本发明提供一种环网柜接地点试验用套管,包括一连接管,该连接管呈中空管状,其为由金属制作而成的导电管,可与环网柜接地点形成电气连接;一屏蔽层,该屏蔽层包覆于连接管的外壁上,其由半导电材料制作而成,可使得连接管与环网柜接地点电气连接后形成的电场呈均匀分布;一绝缘层,该绝缘层包覆于屏蔽层外壁上。实施本发明实施例,简单实用且绝缘性好,可与环网柜接地点相连,从而使得环网柜接地点的试验成为可能。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及配电网技术领域,尤其涉及一种环网柜接地点试验用套管。
背景技术
[0002]随着配网带电作业的快速发展,环网柜的使用越来越多,如今对环网柜的试验也日益完善,但是环网柜接地点的试验却一直缺乏。
[0003]因此,为了实现对环网柜接地点的试验,亟需一种环网柜接地点试验用套管,可完美的与环网柜接地点相连,从而对其进行各项电气试验,对完善环网柜试验标准具有重大意义。
发明内容
[0004]本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种环网柜接地点试验用套管,简单实用且绝缘性好,可与环网柜接地点相连,从而使得环网柜接地点的试验成为可能。
[0005]为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种环网柜接地点试验用套管,所述环网柜接地点试验用套管包括:
一连接管,所述连接管呈中空管状,其为由金属制作而成的导电管,可与环网柜接地点形成电气连接;
一屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层包覆于所述连接管的外壁上,其由半导电材料制作而成,可使得所述连接管与所述环网柜接地点电气连接后形成的电场呈均匀分布;以及一绝缘层,所述绝缘层包覆于所述屏蔽层外壁上。
[0006]其中,所述连接管由金属铜制作而成,且所述连接管包括相互连接导通的第一金属铜管和第二金属铜管;其中,所述第一金属铜管的端面直径大于所述第二金属铜管的端面直径。
[0007]其中,所述屏蔽层由半导电三元乙丙橡胶注橡而成。
[0008]其中,所述绝缘层由硅橡胶注橡而成。
[0009]其中,所述绝缘层的外壁上设有至少一环形凸缘。
[0010]其中,每一环形凸缘均位于所述绝缘层朝向所述第二金属铜管一端的外壁上。

在本发明实施例中,环网柜接地点试验用套管可通过连接管与环网柜接地点形成电气连接,且中间屏蔽层用于均匀电场,外部绝缘层用于相对地、相与相之间的绝缘,从而具有简单实用、绝缘性好等特点,并能使得环网柜接地点的试验成为可能。

一连接管I,连接管I呈中空管状,其为由金属制作而成的导电管,可与环网柜接地点形成电气连接;
一屏蔽层2,屏蔽层2包覆于连接管I的外壁上,其由半导电材料制作而成,可使得连接管I与环网柜接地点电气连接后形成的电场呈均匀分布;以及一绝缘层3,绝缘层3包覆于屏蔽层2外壁上。
[0016]更进一步的,为了便于环网柜接地点试验用套管与环网柜之间的卡接及固定,绝缘层3的外壁上设有至少一环形凸缘31。
[0017]在一个实施例中,连接管I由金属铜制作而成,且连接管I包括相互连接导通的第一金属铜管11和第二金属铜管12;其中,第一金属铜管11的端面直径大于第二金属铜管12的端面直径;
屏蔽层2由半导电三元乙丙橡胶注橡而成;
绝缘层3由硅橡胶注橡而成;
每一环形凸缘31均位于绝缘层3朝向第二金属铜管12—端的外壁上;优选的,环形凸缘31有三个,均位于绝缘层3朝向第二金属铜管12—端的外壁上,更便于固定及卡接。

在本发明实施例中,环网柜接地点试验用套管可通过连接管与环网柜接地点形成电气连接,且中间屏蔽层用于均匀电场,外部绝缘层用于相对地、相与相之间的绝缘,从而具有简单实用、绝缘性好等特点,并能使得环网柜接地点的试验成为可能。

1.一种环网柜接地点试验用套管,其特征在于,所述环网柜接地点试验用套管包括: 一连接管(I),所述连接管(I)呈中空管状,其为由金属制作而成的导电管,可与环网柜接地点形成电气连接; 一屏蔽层(2),所述屏蔽层(2)包覆于所述连接管(I)的外壁上,其由半导电材料制作而成,可使得所述连接管(I)与所述环网柜接地点电气连接后形成的电场呈均匀分布;以及 一绝缘层(3),所述绝缘层(3)包覆于所述屏蔽层(2)外壁上。
2.如权利要求1所述的环网柜接地点试验用套管,其特征在于,所述连接管(I)由金属铜制作而成,且所述连接管(I)包括相互连接导通的第一金属铜管(11)和第二金属铜管(12);其中,所述第一金属铜管(11)的端面直径大于所述第二金属铜管(12)的端面直径。
3.如权利要求2所述的环网柜接地点试验用套管,其特征在于,所述屏蔽层(2)由半导电三元乙丙橡胶注橡而成。
4.如权利要求3所述的环网柜接地点试验用套管,其特征在于,所述绝缘层(3)由硅橡胶注橡而成。
5.如权利要求4所述的环网柜接地点试验用套管,其特征在于,所述绝缘层(3)的外壁上设有至少一环形凸缘(31)。
6.如权利要求5所述的环网柜接地点试验用套管,其特征在于,每一环形凸缘(31)均位于所述绝缘层(3)朝向所述第二金属铜管(12)—端的外壁上。
