Abstract

本发明公开了一种建筑工程用防锈蚀钢筋,a、对钢筋进行淬火处理:(a1)在淬火池中将淬火液和水按照质量分数2:8的比例配比,淬火溶液的温度25℃;在淬火池中设置搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置搅动淬火溶液使其流速为0.5米/秒;所述淬火液包括成分及各种成分所占质量份数如下:甲氧基聚乙二醇90份、硝酸钠1份、硝酸钠1份、硝酸钾1份、特丁基对苯二酚4份、三乙醇胺3份;(a2)将钢筋加热到750‑800℃,淬火加热保温时间30‑40分钟,将钢筋放入淬火溶液中3‑5分钟;然后在450℃温度下保温2个小时,在空气中冷却至室温。本发明抗锈蚀能力更强,防锈效果好,钢筋在长时间使用后不会使其性能降低,具有实用性。

本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,特别是指一种建筑工程用防锈蚀钢筋。
背景技术
现有技术的钢筋在混凝土中长时间使用后容易生锈,影响材料性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种建筑工程用防锈蚀钢筋,以解决现有上述技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供一种建筑工程用防锈蚀钢筋,
a、对钢筋进行淬火处理:
(a1)在淬火池中将淬火液和水按照质量分数2:8的比例配比,淬火溶液的温度25℃;在淬火池中设置搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置搅动淬火溶液使其流速为0.5米/秒;所述淬火液包括成分及各种成分所占质量份数如下:甲氧基聚乙二醇90份、硝酸钠1份、硝酸钠1份、硝酸钾1份、特丁基对苯二酚4份、三乙醇胺3份;
(a2)将钢筋加热到750-800℃,淬火加热保温时间30-40分钟,将钢筋放入淬火溶液中3-5分钟;然后在450℃温度下保温2个小时,在空气中冷却至室温;
b、对钢筋表面进行第一次防锈处理:
(b1)用磨料对钢筋表面进行处理,使钢筋表面的清洁度达到Sa3级,表面粗糙组达到20μm;
(b2)用除油剂对钢筋表面进行除油处理,然后进行干燥处理;
(b3)涂上纳米合金涂料,然后进行烘干,烘干温度为300℃,时间为25-30min;所述纳米合金涂料包括成分及各种成分所占质量份数如下:环氧树脂40份、锌铬黄10-15份、磷铬酸锌12-16份、云母氧化铁红20-25份、蓖麻油衍生物5份、气相二氧化硅3份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚1份;
c、对钢筋表面进行第二次防锈处理:
(c1)涂上阻锈涂料,所述阻锈涂料包括相互混合的固体料和液体料;
所述固体料包括成分及各种成分所占质量份数如下:水泥30份、粉煤灰40份、水滑石50份,所述固体料混合均匀后在480℃的环境中煅烧4h,并粉碎过筛;
所述液体料包括成分及各种成分所占质量份数如下:二乙醇胺20份、二甲基乙醇胺20份、氢氧化钙水溶液60份。
进一步地,所述氢氧化钙水溶液为饱和氢氧化钙水溶液。
本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:
上述方案中,本发明的有效成分集中于钢筋表面,能够长久保持钢筋表面较高阻锈材料的浓度状态,使阻锈作用更直接更长久,抗锈蚀能力更强,防锈效果好,钢筋在长时间使用后不会使其性能降低,具有实用性。

实施例一
本实施例提供一种建筑工程用防锈蚀钢筋,
a、对钢筋进行淬火处理:
(a1)在淬火池中将淬火液和水按照质量分数2:8的比例配比,淬火溶液的温度25℃;在淬火池中设置搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置搅动淬火溶液使其流速为0.5米/秒;所述淬火液包括成分及各种成分所占质量份数如下:甲氧基聚乙二醇90份、硝酸钠1份、硝酸钠1份、硝酸钾1份、特丁基对苯二酚4份、三乙醇胺3份,将上述各个成分混合均匀;
(a2)将钢筋加热到750℃,淬火加热保温时间30分钟,将钢筋放入淬火溶液中3分钟;然后在450℃温度下保温2个小时,在空气中冷却至室温;
b、对钢筋表面进行第一次防锈处理:
(b1)用磨料对钢筋表面进行处理,使钢筋表面的清洁度达到Sa3级,表面粗糙组达到20μm;
(b2)用除油剂对钢筋表面进行除油处理,然后进行干燥处理;
(b3)涂上纳米合金涂料,然后进行烘干,烘干温度为300℃,时间为25min;所述纳米合金涂料包括成分及各种成分所占质量份数如下:环氧树脂40份、锌铬黄10份、磷铬酸锌12份、云母氧化铁红20份、蓖麻油衍生物5份、气相二氧化硅3份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚1份,将上述各个成分混合均匀;
c、对钢筋表面进行第二次防锈处理:
(c1)涂上阻锈涂料,所述阻锈涂料包括相互混合的固体料和液体料;
所述固体料包括成分及各种成分所占质量份数如下:水泥30份、粉煤灰40份、水滑石50份,所述固体料混合均匀后在480℃的环境中煅烧4h,并粉碎过筛;
所述液体料包括成分及各种成分所占质量份数如下:二乙醇胺20份、二甲基乙醇胺20份、氢氧化钙水溶液60份,将上述各个成分混合均匀。所述氢氧化钙水溶液为饱和氢氧化钙水溶液。
实施例二

(a2)将钢筋加热到800℃,淬火加热保温时间40分钟,将钢筋放入淬火溶液中5分钟;然后在450℃温度下保温2个小时,在空气中冷却至室温;
b、对钢筋表面进行第一次防锈处理:
(b1)用磨料对钢筋表面进行处理,使钢筋表面的清洁度达到Sa3级,表面粗糙组达到20μm;
(b2)用除油剂对钢筋表面进行除油处理,然后进行干燥处理;
(b3)涂上纳米合金涂料,然后进行烘干,烘干温度为300℃,时间为30min;所述纳米合金涂料包括成分及各种成分所占质量份数如下:环氧树脂40份、锌铬黄15份、磷铬酸锌16份、云母氧化铁红25份、蓖麻油衍生物5份、气相二氧化硅3份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚1份,将上述各个成分混合均匀;
c、对钢筋表面进行第二次防锈处理:
(c1)涂上阻锈涂料,所述阻锈涂料包括相互混合的固体料和液体料;
所述固体料包括成分及各种成分所占质量份数如下:水泥30份、粉煤灰40份、水滑石50份,所述固体料混合均匀后在480℃的环境中煅烧4h,并粉碎过筛;
所述液体料包括成分及各种成分所占质量份数如下:二乙醇胺20份、二甲基乙醇胺20份、氢氧化钙水溶液60份,将上述各个成分混合均匀。所述氢氧化钙水溶液为饱和氢氧化钙水溶液。

Claims (2)

1.一种建筑工程用防锈蚀钢筋,其特征在于,
a、对钢筋进行淬火处理:
(a1)在淬火池中将淬火液和水按照质量分数2:8的比例配比,淬火溶液的温度25℃;在淬火池中设置搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置搅动淬火溶液使其流速为0.5米/秒;所述淬火液包括成分及各种成分所占质量份数如下:甲氧基聚乙二醇90份、硝酸钠1份、硝酸钠1份、硝酸钾1份、特丁基对苯二酚4份、三乙醇胺3份;
(a2)将钢筋加热到750-800℃,淬火加热保温时间30-40分钟,将钢筋放入淬火溶液中3-5分钟;然后在450℃温度下保温2个小时,在空气中冷却至室温;
b、对钢筋表面进行第一次防锈处理:
(b1)用磨料对钢筋表面进行处理,使钢筋表面的清洁度达到Sa3级,表面粗糙组达到20μm;
(b2)用除油剂对钢筋表面进行除油处理,然后进行干燥处理;
(b3)涂上纳米合金涂料,然后进行烘干,烘干温度为300℃,时间为25-30min;所述纳米合金涂料包括成分及各种成分所占质量份数如下:环氧树脂40份、锌铬黄10-15份、磷铬酸锌12-16份、云母氧化铁红20-25份、蓖麻油衍生物5份、气相二氧化硅3份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚1份;
c、对钢筋表面进行第二次防锈处理:
(c1)涂上阻锈涂料,所述阻锈涂料包括相互混合的固体料和液体料;
所述固体料包括成分及各种成分所占质量份数如下:水泥30份、粉煤灰40份、水滑石50份,所述固体料混合均匀后在480℃的环境中煅烧4h,并粉碎过筛;
所述液体料包括成分及各种成分所占质量份数如下:二乙醇胺20份、二甲基乙醇胺20份、氢氧化钙水溶液60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氢氧化钙水溶液,所述氢氧化钙水溶液为饱和氢氧化钙水溶液。
