Abstract
本发明提供一种高效复合再生电能装置,包括反应器,阳极室,阳极板,阴极室,阴极板,质子交换膜组件,液体分布器,气体分布器,吹扫分布器,电池负载,输出泵,循环泵,加热/冷却器,浆液泵,鼓风机,吹扫气切断阀,流量调节阀,磁翻板液位计,自力式调压阀及潜液泵,所述的气体分布器设置在阴极室的下方;所述的循环泵设置于反应器筒体中部;所述的鼓风机通过自力式调压阀与气体分布器相连通;所述的潜液泵设置于阴极室底部。本发明通过空气阴极燃料电池的设置,采用燃料电池与催化剂再生耦合方式,有利于提高催化剂的氧化再生速率,实现络合催化剂的快速再生。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及脱硫净化设备领域,尤其涉及一种高效复合再生电能装置。
背景技术
随着社会对环境保护的日益重视,有效控制含硫废气的排放已成为国家环境规划的一部分。在石油化工、天然气、油田开发、焦炉煤气等工业净化领域中,含硫天然气采用物理或化学方法脱酸处理后排放的酸气中常含H2S,需要进一步尾气处理,才能达标排放。含H2S酸气的处理,通常采用Clause硫回收工艺(含各种改进衍生工艺)和液相直接氧化工艺。Clause硫回收工艺对酸气中H2S浓度要求严格,该工艺流程复杂、设备及配套设施多、投资回收期长、占地面积大,尤其对H2S浓度过低或含量波动较大的工况适应性较差。液相直接氧化工艺中最具代表性的有Stretfoul氧化法,LO-CAT工艺,SulFerox工艺等,现有的天然气脱硫络合铁催化剂耦合再生联产电能装置存在着能耗大、反应速率慢、络合剂降解的问题。
因此,发明一种高效复合再生电能装置显得非常必要。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种高效复合再生电能装置以解决现有的脱硫再生电能装置存在的能耗大、反应速率慢、络合剂降解的问题。一种高效复合再生电能装置包括反应器,阳极室,阳极板,阴极室,阴极板,质子交换膜组件,液体分布器,气体分布器,吹扫分布器,电池负载,输出泵,循环泵,加热/冷却器,浆液泵,鼓风机,吹扫气切断阀,流量调节阀,磁翻板液位计,自力式调压阀及潜液泵,所述的阳极室设置在反应器外筒;所述的阳极板设置在阳极室的内部;所述的阴极室设置在反应器内筒内;所述的阴极板设置在阴极室的内壁,所述的质子交换膜组件设置在阳极室和阴极室之间;所述的液体分布器设置在阳极室的上方;所述的气体分布器设置在阴极室的下方;所述的电池负载设置在反应器的上方;所述的输出泵设置于反应器筒体底部;所述的循环泵设置于反应器筒体中部;所述的浆液泵设置于反应器锥底底部;所述的鼓风机通过自力式调压阀与气体分布器相连通;所述的潜液泵设置于阴极室底部。
所述的阳极室和阴极室之间具体设置质子交换膜组件,有利于使得质子在其之间移动,以便形成氧化还原反应。
所述的阳极板和阴极板之间具体采用铜线相连,有利于形成闭合回路,输出电能。
所述质子交换膜组件具体采用质子交换膜和设置在质子交换膜外部的不锈钢丝网的组合,有利于保证质子交换膜的结构强度。
所述的阳极板具体采用碳毡或碳布材质板,有利于提高接触面积,提高导电性能,并有易加工成型、内阻损耗小等优点。
所述的阴极板具体采用铂碳为催化剂的空气电极做反应电极,主要为复合层状结构,从上至下依次为:铂碳催化层、碳基层、扩散层、集水层、多空外壁夹板,有利于进一步提高导电性能,提高脱硫效率。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明通过空气阴极燃料电池的设置,采用燃料电池与催化剂再生耦合方式,有利于提高催化剂的氧化再生速率,实现络合催化剂的快速再生,有利于联合电池工艺产生电能,实现能量的二次利用,有利于降低再生过程的能耗和催化剂的降解损耗。

本发明提供一种高效复合再生电能装置,包括反应器1,阳极室2,阳极板3,阴极室4,阴极板5,质子交换膜组件6,液体分布器7,气体分布器8,吹扫分布器9,电池负载10,输出泵11,循环泵12,加热/冷却器13,浆液泵14,鼓风机15,吹扫气切断阀16,流量调节阀17,磁翻板液位计18,自力式调压阀19,潜液泵20。所述的阳极室2设置在反应器1外筒;所述的阳极板3设置在阳极室2的内部;所述的阴极室4设置在反应器1内筒内;所述的阴极板5设置在阴极室4的内壁;所述的质子交换膜组件6设置在阳极室2和阴极室4之间;所述的液体分布器7设置在阳极室2的上方;所述的气体分布器8设置在阴极室4的下方;所述的电池负载10设置在反应器1的上方;所述的输出泵11设置于反应器1筒体底部;所述的循环泵12设置于反应器1筒体中部,循环泵12出口配有加热/冷却器13;所述的浆液泵14设置于反应器1锥底底部;所述的鼓风机15通过自力式调压阀19与气体分布器8相连通;所述的潜液泵20设置于阴极室4底部。
所述的阳极室2和阴极室4之间具体设置质子交换膜组件6,有利于使得质子在其之间移动,以便形成氧化还原反应。
所述的阳极板3和阴极板5之间具体采用铜线相连,有利于形成闭合回路,输出电能。
所述质子交换膜组件6具体采用质子交换膜和设置在质子交换膜外部的不锈钢丝网的组合,有利于保证质子交换膜的结构强度。
所述的阳极板3具体采用碳毡或碳布材质板,有利于提高接触面积,提高导电性能,并有易加工成型、内阻损耗小等优点。
所述的阴极板4具体采用铂碳为催化剂的空气电极做反应电极,主要为复合层状结构,从上至下依次为:铂碳催化层、碳基层、扩散层、集水层、多空外壁夹板,有利于进一步提高导电性能,提高脱硫效率。
工作原理
本发明通过富含Fe(II)的络合铁催化剂经液体分布器7,液体分布器7为环形结构,均匀喷淋到再生反应器1中外围阳极室2,阳极板3浸没于阳极室2,为保证阳极室2维持一定液位,通过磁翻板液位计18远传传感器控制输出泵11出口的流量调节阀17,燃料电池阴极为空气阴极,阴极板5嵌于阴极室4内壁,空气经由鼓风机15连接的气体分布器8向阴极室4鼓气,气体分布器8采用叠加辐射鼓气方式,所通入空气均匀分散在阴极板5周围,阳极板3和阴极板5之间具体采用铜线相连,以形成闭合回路。催化剂中Fe(II)自发氧化失去电子e-生成Fe(III),失去的电子e-经导电介质,联通外部电池负载10传递到阴极板5,与电子受体(O2)接触,阳极室2与阴极室4之间设置质子交换膜组件6,阳极室2中的质子H+可以通过质子交换膜组件6传递到阴极板5的催化层,经过铂碳的催化,发生还原反应,生产无污染的水。
阳极:Fe(II)→Fe(III)+e-;
阴极:O2+4e-+4H+→2H2O;
总反应:4Fe(II)+O2+4H+→2H2O+4Fe(III)
采用燃料电池与催化剂再生耦合方式可有效提高燃料电池效率,从而提高脱硫效率,实现电能和催化剂再生的联产。
利用本发明所述的技术方案,或本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案的启发下,设计出类似的技术方案,而达到上述技术效果的,均是落入本发明的保护范围。

1.一种高效复合再生电能装置,其特征在于,该新型天然气脱硫络合铁催化剂耦合再生联产电能装置包括反应器(1),阳极室(2),阳极板(3),阴极室(4),阴极板(5),质子交换膜组件(6),液体分布器(7),气体分布器(8),吹扫分布器(9),电池负载(10),输出泵(11),循环泵(12),加热/冷却器(13),浆液泵(14),鼓风机(15),吹扫气切断阀(16),流量调节阀(17),磁翻板液位计(18),自力式调压阀(19),潜液泵(20),所述的阳极室(2)设置在反应器(1)外筒;所述的阳极板(3)设置在阳极室(2)的内部;所述的阴极室(4)设置在反应器(1)内筒内;所述的阴极板(5)设置在阴极室(4)的内壁;所述的质子交换膜组件(6)设置在阳极室(2)和阴极室(4)之间;所述的液体分布器(7)设置在阳极室(2)的上方;所述的气体分布器(8)设置在阴极室(4)的下方;所述的电池负载(10)设置在反应器(1)的上方;所述的输出泵(11)设置于反应器(1)筒体底部;所述的循环泵(12)设置于反应器(1)筒体中部,循环泵(12)出口配有加热/冷却器(13);所述的浆液泵(14)设置于反应器(1)锥底底部;所述的鼓风机(15)通过自力式调压阀(19)与气体分布器(8)相连通;所述的潜液泵(20)设置于阴极室(4)底部。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型天然气脱硫络合铁催化剂耦合再生联产电能装置,其特征在于,所述的阳极室(2)和阴极室(4)之间具体设置质子交换膜组件(6)。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型天然气脱硫络合铁催化剂耦合再生联产电能装置,其特征在于,所述的阳极板(3)和阴极板(5)之间具体采用铜线相连。
4.如权利要求2所述的新型天然气脱硫络合铁催化剂耦合再生联产电能装置,其特征在于,所述质子交换膜组件(6)具体采用质子交换膜和设置在质子交换膜外部的不锈钢丝网的组合。
5.如权利要求1所述的新型天然气脱硫络合铁催化剂耦合再生联产电能装置,其特征在于,所述的阳极板(3)具体采用碳毡或碳布材质板。
