一种切削液自动螺杆过滤结构，涉及自动化领域。本发明解决了持续过滤及过滤不彻底的问题。该切削液自动螺杆过滤结构，它包括外壳、过滤螺杆、过滤芯柱、切削液收集盒、启动电机及支架；所述外壳包括进口槽及出口槽，所述进口槽及所述出口槽对应所述外壳的进口及出口固定安装；所述过滤螺杆包括螺杆转轴，所述过滤螺杆旋转安装在所述外壳内，所述螺杆转轴固定安装在所述过滤螺杆的上端；所述过滤芯柱固定安装在所述过滤螺杆的螺纹内；所述切削液收集盒固定安装在所述外壳的底部；所述支架固定安装在所述外壳上，通过内螺旋杆的结构特点进行持续过滤，过滤效果高，结构简单使用便捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及自动化领域，特别是涉及一种过滤结构。
背景技术
切削液是加工机床上用于在加工过程中冷却的液体，切削液在加工过程中会在机器内部循环使用，在废屑排出的过程中部分切削液会同时排出，造成切削液的浪费，目前的过滤结构只能简单的进行一次过滤，过滤效率低效果差，过滤后的废屑需要人工进行清理，因此存在着缺陷。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种切削液自动螺杆过滤结构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该切削液自动螺杆过滤结构，它包括外壳、过滤螺杆、过滤芯柱、切削液收集盒、启动电机及支架；所述外壳包括进口槽及出口槽，所述外壳设计为柱形，所述外壳的上下端分别设计有进口及出口，所述进口槽及所述出口槽对应所述外壳的进口及出口固定安装所述外壳通过所述支架倾斜固定；所述过滤螺杆包括螺杆转轴，所述过滤螺杆使用内螺纹螺杆，所述过滤螺杆对应所述外壳进口及出口的位置设计有相应的开口，所述过滤螺杆旋转安装在所述外壳内，所述螺杆转轴固定安装在所述过滤螺杆的上端，所述螺杆转轴与启动电机进行传动连接；所述过滤芯柱设计为左右连接结构，所述过滤芯柱的左半面使用过滤网，所述过滤芯柱固定安装在所述过滤螺杆的螺纹内；所述切削液收集盒上端面设计有切削液进口，所述切削液收集盒固定安装在所述外壳的底部。
所述电机通过导线与机床连接。
所述切削液收集盒设计为可拆卸结构。
本发明的工作原理：使用者将所述进口槽放置在机床废屑排出口的位置，由于所述电机通过导线与机床连接，所以当机床进行排屑时，所述启动电机启动带动所述过滤螺杆转动；废屑从所述进口槽进入所述过滤螺杆内部，随着所述过滤螺杆的内螺纹螺旋上升，由于所述过滤螺杆倾斜，所以切削液流入所述过滤芯柱内，最终流入所述切削液收集盒内，所述过滤螺杆持续旋转，达到持续过滤的目的，废屑最终通过所述出口槽排出；由于所述切削液收集盒设计为可拆卸结构，所以使用者可以便捷的取出切削液进行重复使用。
本发明的优点：通过内螺旋杆的结构特点进行持续过滤，过滤效果高，结构简单使用便捷。

如图1、图2所示，一种切削液自动螺杆过滤结构，它包括外壳1、过滤螺杆2、过滤芯柱3、切削液收集盒4、启动电机5及支架6；所述外壳1包括进口槽11及出口槽12，所述外壳1设计为柱形，所述外壳1的上下端分别设计有进口及出口，所述进口槽11及所述出口槽12对应所述外壳1的进口及出口固定安装所述外壳1通过所述支架6倾斜固定；所述过滤螺杆2包括螺杆转轴21，所述过滤螺杆2使用内螺纹螺杆，所述过滤螺杆2对应所述外壳1进口及出口的位置设计有相应的开口，所述过滤螺杆2旋转安装在所述外壳1内，所述螺杆转轴21固定安装在所述过滤螺杆2的上端，所述螺杆转轴21与启动电机5进行传动连接；所述过滤芯柱3设计为左右连接结构，所述过滤芯柱3的左半面使用过滤网，所述过滤芯柱3固定安装在所述过滤螺杆2的螺纹内；所述切削液收集盒4上端面设计有切削液进口，所述切削液收集盒4固定安装在所述外壳1的底部。

所述切削液收集盒4设计为可拆卸结构。
本实施例的工作原理：使用者将所述进口槽11放置在机床废屑排出口的位置，由于所述电机一端通过皮带与所述螺杆转轴21连接，另一端与机床连接，根据机床的启动停止进行开关，所以当机床进行排屑时，所述启动电机5启动带动所述过滤螺杆2转动；废屑从所述进口槽11进入所述过滤螺杆2内部，随着所述过滤螺杆2的内螺纹螺旋上升，由于所述过滤螺杆2倾斜，所以切削液流入所述过滤芯柱3内，最终流入所述切削液收集盒4内，所述过滤螺杆2持续旋转，达到持续过滤的目的，废屑最终通过所述出口槽12排出；由于所述切削液收集盒4可拆卸结构，所以使用者可以便捷的取出切削液进行重复使用。

1.一种切削液自动螺杆过滤结构，它包括外壳（1）、过滤螺杆（2）、过滤芯柱（3）、切削液收集盒（4）、启动电机（5）及支架（6），其特征在于：所述外壳（1）包括进口槽（11）及出口槽（12），所述外壳（1）设计为柱形，所述外壳（1）的上下端分别设计有进口及出口，所述进口槽（11）及所述出口槽（12）对应所述外壳（1）的进口及出口固定安装，所述外壳（1）通过所述支架（6）倾斜固定；所述过滤螺杆（2）包括螺杆转轴（21），所述过滤螺杆（2）使用内螺纹螺杆，所述过滤螺杆（2）对应所述外壳（1）进口及出口的位置设计有相应的开口，所述过滤螺杆（2）旋转安装在所述外壳（1）内，所述螺杆转轴（21）固定安装在所述过滤螺杆（2）的上端，所述螺杆转轴（21）与启动电机（5）进行传动连接；所述过滤芯柱（3）设计为左右连接结构，所述过滤芯柱（3）的左半面使用过滤网，所述过滤芯柱（3）固定安装在所述过滤螺杆（2）的螺纹内；所述切削液收集盒（4）上端面设计有切削液进口，所述切削液收集盒（4）固定安装在所述外壳（1）的底部。
