,形成含铬氧化层;
5)、对防护栏镀锡处理,镀锡后使用亚甲基磺酸水溶液对防护栏进行清洗并烘干。
