技术领域
[0001 ]本发明涉及水过滤领域,特别是涉及一种绞龙式水过滤设备。
背景技术
[0002]人类进行水处理的方式已经有相当多年历史,物理方法包括利用各种孔径大小不同的滤材,利用吸附或阻隔方式,将水中的杂质排除在外,吸附方式中较重要者为以活性炭进行吸附,阻隔方法则是将水通过滤材,让体积较大的杂质无法通过,进而获得较为干净的水。另外,物理方法也包括沉淀法,就是让比重较小的杂质浮于水面捞出,或是比重较大的杂质沉淀于下,进而取得。化学方法则是利用各种化学药品将水中杂质转化为对人体伤害较小的物质,或是将杂质集中,历史最久的化学处理方法应该可以算是用明矾加入水中,水中杂质集合后,体积变大,便可用过滤法,将杂质去除。
[0003]目前生产的水处理设备,由于水中杂质、细菌等容易堵塞过滤装置需要反冲处理才能继续工作,而且过滤的滤渣需要不定时打开排渣口排放。因此急需一种可自动将滤渣排出且可及时清扫过滤装置的水处理设备。
发明内容
[0004]本发明提供了一种绞龙式水过滤设备,通过将弹簧刷连接在绞龙旋转轴和滚筒外侧,在旋转时可同时实现将滤渣排出和清扫过滤装置的功能。
[0005]本发明的技术方案如下:一种绞龙式水过滤设备,包括绞龙、滚筒、圆筒、架体、驱动装置,所述绞龙位于滚筒内侧,所述圆筒位于滚筒外侧,所述圆筒下方设置有储水池,所述储水池固定于架体上,所述滚筒侧面设有不锈钢滤网,所述圆筒包括内层陶瓷过滤膜和不锈钢外层,所述绞龙、滚筒分别通过传动带与驱动装置连接,所述驱动装置固定安装于架体上。所述绞龙、滚筒、圆筒共轴。所述绞龙包括旋转轴和A弹簧刷,所述A弹簧刷焊接于旋转轴外侧。所述滚筒两端设有轮毅,所述不锈钢滤网外侧设有B弹簧刷。
[0006]优选的,所述圆筒两端分别焊接有密封圆环,所述不锈钢外层底部设有出水口。

[0008]本发明的优点:通过将弹簧刷连接在绞龙旋转轴和滚筒外侧,在旋转时可同时实现将滤渣排出和清扫过滤装置的功能,并且结构简单、占地面积小,便于在企业、社区及水处理厂等场所推广使用。

[0015]如图1至4所示,本实施例提供一种绞龙式水过滤设备,包括绞龙1、滚筒2、圆筒3、架体5、驱动装置7,绞龙I位于滚筒2内侧,通过绞龙I的转动将滤渣推出过滤设备,圆筒3位于滚筒2外侧,圆筒3下方设置有储水池4,储存过滤后的水,储水池4固定于架体5上,滚筒2侧面设有不锈钢滤网203,圆筒3包括内层陶瓷过滤膜301和不锈钢外层302,绞龙1、滚筒2分别通过传动带6与驱动装置7连接,驱动装置7固定安装于架体5上。
[0016]绞龙1、滚筒2、圆筒3共轴,绞龙I包括旋转轴和A弹簧刷101,A弹簧刷101焊接于旋转轴外侧,滚筒2两端设有轮毅201,不锈钢滤网203外侧设有B弹簧刷202,可以达到边过滤边清理陶瓷过滤膜301的效果,圆筒3两端分别焊接有密封圆环303,不锈钢外层302底部设有出水口,储水池4底部设有出水阀,可以排放出过滤后的水。
[0017]使用时水管正对滚筒2—端轮毅201间隙将水输入滚筒2内,通过绞龙I将水和滤渣向滚筒另一端推送排出,在推送的同时滤液通过不锈钢滤网203进入圆筒3内,在圆筒2外侧B弹簧刷202的推送下二次滤渣排出,水经过陶瓷过滤膜301过滤到不锈钢外层302汇集后通过出水口进入储水池4。
