[0027]如图3所示,上安装板I上镶嵌有防呆磁铁15,防呆磁铁15位于上料滑道的出料口的下方。上料方向正确时,防呆磁铁15吸引磁铁类零件滑落,上料方向错误时,磁铁类零件和防呆磁铁15相互排斥,从而阻碍磁铁类零件滑落,起到第一重防呆(防止磁铁类零件的极性不一致)作用。
[0028]上安装板I上设有印刷电路板16,印刷电路板16设有磁铁极性检测电路。当出现无磁性的其他钢铁类零件混入时,磁铁极性检测电路可及时检测并发出信号,对磁铁类零件作为第二重检测防呆,检测磁铁类零件的极性是否正确。
[0029]结合图1和图2共同所示,机械结合式无杆气缸4固定安装于下安装板2上,机械结合式无杆气缸4的活塞通过定位拖板6连接定位板5,定位板5滑动安装于上安装板I上,定位板5上设有接料孔101。伸出块7位于上料滑道的出料口处,伸出块7通过螺钉13限置于上安装板I上的凹槽内,弹簧8—端顶靠在伸出块7上,另一端顶靠在上安装板I上。当定位拖板6随机械结合式无杆气缸4进行伸出时,伸出块7在弹簧8的作用下伸出到件滑槽盖板142与滑槽141形成的上料滑道下方,阻止上料磁铁的继续滑落。
[0030]上安装板I上固定安装有位于接料孔101上方的盖板11,转运过程中,盖板11始终使磁铁类零件保持在封闭状态下运行。
[0031]上安装板I上的取料位置设有取料检测装置9,取料检测装置9可为真空压力检测器或者为光纤传感器。通过检测定位板5上的接料孔101内磁铁类零件的有无,进行判断磁铁类零件是否顺利滑落到定位板5上的接料孔101内。如果有,则有其它吸取机构将磁铁类零件取起,之后机械结合式无杆气缸4缩回,等待磁铁类零件再次滑落。如果接料孔101内没有磁铁类零件,则发出信号告诉吸取机构不要过来吸取,之后机械结合式无杆气缸4缩回,等待磁铁类零件重新滑落。
[0032]上安装板I上可设有多个上料架14,每个上料架14上设有一个上料滑道,从而可相应增加放料数量、延长相应的上料时间。另外,上料架14的个数可根据需要设置为两个以上。
[0033]其它电器模块、气路模块均固定于下安装板2上。为防止磁铁类零件与其它带磁力的零件相互吸引,引起位置变化,装置上的上零件均采用铝制零件,并采用铝制螺钉固定。

[0035] 1.磁铁类零件通过异性相吸原理自成为一列,工人将其放于滑槽盖板142与上料滑槽141形成上料滑道中。
[0036] 2.磁铁类零件在滑槽盖板142与上料滑槽141形成上料滑道内通过自身重力和埋于上料滑道下方的防呆磁铁15(极性与磁铁类零件极性相同)的磁力吸引,平稳的滑落到件定位板5上的接料孔101内。
[0037] 3.机械结合式无杆气缸4进行伸出动作,通过定位板5将上料磁铁转运到取料位置。
[0038] 4.等待取料机构将磁铁类零件取走之后,机构再重复上述1.2.3步骤进行往复运动。
Claims (10)
1.一种磁铁类零件上料装置,其特征在于,包括: 安装支架; 上料架,所述上料架固定安装于所述安装支架上方,所述上料架上设有上料滑道; 气缸,所述气缸固定安装于所述安装支架上,所述气缸的活塞连接定位板,所述定位板滑动安装于所述安装支架上,所述定位板上设有接料孔; 伸出块,所述伸出块位于所述上料滑道的出料口处、且通过弹簧浮动安装于所述安装支架上。
2.如权利要求1所述的磁铁类零件上料装置,其特征在于,所述安装支架包括上安装板和下安装板,所述上安装板安装于所述下安装板的上方,所述上料架固定安装于所述上安装板上方,所述气缸固定安装于所述下安装板上,所述伸出块安装于所述上安装板上。
3.如权利要求2所述的磁铁类零件上料装置,其特征在于,所述上安装板上镶嵌有防呆磁铁,所述防呆磁铁位于所述上料滑道的出料口的下方。
4.如权利要求3所述的磁铁类零件上料装置,其特征在于,所述上安装板上设有印刷电路板,所述印刷电路板设有磁铁极性检测电路。
5.如权利要求2所述的磁铁类零件上料装置,其特征在于,所述上安装板上的取料位置设有取料检测装置。
6.如权利要求1所述的磁铁类零件上料装置,其特征在于,所述上料架上安装有料位检测装置。
7.如权利要求2所述的磁铁类零件上料装置,其特征在于,所述上安装板上固定安装有位于所述接料孔上方的盖板。
8.如权利要求1所述的磁铁类零件上料装置,其特征在于,所述气缸为机械结合式无杆气缸。
9.如权利要求2所述的磁铁类零件上料装置,其特征在于,所述伸出块通过螺钉限置于所述上安装板上的凹槽内,所述弹簧一端顶靠在所述伸出块上,另一端顶靠在所述上安装板上。
10.如权利要求2所述的磁铁类零件上料装置,其特征在于,所述上料架上设有滑槽,所述上料架上固定安装有位于所述滑槽上方的滑槽盖板,所述滑槽盖板与所述滑槽形成上料滑道。
