the system comprises a plurality of monitoring devices, an open type community, a plurality of monitoring devices and a control center, wherein the monitoring devices are arranged on a traffic road in a preset range around the community, the open type community and the plurality of monitoring devices are used for monitoring the traffic road in the preset range around the community and the open type community;
a plurality of contact alarms which are arranged at a plurality of target positions of the open cell and trigger alarm;
the community security control system is respectively connected with the plurality of monitoring devices and the plurality of contact alarms, when a trigger signal of a target contact alarm is received, the target contact alarm is triggered to communicate with a target terminal, and the plurality of monitoring devices in the area where the target contact alarm is located are controlled to rotate so as to monitor the area where the target contact alarm is located in a centralized manner, wherein the target contact alarm is at least one contact alarm in the plurality of contact alarms;
the community security control system is used as a first-level control system;
the intelligent security system of the open cell further comprises a public security control system, wherein the public security control system is used as a second-level control system, is respectively connected with the plurality of monitoring devices and the plurality of contact alarms, and processes alarm events exceeding the processing authority of the first-level control system; when an alarm event occurs, firstly, a community security control system serving as a first-level control system processes the alarm event, and when the community security control system cannot process the alarm event, a public security control system serving as a second-level control system can be triggered to process the alarm event;
each open cell has a unique number in a city, and the unique number is associated with the position information of the open cell in the city;
each monitoring device and each contact alarm in the open cell have unique numbers, and the unique numbers are used for identifying the open cell to which the monitoring device and the contact alarm belong and the position of the monitoring device and the contact alarm in the open cell;
and the community security control system determines a plurality of monitoring devices located in the area where the target contact alarm is located according to the serial number of the target contact alarm and the unique serial number of the monitoring devices, and controls the monitoring devices located in the area where the target contact alarm is located to move so as to monitor the area where the target contact alarm is located in a centralized manner.
2. The intelligent security system of an open cell as claimed in claim 1, wherein the contact alarm comprises: an alarm triggering unit for triggering an alarm; and the voice interaction unit is used for carrying out voice interaction with the target terminal.
3. The intelligent security system of an open cell of claim 1, further comprising:
a safety buffer area which is arranged in front of each unit of each residential building of the open community and isolates the entering users from the external open environment;
the safety buffer area is provided with entrance guard equipment for controlling users to enter and exit the safety buffer area.
4. The intelligent security system of an open cell according to claim 3, wherein a part of the plurality of monitoring devices installed in the open cell are installed at preset positions of the safety buffers before each residential building in the open cell, and another part of the plurality of monitoring devices are installed at preset positions after each residential building in the open cell.
5. The intelligent security system of an open cell according to claim 3, further comprising:
and the infrared detection alarm devices are connected with the community security control system, are arranged in the non-door-opening areas of all residential buildings in the open community, detect the non-door-opening areas of all residential buildings in the open community in real time and give an alarm when detecting abnormal conditions.
6. The intelligent security system of an open cell of claim 3, further comprising:
and the electronic warning board is connected with the community security control system, indicates that the intelligent security protection area of the open community enters the current security protection area of the open community, and displays the current security warning information and case information of the open community in a rolling mode.
7. The intelligent security system of an open cell according to claim 3, further comprising: at least one mobile terminal device associated with the cell security control system;
and after receiving the trigger signal of the target contact alarm, the community security control system sends alarm information and videos of the area where the target contact alarm is located, which are acquired by a plurality of monitoring devices of the area where the target contact alarm is located, to the at least one mobile terminal device associated with the community security control system.
8. The intelligent security system of an open community as claimed in claim 3, wherein the community security control system is further connected to the access control system of each resident in the target residential building.
