Abstract
本发明公开了一种氧化沟污水处理系统及其使用方法,包括粗细格栅、氧化沟和膜池;其使用方法为:首先打开容器,使固定化微生物球流入系统中,然后将使用时间长的固定化微生物球进行收集,最后将收集的固定化微生物球重新制作;所述的一种氧化沟污水处理系统及其使用方法中所使用的固定化微生物球不仅能够保持住微生物的活性,而且能够使泥水分离,不会阻塞膜孔,降低膜污染;固定化微生物球直径的选择恰到好处,不需要较大的磁场就能使之悬浮,污水也能够接触到固定化微生物球里面的微生物;磁场的作用能使固定化微生物球处于悬浮状态,还能够提高微生物活性;固定化微生物球能够回收利用,从而使固定化微生物球中的微生物始终处于高活性状态。

[0002]我国是一个水资源分布极不平衡的国家,各个地方拥有的水资源很不均衡,总体上是一个缺水国家,全国有70%的城市处于缺水状态;同时我国还是一个水污染严重的国家,每年因为水污染造成的损失约占GDP的2%,水污染情况不断加剧,使得污水处理和再生行业受到空前的关注。
[0003]氧化沟利用连续环式反应池作生物反应池,混合液在该反应池中一条闭合曝气渠道进行连续循环,氧化沟通常在延时曝气条件下使用。氧化沟使用一种带方向控制的曝气和搅动装置,向反应池中的物质传递水平速度,从而使被搅动的液体在闭合式渠道中循环。氧化沟结合推流和完全混合的特点,有利于克服短流和提高缓冲能力,氧化沟具有明显的溶解氧浓度梯度,特别适用于硝化一反硝化生物处理工艺。氧化沟沟内功率密度的不均匀配备,有利于氧的传质,液体混合和污泥絮凝。氧化沟的整体功率密度较低,可节约能源。

所述的氧化沟中的容器用于盛装固定化微生物球;所述的膜池中的膜组件连接出水管;所述的膜池的底部设有收集装置,用于收集固定化微生物球;所述的膜池的底部连接回流管,用于将一部分固定化微生物球回流至氧化沟中;
所述的固定化微生物球包括磁介质和活性污泥,所述的磁介质不带有磁性,但是能够在磁场的作用下发生磁化,所述的活性污泥富含微生物;所述的活性污泥包裹着磁介质,形成球状;所述的磁场发生器产生磁场,进而使固定化微生物球在氧化沟中处于悬浮状态。

[0013]与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:所述的一种氧化沟污水处理系统及其使用方法中所使用的固定化微生物球采用固定化的方式能够使微生物固定起来,这种方式不仅能够保持住微生物的活性,更好地净化水质,而且能够更好地使泥水分离;固定化微生物球的直径为I〜2mm,不会阻塞膜孔,而且能够降低膜污染,固定化微生物球的直径不会因为太大而需要较大的磁场才能使固定化微生物球悬浮,污水也不会因为固定化微生物球的直径太大而难以接触到固定化微生物球里面的微生物,固定化微生物球也不会因为直径太小而难以制备和回收;二、固定化微生物球包括磁介质和活性污泥,磁介质能够在外加磁场的作用下使磁介质发生磁化,使固定化微生物球能够在磁场的作用下处于悬浮状态,从而有利于促进微生物的循环以及提高微生物活性,可以更好地净化水质;通过磁场控制固定化微生物球的方式还不会使固定化微生物球发生损坏;三、固定化微生物球能够回收利用,一方面由于固定化微生物球中的微生物新陈代谢以及长时间的处理污水,导致固定化微生物球中的微生物慢慢老死,采用回收的方式定期排出和补充固定化微生物球,可以使固定化微生物球中的微生物始终处于高活性状态;另一方面水中絮凝状或漂浮的微生物能够随着固定化微生物球一起排出,可以防止微生物阻塞膜孔,排出的微生物还可以作为制备固定化微生物球的原材料。

1.一种氧化沟污水处理系统,其特征在于:包括粗细格栅(I)、氧化沟(2)和膜池(3);污水经过粗细格栅(I)的过滤,进入氧化沟(2),再经过膜池(3)净化后排出,所述的膜池(3)能够将一部分的固定化微生物球(8)回流至氧化沟(2),另一部分排出至收集装置(7)中; 所述的氧化沟(2)中包括容器和磁场发生器,所述的膜池(3)中包括进水管(4)、出水管(5)、曝气装置(6)、收集装置(7)、回流管(11)和膜组件(12); 所述的氧化沟(2)中的容器用于盛装固定化微生物球(4);所述的膜池(3)中的膜组件(12)连接出水管(7);所述的膜池(3)的底部设有收集装置(7),用于收集固定化微生物球(8);所述的膜池(3)的底部连接回流管(11),用于将一部分固定化微生物球(8)回流至氧化沟(2)中; 所述的固定化微生物球(8)包括磁介质(9)和活性污泥(10),所述的磁介质(9)不带有磁性,但是能够在磁场的作用下发生磁化,所述的活性污泥(10)富含微生物;所述的活性污泥(10)包裹着磁介质(9),形成球状;所述的磁场发生器产生磁场,进而使固定化微生物球(8)在氧化沟中处于悬浮状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧化沟污水处理系统,其特征在于:所述的一种氧化沟污水处理系统中的固定化微生物球(8)的制备与回收是通过将富含微生物的活性污泥(10)通过溶剂溶解成粘稠状后与磁介质(9)充分混合,再将混合物通过模具制作成小球并进行风干;再将风干后的小球置于磁场之中,在磁场的作用力下,内部含有磁介质(9)的小球与内部不含有磁介质(9)的小球分离,内部含有磁介质(9)的小球即为固定化微生物球(8);将固定化微生物球(8)用于所述的一种氧化沟污水处理系统中,且在氧化沟(2)周围通过设置磁场发生器产生磁场,使固定化微生物球(8)在氧化沟中处于悬浮状态;固定化微生物球(8)在长时间使用中,表面的活性污泥(10)渐渐失去活性,流入到周围不设置有磁场的膜池(3)中的固定化微生物球(7)通过自身的重力下沉到底部进行回收,最后将回收的固定化微生物球(8)通过浸泡,碾压,离心的方式回收磁介质(9);再将回收到的磁介质(9)与活性污泥(10)充分混合重新制成固定化微生物球(8)。

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧化沟污水处理系统,其使用方法为: 第一步、打开容器,使固定化微生物球(8 )流入到氧化沟(2 )中; 第二步、打开磁场发生器和曝气装置(6),使氧化沟(2)内部产生磁场,进而使固定化微生物球(8)在氧化沟(2)中处于悬浮状态; 第三步、打开管道阀门,污水经过粗细格栅(I)过滤后流入到氧化沟(2)中,再流入膜池(3)中; 第四步、污水经过所述的一种氧化沟污水处理系统中的膜池(3)过滤后排出;固定化微生物球(8)在所述的一种氧化沟污水处理系统中使用一段时间后流入到周围不设置有磁场的膜池(3)中,通过自身的重力下沉到膜池(3)底部,并进入收集装置(7)中,部分固定化微生物球通过回流管(11)回流至氧化沟(2)中。
