技术领域
本发明涉及机械自动化领域,特别是涉及一种电磁阀阀盖加工设备的限位组件。
背景技术
阀盖是电磁阀的重要组成部分之一,铸造成形的阀盖还需要对其表面进行加工,现有的阀盖很难进行加工,阀盖的表面不规则,无法采用现有的卡盘工具进行夹紧和定位,阀盖无法精准的定位就提高了精准加工的难度。这样不仅费时费力,并且加工的精度不高,使得加工的合格率也变低。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种电磁阀阀盖加工设备的限位组件,能够准确的对阀盖限位。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种电磁阀阀盖加工设备的限位组件,该电磁阀阀盖加工设备的限位组件包括限位齿条和阀盖固定架, 限位齿条与阀盖固定架的上端面贴合,限位齿条的两端均设有与限位导向轴对应的圆槽,两根限位导向轴的一端伸入限位齿条上的圆槽并且与限位齿条固定,阀盖固定架的上端面设有两个限位导向轴固定座,两个限位导向轴固定座上均设有与限位导向轴对应的通孔,两根限位导向轴的另一端穿过限位导向轴固定座上的通孔,阀盖固定架上安装有两个限位齿轮固定座,两个限位齿轮固定座上均安装有限位齿轮,两个限位齿轮均与限位齿条啮合,阀盖固定架上设有与圆齿条对应的圆孔,两个圆齿条的上端均穿过阀盖固定架上的圆孔,两个圆齿条的下端均套装有限位导向套,两个限位导向套与阀盖固定架的下端面固定,两个圆齿条分别与两个限位齿轮啮合,阀盖固定架的侧面安装有气缸固定座,气缸固定座上安装有限位气缸,限位气缸的活塞杆上安装有限位推拉板,限位推拉板的上端与限位齿条的侧面固定。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种电磁阀阀盖加工设备的限位组件,该组件结构简单,操作简便,能够准确的对阀盖进行限位,使得工作效率有所提高。

本发明电磁阀阀盖加工设备的限位组件工作时,限位气缸61227带动限位推拉板61228使得限位齿条61220水平滑动,限位齿条61220带动限位齿轮61223转动使得圆齿条61225向上滑动。
本发明电磁阀阀盖加工设备的限位组件,该组件结构简单,操作简便,能够准确的对阀盖进行限位,使得工作效率有所提高。
