在金属材料生产技术领域，拉丝机卷筒轴承座通常重500-800kg，通过液压吊车拆卸维修，而且拉丝机卷筒轴长90-100cm，放在地上时，轴是倾斜的，维修时间较长，耗时费力。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的在于提供卷筒安装拆卸工装，不仅结构简单紧凑，而且能快速完成拉丝机卷筒的拆卸维修。
技术方案：为实现上述发明目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
卷筒安装拆卸工装，包括底座，在底座上设有轨道，轨道的两端固定设置在底座上，在轨道一端的底座上设有固定立柱，在轨道上设有活动立柱，在固定立柱和活动立柱上均设有钳口，配合后，这一对钳口固定拉丝机卷筒轴承座。
所述的钳口宽度为5-6cm。
所述的活动立柱通过移动支架滑动设置在轨道上。
在所述的轨道另一端的底座上设有螺杆架。
在所述的螺杆架上设有螺杆，螺杆穿过螺杆架与移动支架相连。
在所述的螺杆端部设有手把。
有益效果：与现有技术相比，本发明的卷筒安装拆卸工装，通过在轨道一端的底座上设有固定立柱，在轨道上设有活动立柱，在固定立柱和活动立柱上均设有钳口，配合后，这一对钳口固定拉丝机卷筒轴承座，不仅结构简单紧凑，而且能快速完成拉丝机卷筒的拆卸维修。

如图1所示，卷筒安装拆卸工装，包括固定立柱1、钳口2、活动立柱3、螺杆架4、螺杆5、手把6、移动支架7、底座8和轨道9。
在底座8上设有轨道9，轨道9的两端固定设置在底座8上，在轨道9一端的底座8上设有固定立柱1，在轨道9另一端的底座8上设有螺杆架4，在轨道9上滑动设置移动支架7，在移动支架7上设有活动立柱3，在固定立柱1和活动立柱3上相对设置钳口2，配合后，这一对钳口2固定拉丝机卷筒轴承座。钳口2宽度为5-6cm。螺杆5端部设有手把6，螺杆5穿过螺杆架4与移动支架7相连。
工作过程：拉丝机卷筒轴承座通过液压吊车拆卸后，将拉丝机卷筒轴承座通过钳口2固定，通过手把6转动螺杆5调节移动支架7在轨道9上的位置，卡住轴承座后，轴水平放置，便于维修。

1.卷筒安装拆卸工装，其特征在于：包括底座(8)，在底座(8)上设有轨道(9)，轨道(9)的两端固定设置在底座(8)上，在轨道(9)一端的底座(8)上设有固定立柱(1)，在轨道(9)上设有活动立柱(3)，在固定立柱(1)和活动立柱(3)上均设有钳口(2)，配合后，这一对钳口(2)固定拉丝机卷筒轴承座。
