The working principle is that the drill rod device 19 is driven by the drilling power device 14 to rotate, the tubular cutting device 26 is driven by the spline device and the tubular cutting device 26 to rotate together, the composite drill bit 20 is pushed by the drilling propulsion device 10 while the tubular cutting body device 26 is pushed by the casing propulsion device 2, so that the composite drill bit device 20 and the tubular cutting device 26 forcibly cut the coal (gangue) body while obtaining the rotating torque and the propelling force, drill cuttings of the cut coal (gangue) are automatically discharged out of a drill hole through the material returning function of the spiral drill rod rotary vane, the operation process can be carried out in a relay type replacement and continuous drilling top according to the process length of a running section or the drill rod and the casing, and finally the designed hole depth is achieved so as to complete the drilling top integrated hole forming operation task. And the following aims can be achieved:
1. if the abnormal condition that gas jet hole phenomenon appears in the drill hole or equivalent footage appears and coal dust and drill cuttings are obviously increased during the top drilling operation, the top drilling operation is stopped immediately, the gas shunt device is used for carrying out hole pressure relief drilling and discharging on excessive coal dust or drill cuttings and gushed gas, and the drilling operation is carried out forwards again until the jet hole phenomenon disappears and the coal dust discharge capacity is normal
2. If all is smooth, the top hole of the drill reaches the size of the designed depth, and the spline structure is arranged between the combined type drill bit device 20 and the tubular cutting body device 26, so that the combined type drill bit device can be smoothly pulled out together with the drill rod 19, after the drill rod and the drill bit are pulled out, the gas drainage hole protection sieve tube with the corresponding size can be placed in the sleeve and placed at the bottom of the hole, and then the whole sleeve is pulled out through the sleeve propelling device 2 to place the hole protection tube and the drainage pressure of the drill is completed.
3. Because the coal (gangue) body of the drilling and jacking integrated pore-forming process is separated from the drill hole by a sleeve, and the spline type drill bit can be found out smoothly after pore-forming, and the pore-forming process can realize the drilling and jacking integration with super large diameter, if a pipe fitting with the diameter of about 0.5m is placed in the sleeve to form the vent hole, the problem of advanced ventilation of the existing one-head tunneling combined roadway can be solved, the ventilation environment of a working face is effectively improved, the problems of no wind, circulating wind and high gas concentration of the working face are thoroughly twisted, and a good working environment is created for operators.
4. The invention provides an ultra-large diameter hole forming process and technical equipment. Once personnel such as roof accidents, water making, fire disasters and the like are trapped underground, collapse and roadway cutting positions are urgently needed, and a rescue life channel needs to be opened quickly, the drilling and jacking integrated multifunctional drilling machine such as an underground air table can quickly achieve the purpose, and the rescue life channel with the ejection diameter not less than 800mm can be drilled and jacked quickly, so that the multifunctional special effect of one machine for multiple purposes of the technology is achieved.
Tubular cutting body
The tubular cutting body 26 is mounted on the casing device 27, and is combined to rotate, under the drive of the spline structure, mechanical energy transmitted from a drill rod is converted into forced cutting action of an alloy sheet on coal (waste rock) so as to meet the requirements of a drill top integrated comprehensive hole forming process, the tubular cutting body 26 has the functions of centering and guiding a drill bit and expanding a drilled hole, the resistance of a subsequent casing in the follow-up jacking process is reduced due to the arrangement of the tubular cutting body 26, and the coal (waste rock) body is forcibly cut together by matching with the drill bit so as to achieve the purpose of drilling top integrated hole forming. The multifunctional performance of the drilling and jacking composite hole forming process is fully exerted, so that the drilling difficulty of a gas outburst complex coal seam is realized, the drilling is blocked, the drilling is embraced, the spray hole is out of control, the hole drilling cannot be carried out, and the current situation that a gas shaft-release screen pipe is put in place when the hole is collapsed is realized, and the requirements of roadway-connecting large-diameter hole forming advanced ventilation and rapid construction of a large-diameter life channel in an emergency rescue period are met.
Sleeve device
The sleeve device 27 is sleeved outside the composite drill bit 20, and has the following functions:
1. the current situation that the drilling and the screen pipe is difficult to be placed on the lower shaft is changed, a foundation is laid for the screen with the enlarged diameter of the lower gas shaft, the gas shaft placing (mining) rate is provided, the gas shaft placing (mining) period is shortened, and the coal mining continuation rate is improved.
2. During drilling top and forming holes, pressure relief drilling and discharging are carried out on the coal seam gas potential energy body, and threats and injuries brought to miners by coal and gas outburst accidents are thoroughly eliminated.
3. By utilizing the isolation property of the sleeve device 27 and the coal seam, the large-diameter ventilation pipe is arranged in the sleeve device 27 after the hole is formed, so that the coal roadway tunneled at one end is communicated in advance, the aim of advanced ventilation is realized, and the situation of difficulty in tunneling and ventilation of the existing coal roadway at one end is thoroughly changed.
4. After the large-diameter hole is formed, a channel with the diameter not smaller than 800mm is reserved in the casing device 27 after the drill rod and the drill bit are pulled out, the requirement for quickly constructing a large-diameter life channel is provided for emergency rescue, and scientific guarantee of technology, equipment and process is provided for people in danger to succeed in life.
Working process of the invention
The hydraulic station device provides hydraulic power for the whole system, and under the drive of the hydraulic drive system, the hydraulic station device provides hydraulic power for the walking motor through the reversing valve, so that the walking motor has the walking and moving functions. The 4 x4 walking function of the drilling machine, namely advancing, retreating or steering, is realized.
When the drill top angle is positioned, the requirement of top hole drilling operation is met with the supporting force in all directions, and the integral stability of the drilling machine meets the requirement of safe operation specification, the ultra-large diameter top hole drilling operation can be carried out.
Firstly, a drill rod is arranged on a drilling power device, a sleeve is arranged on a sleeve propelling device, and a combined type drill bit is assembled, so that the drilling and jacking hole forming operation can be carried out on the premise that a guide device provides positioning guarantee.
When the drilling machine arrives at the preset operation place, the hydraulic station device provides hydraulic power, and each pushing jack is pushed by the hydraulic power to meet the requirement of supporting force in all directions, so that a good foundation is laid for drilling and jacking operation. When the drilling machine moves to a top hole drilling position designed on a roadway or a working surface in a self-walking mode, and a machine body device of the drilling machine and a rail pass through a slewing device together through manpower through the slewing device, and the top hole drilling and a guide device are aligned to a designed hole position, oil pressure power is provided for each jack through a reversing valve by a hydraulic station, so that vertical positioning and stable support of the drilling machine device and horizontal support of a coal wall are realized, firstly, a gas outburst accident is prevented during top hole drilling operation, and secondly, a reverse thrust action is realized when a top hole drilling sleeve device is pulled out after the top hole drilling operation is finished; the track pitch angle is adjusted and supported as required, the drilling machine and the roadway environment form a stable operation whole through the support of the aspects, namely, the distance of the minimum resistance line of the gas outburst coal seam damage is fully prolonged, and the absolute safety of personnel during the operation of drilling the top hole is ensured.
After all the steady machine, the support, the angle and the hole position are positioned and the drill rod, the sleeve device and the composite drill bit device are connected, the hydraulic power device can be started after all the preparation work is normal, the reversing valve is controlled to provide oil pressure power for the drilling power device so as to drive the drill rod and the composite drill bit, so that the cutting operation of the coal (gangue) body can be realized, after the drill rod and the composite drill bit rotate normally, the reversing valve provides oil pressure power for the drilling propelling jack so as to generate power for propelling the drilling power device forwards, the drill rod and the sleeve are synchronously propelled to the deep part of the coal bed by controlling the drilling rod propelling jack and the drill sleeve propelling jack, during the period, the composite drill bit firstly rotates on the drill bit body connected with the drill rod, and drives the spline sleeve through the spline to form a spline transmission form and synchronously rotate together to perform reaming type composite drilling on the coal (gangue), the pipe type cutting body at the end of the sleeve pipe is driven to rotate together with the whole pipe, and a combined type drilling and cutting function is generated on a coal (gangue) body, so that the requirements of various complex drilling environments are met, the pore-forming task with any pore diameter smaller than 0.8m can be smoothly completed, and the requirement of a large-diameter drilling hole under a coal mine is met.
The drilling machine can be divided into the following parts according to the different sizes of the roadway sections in the underground coal mine operation environment: specifications and models such as ZDYS-2X3200S-6, ZDYS-2X4500S-9, ZDYS-2X6000S-12, ZDYS-2X8500S-15, ZDYS-2X12000S-18, a drill rod device and a sleeve device: diameter: from 55mm phi to 800mm phi, the length is divided into 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm and other specifications. Drilling the depth of a top hole: ranging from 2 × 160m to 2 × 500 m.
Because the on-site environment of the underground coal mine roadway and the working face is considered, and the comprehensive analysis of the coal market environment, the coal mine economic benefit and the like is carried out at present, simple, practical, economic and reliable equipment with one machine and multiple functions is the first choice of coal enterprises and users, and high safety, high efficiency and low cost are basic guarantees for the virtuous and development of the coal enterprises.

A coal mine ultra-large diameter drilling system, comprising: the drilling machine comprises a drilling machine body, a drilling machine walking mechanism, a hydraulic power mechanism, a propelling mechanism, a drilling hole positioning and angle adjusting mechanism, a drilling machine supporting mechanism, a rotating mechanism and a drilling power mechanism, wherein the drilling machine body is arranged on a drilling machine main beam to form a framework platform for installing other related devices; it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
a. the drill traveling mechanism mainly comprises a traveling driving wheel and a traveling motor, is arranged on a drill main beam, and drives the traveling driving wheel to operate through the traveling motor so as to provide forward and backward driving force for the drill;
b. the hydraulic power mechanism mainly comprises a hydraulic station arranged on the body of the drilling machine, a jack and a reversing valve arranged on the body, and forms a hydraulic power system for drilling operation;
c. the propelling mechanism mainly comprises a track arranged on a drilling machine body, and a sleeve propelling device, a drilling propelling device and a guiding device which are arranged on the track, and is used for guiding drilling, pushing pipes and propelling drilling;
d. the drilling positioning and angle adjusting mechanism mainly comprises an adjusting device and a rail support, wherein the adjusting device is arranged between the rail and the machine body frame to form a drilling positioning mechanism of the drilling machine, and the adjusting device and the rail support form a drilling angle adjusting system;
e. the drilling machine supporting mechanism comprises a chassis support, a drilling machine support, a supporting device and a track support, is respectively arranged on the drilling machine body and the track and is a supporting and stabilizing system during the operation of the drilling machine, and is respectively connected with a corresponding jack; the jack is connected with the hydraulic station; wherein the track is supported and installed on the machine body through the track;
f. a slewing device of the slewing mechanism is arranged on the plane of the main beam of the drilling machine and matched with the machine body to form the slewing mechanism;
g. the drilling power mechanism comprises a drilling power device, a drilling propelling device, a sleeve propelling device, a drill rod, a combined drill bit and a tubular cutting body, the drilling power device is installed on the sleeve propelling device through a bottom plate, the drilling power device is connected with a hydraulic station and the drilling propelling device, and forward pushing or backward pulling of drilling operation on the drill rod is realized under the control of the drilling propelling device.
2. The coal mine ultra-large diameter drilling system according to claim 1, wherein the guide device is of a sliding rod structure and is movably arranged in an H-shaped groove of the track.
3. The coal mine ultra-large diameter drilling system of claim 2, wherein the guide device is connected to the guide jack with a pin.
4. The coal mine ultra-large diameter drilling system according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting device is composed of a height adjusting device and an angle adjusting device, and the drilling height and the drilling angle are completed by the adjusting device.
5. The coal mine ultra-large diameter drilling system according to claim 4, wherein the reversing valve is a hydraulic reversing valve, is connected with a hydraulic station, and is mounted on the drilling machine body.
6. The coal mine ultra-large diameter drilling system according to claim 1, wherein a drill pipe is mounted at a drill pipe joint on the power head; the casing device is arranged on the casing propelling device, and the composite drill bit is arranged at the top end of the drill rod and the top end of the casing device.
