Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于润滑油加工的多通道过滤器,制备罐内设置有两根输出管,该两根输出管分别为上部输出管和底部输出管;上部输出管的输出端连接过滤斗;底部输出管的输出端连接多通道过滤器,多通道过滤器的输出端连接过滤斗的输入端;在过滤器主体内部径向均布固装有两个过滤腔,该两个导流槽下端连通有一缓流腔,过滤腔外周的过滤器主体内均对应固装有一导流管,其中一个导流管连通输入管,另一个导流管连通过滤器主体内部腔体。本发明结构简单,设计合理,占用空间合理,降低工人的操作难度,并且降低劳动强度和人工数量,自动过滤输送,提升生产效率,保证产品质量标准统一。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于润滑油生产设备领域,尤其是一种用于润滑油加工的多通道过滤器。
背景技术
汽车润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,根据用途在基础油中加入相应的添加剂,经过专业调和工艺制成各种机动车或机械设备所使用的专业润滑油,调和过程中需要使油料保持一定温度便于融合,进行充分搅拌调和后,进入储油罐存放,然后再由储油罐输出灌装进行密封包装。目前,现有的生产工艺中很多步骤都需要人工操作,工人工作劳动强度大,生产效率较低,而且对于工人经验、技术要求较高质量不能保证完全一致。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种结构简单、设计合理、便于调节、安全可靠的用于润滑油加工的多通道过滤器。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于润滑油加工的多通道过滤器,其特征在于:制备罐内设置有两根输出管,该两根输出管分别为上部输出管和底部输出管;上部输出管的输出端连接过滤斗;底部输出管的输出端连接多通道过滤器,多通道过滤器的输出端连接过滤斗的输入端;
所述多通道过滤器包括过滤器主体、出口管、过滤腔、输入管、缓流腔、过滤器盖板以及导流通道,在过滤器主体内部径向均布固装有两个过滤腔,该两个导流槽下端连通有一缓流腔,过滤腔外周的过滤器主体内均对应固装有一导流管,其中一个导流管连通输入管,另一个导流管连通过滤器主体内部腔体;
过滤器主体上端同轴匹配安装过滤器盖板,过滤器盖板上径向安装有两个导流通道,导流通道的两端分别密封连接对应的过滤腔和导流管;在过滤器主体的底部中心安装有一带有控制阀的出口管。
而且,所述过滤器主体下端安装有多个立柱式支撑腿;过滤器主体为一上端开口的圆柱筒形结构,过滤器主体的底部中心向下突出的球面结构。
而且,所述制备罐上部外周固装有工作平台,工作平台上安装称重配料装置,称重配料装置的输出端连接制备罐的输入管。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明结构简单,设计合理,占用空间合理,降低工人的操作难度,并且降低劳动强度和人工数量,自动过滤输送,提升生产效率,保证产品质量标准统一。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种用于润滑油加工的多通道过滤器,包括称重配料装置1、制备罐3、过滤斗5以及多通道过滤器4,在制备罐上部外周固装有工作平台2安装有便于工人上下的扶梯,工作平台上安装称重配料装置,称重配料装置的输出端连接制备罐的输入管,制备罐内设置有两根输出管,该两根输出管分别为上部输出管和底部输出管;上部输出管的输出端连接过滤斗,过滤斗的输出端连接储油池,该过滤斗悬挂固装在储油池的上方;底部输出管的输出端经过一压力泵连接多通道过滤器,多通道过滤器的输出端连接过滤斗的输入端。
原料及润滑油全程在管路内输送,与外界隔离,清洁卫生。
所述多通道过滤器的具体结构,包括过滤器主体4-2、出口管4-7、过滤腔4-9、输入管4-1、缓流腔410、过滤器盖板4-4以及导流通道4-3,过滤器主体下端安装有多个立柱式支撑腿4-8;过滤器主体为一上端开口的圆柱筒形结构,过滤器主体的底部中心向下突出的球面结构,在过滤器主体的底部中心安装有一带有控制阀的出口管4-7;
在过滤器主体内部径向均布固装有两个过滤腔4-9,过滤腔内均填装有材料,该两个导流槽下端连通有一缓流腔410,过滤腔外周的过滤器主体内均对应固装有一导流管,其中一个导流管连通输入管4-1,另一个导流管连通过滤器主体内部腔体;
过滤器主体上沿4-5的上端通过多个螺钉4-6同轴匹配安装过滤器盖板4-4,过滤器盖板上径向安装有两个导流通道4-3,导流通道的两端分别密封连接对应的过滤腔和导流管;
输入管注入的润滑油经过一个导流通道由上向下通过一个过滤腔,经过一次过滤后,通过缓流腔,然后由下向上通过另一个过滤腔,再有另一个导流通道回流进入过滤器主体内部腔体,最终由过滤器底部的出口管输出。
尽管为说明目的公开了本发明的实施例和附图,但是本领域的技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明及所附权利要求的精神和范围内,各种替换、变化和修改都是可能的,因此,本发明的范围不局限于实施例和附图所公开的内容。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于润滑油加工的多通道过滤器,其特征在于:制备罐内设置有两根输出管,该两根输出管分别为上部输出管和底部输出管;上部输出管的输出端连接过滤斗;底部输出管的输出端连接多通道过滤器,多通道过滤器的输出端连接过滤斗的输入端;
所述多通道过滤器包括过滤器主体、出口管、过滤腔、输入管、缓流腔、过滤器盖板以及导流通道,在过滤器主体内部径向均布固装有两个过滤腔,该两个导流槽下端连通有一缓流腔,过滤腔外周的过滤器主体内均对应固装有一导流管,其中一个导流管连通输入管,另一个导流管连通过滤器主体内部腔体;
过滤器主体上端同轴匹配安装过滤器盖板,过滤器盖板上径向安装有两个导流通道,导流通道的两端分别密封连接对应的过滤腔和导流管;在过滤器主体的底部中心安装有一带有控制阀的出口管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于润滑油加工的多通道过滤器,其特征在于:所述过滤器主体下端安装有多个立柱式支撑腿;过滤器主体为一上端开口的圆柱筒形结构,过滤器主体的底部中心向下突出的球面结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于润滑油加工的多通道过滤器,其特征在于:所述制备罐上部外周固装有工作平台,工作平台上安装称重配料装置,称重配料装置的输出端连接制备罐的输入管。
