艾叶是民间最常用的中草药之一,药用价值高。艾叶的作用非常多,用来泡酒更是有不可多得的功效。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷或不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种艾叶茶酒及其生产方法,可以安胎、治疗肩周炎、缓解腰痛、降火排毒、提高免疫力,同时具有美容养颜的功效。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为提供一种艾叶茶酒,由以下重量份的原料制成:艾叶1-2份,阿胶2-5份,川穹1-3份,芍药1-4份,甘草1-4份,当归1-3份,生地1-3份,茶叶 1-3 份,蔗糖 20-40 份,酵母 0.2- 0.5 份,其余为水。

A、采选鲜嫩艾叶清洗干净,晾干积水,捣烂取汁,把其他原材料洗净;
B、茶叶先用冷水浸提,过滤掉杂质,然后用90℃以上热水浸提,过滤后形成茶汁;
C、在向茶汁添加酵母活化液、蔗糖、其他原材料、水进行主发酵;
D、主发酵完毕,进行倒桶,将酵母、蛋白质等沉淀物分离出去,移入消毒清洁的贮罐进行陈酿置于20-25℃条件下约两周;
E、接着置于3600r/min的高速离心机中离心10min进行澄清, 得到澄清透明的艾叶茶酒;
F、对澄清后的艾叶茶酒采用硅藻土过滤机进行过滤,接着对艾叶茶酒进行酒精度和酸度的调配,调配用的酸味柠檬酸,碱为碳酸氢钠,质量等级均为食品级;
G、对调配后的艾叶茶酒采用膜过滤进行除菌过滤,膜孔径为0.1μ m、无菌灌装、于无菌灌装机中进行无菌灌装并立即注入软木塞,然后套上胶套进行热收缩,装瓶后经贴标机进行贴标 、喷码等 ,包装入库。
