本发明公开了一种便于操作的组合式污水处理系统与其使用方法,包括进水口a、进水口b、厌氧区a、厌氧区b、缺氧区a、缺氧区b、好氧区a、好氧区b、沉淀池a、沉淀池b和出水口;其使用方法为:首先打开所需要的污水处理系统相应的连接管道阀门,然后打开容器,使固定化微生物球流入所需要的污水处理系统,最后收集固定化微生物球并重新制作;一种便于操作的组合式污水处理系统与其使用方法所使用的固定化微生物球不仅能够保持住微生物的活性,沉降性好;固定化微生物球直径的选择恰到好处;磁场的作用能使固定化微生物球处于悬浮状态,还能够提高微生物活性;固定化微生物球能够回收利用,从而使固定化微生物球中的微生物始终处于高活性状态。

第三步、打开磁场发生器,使所选择的污水处理系统中产生磁场,进而使固定化微生物球处于悬浮状态;
第四步、打开曝气装置;
第五步、打开出水管阀门与进水管阀门,使污水从进水口 a或进水口 b流入到所选择的污水处理系统中;
第六步、固定化微生物球使用一段时间后流入到没有磁场的沉淀池a和沉淀池b中,一部分的固定化微生物球流入到收集装置中,另一部分固定化微生物球进行回流循环使用;第七步、将收集到的固定化微生物球经过分解,获得固定化微生物球里面的磁介质,重新制作固定化微生物球,再将制作好的固定化微生物球放入容器中。
[0013]与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:所述的一种便于操作的组合式污水处理系统与其使用方法所使用的固定化微生物球采用固定化的方式能够使微生物固定起来,这种方式不仅能够保持住微生物的活性,更好地净化水质,而且能够更好地使泥水分离,沉降性好;固定化微生物球的直径为10〜15_,固定化微生物球的直径不会因为太大而需要较大的磁场才能使固定化微生物球悬浮,污水也不会因为固定化微生物球的直径太大而难以接触到固定化微生物球里面的微生物,固定化微生物球也不会因为直径太小而难以制备和回收;二、固定化微生物球包括磁介质和活性污泥,磁介质能够在外加磁场的作用下使磁介质发生磁化,使固定化微生物球能够在磁场的作用下处于悬浮状态,从而有利于促进微生物的循环以及提高微生物活性,可以更好地净化水质;通过磁场控制固定化微生物球的方式还不会使固定化微生物球发生损坏;三、固定化微生物球能够回收利用,一方面由于固定化微生物球中的微生物新陈代谢以及长时间的处理污水,导致固定化微生物球中的微生物慢慢老死,采用回收的方式定期排出和补充固定化微生物球,可以使固定化微生物球中的微生物始终处于高活性状态;另一方面水中絮凝状或漂浮的微生物能够随着固定化微生物球一起排出,排出的微生物还可以作为制备固定化微生物球的原材料。

第七步、将收集到的固定化微生物球17经过分解,获得固定化微生物球17里面的磁介质18,重新制作固定化微生物球17,再将制作好的固定化微生物球17放入容器16中。

1.一种便于操作的组合式污水处理系统,其特征在于:包括进水口 a( I)、进水口 b(2)、厌氧区a(3)、厌氧区b(4)、缺氧区a(5)、缺氧区b(6)、好氧区a(7)、好氧区b(8)、沉淀池a(9)、沉淀池b(10)和出水口(11);所述的厌氧区a(3)包括出水管(12)、容器(13)、进水管(14)和磁场发生器(15);所述的厌氧区b(4)包括出水管(12)、进水管(14)和磁场发生器(15);所述的缺氧区a(5)包括出水管(12)、容器(13)、进水管(14)、曝气装置(16)和磁场发生器(15);所述的缺氧区b(6)、好氧区a(7)和好氧区b(8)包括出水管(12)、进水管(14)、曝气装置(16)和磁场发生器(15);所述的沉淀池a(9)和沉淀池b(10)包括出水管(12)、进水管(14)和收集装置(20); 所述的容器(13)用于盛装固定化微生物球(17),所述的固定化微生物球(17)在所述的一种便于操作的组合式污水处理系统中随着污水一起运动;所述的沉淀池b(10)的底部设有收集装置(20),用于收集固定化微生物球(17); 污水从进水口a( I)流入厌氧区a(3)中,再流入缺氧区a(5)中;污水也能够从进水口b(2)流入缺氧区a(5)中,缺氧区a(5)中的污水和固定化微生物球(17)能够流入到厌氧区b(4)、缺氧区b(6)和好氧区a(7);流入厌氧区b(4)的污水能够随着固定化微生物球(17)流入缺氧区b(6)和好氧区b(8),流入缺氧区b(6)的污水和固定化微生物球(17)能够流入好氧区b (8 )和沉淀池b (10),流入好氧区a( 7 )的污水和固定化微生物球(17)能够流入沉淀池a (9 ),好氧区a(7)内的固定化微生物球(17)能够回流到缺氧区a(5);流入沉淀池a(9)的污水和固定化微生物球(17)能够流入厌氧区b(4),沉淀池a(9)内的固定化微生物球(17)—部分能够回流到缺氧区a(5),另一部分回收到回收装置(16)中;流入好氧区b(8)的污水和固定化微生物球(17 )能够流入沉淀池b (10),好氧区b (8 )内的固定化微生物球(17 )能够回流到缺氧区b (6 )和缺氧区a (5 );流入沉淀池b (1 )的污水能够从出水口( 11)排出;沉淀池b (1 )内的固定化微生物球(17)—部分能够回流到缺氧区a(5)和缺氧区b(6),另一部分回收到回收装置(16)中; 所述的固定化微生物球(17)包括磁介质(18)和活性污泥(19),所述的磁介质(18)不带有磁性,但是能够在磁场的作用下发生磁化,所述的活性污泥(19)富含微生物;所述的活性污泥(19)包裹着磁介质(18),形成球状;所述的磁场发生器(15)产生磁场,进而使固定化微生物球(17)在所述的一种便于操作的组合式污水处理系统中处于悬浮状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于操作的组合式污水处理系统,其特征在于:所述的一种便于操作的组合式污水处理系统中的固定化微生物球(17)的制备与回收是通过将富含微生物的活性污泥(19)通过溶剂溶解成粘稠状后与磁介质(18)充分混合,再将混合物通过模具制作成小球并进行风干;再将风干后的小球置于磁场之中,在磁场的作用力下,内部含有磁介质(18 )的小球与内部不含有磁介质(18 )的小球分离,内部含有磁介质(18 )的小球即为固定化微生物球(17);将固定化微生物球(17)用于所述的一种便于操作的组合式污水处理系统中,且在所述的一种便于操作的组合式污水处理系统周围通过设置磁场发生器(15)产生磁场,使固定化微生物球(17)在所述的一种便于操作的组合式污水处理系统中处于悬浮状态;固定化微生物球(17)在长时间使用中,表面的活性污泥(19)渐渐失去活性,流入到周围不设置有磁场的沉淀池a(9)和沉淀池b(10)中的固定化微生物球(17)通过自身的重力下沉到底部进行回收,最后将回收的固定化微生物球(17)通过浸泡,碾压,离心的方式回收磁介质(18);再将回收到的磁介质(18)与活性污泥(19)充分混合重新制成固定化微生物球 (17)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种便于操作的组合式污水处理系统,其特征在于:所述的固定化微生物球(17 )的直径为1〜15mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于操作的组合式污水处理系统,其特征在于:所述的磁介质(18)为金属镍。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种便于操作的组合式污水处理系统,其特征在于:所述的金属镍为经过钝化处理后的金属镍。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种便于操作的组合式污水处理系统,其特征在于:所述的磁介质(18)的直径为2〜3mm。
7.根据权利要求1-6所述的一种便于操作的组合式污水处理系统,其使用方法为: 第一步、将所述的一种便于操作的组合式污水处理系统根据需要的污水处理系统打开相应连接的管道阀门; 第二步、将所选择的污水处理系统中厌氧区a(3)或缺氧区a(5)中的容器(13)打开,使容器(13)内的固定化微生物球(17)落入其中; 第三步、打开磁场发生器(15),使所选择的污水处理系统中产生磁场,进而使固定化微生物球(17)处于悬浮状态; 第四步、打开曝气装置(16); 第五步、打开出水管阀门与进水管阀门,使污水从进水口 a (I)或进水口 b (2 )流入到所选择的污水处理系统中; 第六步、固定化微生物球(17)使用一段时间后流入到没有磁场的沉淀池a(9)和沉淀池b(10)中,一部分的固定化微生物球(17)流入到收集装置(20)中,另一部分固定化微生物球(17)进行回流循环使用; 第七步、将收集到的固定化微生物球(17)经过分解,获得固定化微生物球(17)里面的磁介质(18),重新制作固定化微生物球(17),再将制作好的固定化微生物球(17)放入容器(16)中。
