Abstract

本发明涉及铜铝过渡线夹技术领域,是一种防断防松铜铝过渡线夹;其包括铜体、铝体和顶紧螺钉;铜体的左端设有带有接线孔的铜片,铜体右端与铝体左端通过焊接固定连接在一起并形成焊接结合面,焊接结合面为斜面;铝体的右部内设有开口向右的电缆插槽,在电缆插槽上端的铝体上左右间隔分布有至少两个螺纹顶丝孔。焊接结合面为斜面的铜体和铝体,结合面积大,强度强度高,不易被外力破坏;使结合面连接更牢固,改善因发热氧化产生断裂的情况,使用寿命长;电缆线端部通过顶紧螺钉和阻尼压板压紧固定在铝体的电缆插槽内,拆装方便,可利用检修时间进行定期旋紧加固,始终保持连接牢固,改善接线松动情况,避免线路中断,保证电网正常运行。

防断防松铜铝过渡线夹
技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及铜铝过渡线夹技术领域,是一种防断防松铜铝过渡线夹。
背景技术
[0002]在电力系统中,需要消耗大量的导电材料,许多设备的接线端是铜材料,而架空导线多为铝材料,因此需要使用铜铝过渡线夹对铜导线与铝导线连接;铜铝过渡线夹包括铜体和铝体;铜体与铝体通过焊接固定;在接线使用时,铜铝过渡线夹的铜、铝连接处会产生接触电阻,导致发热氧化;而现使用的铜铝过渡线夹的铜、铝的焊接结合面是竖直面,面积小、强度差,当发热氧化到一定程度时,焊接结合面容易断裂;除此之外,施工时受力、电缆风摆产生牵引力的外力影响时,焊接结合面也容易断裂,导致线路中断;除以上情况外,铜铝过渡线夹与电缆线之间的连接不牢固,也会导致线路中断,造成大面积停电的严重电网事故。
发明内容
[0003]本发明提供了一种防断防松铜铝过渡线夹,克服了上述现有技术之不足,其能有效解决现有铜铝过渡线夹的焊接结合面容易断裂的问题。
[0004]本发明的技术方案是通过以下措施来实现的:一种防断防松铜铝过渡线夹,包括铜体、铝体和顶紧螺钉;铜体的左端设有带有接线孔的铜片,铜体右端与铝体左端通过焊接固定连接在一起并形成焊接结合面,焊接结合面为斜面。
[0005]下面是对上述发明技术方案的进一步优化或/和改进:
上述焊接结合面处的铜体和铝体上可设有上下连通的销孔,在销孔内固定有加固销。
[0006]上述铝体的右部内设有开口向右的电缆插槽,在电缆插槽上端的铝体上左右间隔分布有至少两个螺纹顶丝孔,在螺纹顶丝孔内通过螺纹固定安装有能将电缆线端部顶紧固定在电缆插槽内的顶紧螺钉。
[0007]上述电缆插槽可内置有阻尼压板;顶紧螺钉的内端抵在阻尼压板上;位于左端的顶紧螺钉与电缆插槽左端槽底之间的阻尼压板上固定有能将阻尼压板右移限位的限位销。
[0008]上述阻尼压板可为直压板或截面呈弧形的弧形压板;或/和,电缆插槽内的顶紧螺钉上分别套装有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧的下端抵在阻尼压板上;或/和,阻尼压板的下端设有向左下方倾斜的防松倒齿。
[0009]上述还可包括带有弹性的柔性橡胶保护套;柔性橡胶保护套的左部弹性包裹在铝体的右部外。
[0010] 上述在顶紧螺钉上可通过螺纹固定安装有防松双螺母。
[0011] 上述螺纹顶丝孔可为上宽下窄的沉头螺纹孔,防松双螺母坐于螺纹顶丝孔的上部宽孔内。
[0012]本发明结构合理而紧凑,使用方便;焊接结合面为斜面的铜体和铝体,结合面积大,强度强度高,不易被外力破坏;使结合面连接更牢固,改善因发热氧化产生断裂的情况,使用寿命长;电缆线端部通过顶紧螺钉和阻尼压板压紧固定在铝体的电缆插槽内,拆装方便,可利用检修时间进行定期旋紧加固,始终保持连接牢固,改善接线松动情况,避免线路中断,保证电网正常运行。

如附图1、2所示,该防断防松铜铝过渡线夹包括铜体1、铝体2和顶紧螺钉5;铜体I的左端设有带有接线孔的铜片,铜体I右端与铝体2左端通过焊接固定连接在一起并形成焊接结合面,焊接结合面为斜面;
由于铜体I与铝体2之间的焊接结合面为斜面,相较于结合面为竖直面的铜铝过渡线夹,其结合面的面积更大,强度高,不易被外力破坏;使结合面连接更牢固,改善因发热氧化产生断裂的情况,增加铜铝过渡线夹的使用寿命。
[0022]可根据实际需要,对上述防断防松铜铝过渡线夹作进一步优化或/和改进:
如附图2所示,焊接结合面处的铜体I和铝体2上设有上下连通的销孔,在销孔内固定有加固销3。加固销3能够增加铜体I与铝体2的焊接强度,避免断裂。
[0023]如附图2所示,铝体2的右部内设有开口向右的电缆插槽4,在电缆插槽4上端的铝体2上左右间隔分布有至少两个螺纹顶丝孔,在螺纹顶丝孔内通过螺纹固定安装有能将电缆线11端部顶紧固定在电缆插槽4内的顶紧螺钉5。接电缆线11时,电缆线11端部自右至左插入电缆插槽4,利用顶紧螺钉5向电缆线11端部施加向下的压紧力,将电缆线11端部顶紧固定在电缆插槽4内,方便拆装;为避免接线松动,可利用设备检修时间,定期的将顶紧螺钉5旋紧加固,使电缆线11端部与铝体2始终保持连接牢固,改善接线松动情况,避免线路中断,保证电网正常运行。
[0024]如附图2所示,在电缆插槽4内置有阻尼压板6;顶紧螺钉5的内端抵在阻尼压板6上;位于左端的顶紧螺钉5与电缆插槽4左端槽底之间的阻尼压板6上固定有能将阻尼压板6右移限位的限位销7。
[0025]通过顶紧螺钉5向阻尼压板6施加向下的压紧力,将电缆线11端部压紧固定在电缆插槽4内;阻尼压板6与电缆线11端部的接触面积比顶紧螺钉5与电缆线11端部的接触面积大,受力均匀,不易损坏电缆线11端部;其次阻尼压板6与电缆线11端部之间为面接触,会产生更大的摩擦阻力,使电缆线11端部牢牢的固定在电缆插槽4内,防松动;限位销7起到对阻尼压板6移动限位的作用,避免阻尼压板6松脱滑出电缆插槽4,保证有效接线。
[0026]如附图4、5所示,阻尼压板6为直压板或截面呈弧形的弧形压板。
[0027]顶紧螺钉5施加压紧力时,直压板能够与顶紧螺钉5的底部完全接触,受力面积大,不易损坏;弧形压板能够与电缆线11端部完全贴合,接触面大,不易松动,连接更牢固。
[0028]如附图3所示,在电缆插槽4内的顶紧螺钉5上分别套装有压缩弹簧10,压缩弹簧10的下端抵在阻尼压板6上。除了顶紧螺钉5施加的压紧力以外,压缩弹簧10在该压紧力的基础上又施加给阻尼压板6—个弹性压力,增加阻尼压板6对电缆线11端部的作用力,使电缆线11端部与铝体2之间连接更牢固。
[0029]如附图3所示,在阻尼压板6的下端设有向左下方倾斜的防松倒齿8。防松倒齿8使阻尼压板6对电缆线11端部产生一定的抓力,起到防松脱的作用。
[0030]根据需要,还包括带有弹性的柔性橡胶保护套;柔性橡胶保护套的左部弹性包裹在铝体2的右部外。
[0031]电缆线11受自身重力作用向下弯曲时,会与铝体2之间形成点接触,重力集中;再加上风力的作用,导致电缆线在该点接触处容易产生断裂;因此为了改善上述状况,利用柔性橡胶保护套,将其包裹在铝体2右部及靠近铝体2的一段电缆线外,一方面,能够避免与铝体2之间形成点接触;另外还能将电缆线11自身重力产生的弯曲应力作用由点分散到段,避免电缆线11断裂。
[0032]如附图2所示,为防止顶紧螺钉5松动,在顶紧螺钉5上通过螺纹固定安装有防松双螺母9。
[0033]如附图2所示,为避免因安装防松双螺母9而使顶紧螺钉5过长干涉,螺纹顶丝孔为上宽下窄的沉头螺纹孔,防松双螺母9坐于螺纹顶丝孔的上部宽孔内。
[0034]以上技术特征构成了本发明的最佳实施例,其具有较强的适应性和最佳实施效果,可根据实际需要增减非必要的技术特征,来满足不同情况的需求。

Claims (10)

1.一种防断防松铜铝过渡线夹,其特征在于包括铜体、铝体和顶紧螺钉;铜体的左端设有带有接线孔的铜片,铜体右端与铝体左端通过焊接固定连接在一起并形成焊接结合面,焊接结合面为斜面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防断防松铜铝过渡线夹,其特征在于焊接结合面处的铜体和铝体上设有上下连通的销孔,在销孔内固定有加固销。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防断防松铜铝过渡线夹,其特征在于铝体的右部内设有开口向右的电缆插槽,在电缆插槽上端的铝体上左右间隔分布有至少两个螺纹顶丝孔,在螺纹顶丝孔内通过螺纹固定安装有能将电缆线端部顶紧固定在电缆插槽内的顶紧螺钉。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的防断防松铜铝过渡线夹,其特征在于电缆插槽内置有阻尼压板;顶紧螺钉的内端抵在阻尼压板上;位于左端的顶紧螺钉与电缆插槽左端槽底之间的阻尼压板上固定有能将阻尼压板右移限位的限位销。
5.根据权利要求3所述的防断防松铜铝过渡线夹,其特征在于电缆插槽内置有阻尼压板;顶紧螺钉的内端抵在阻尼压板上;位于左端的顶紧螺钉与电缆插槽左端槽底之间的阻尼压板上固定有能将阻尼压板右移限位的限位销。
6.根据权利要求4所述的防断防松铜铝过渡线夹,其特征在于阻尼压板为直压板或截面呈弧形的弧形压板;或/和,电缆插槽内的顶紧螺钉上分别套装有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧的下端抵在阻尼压板上;或/和,阻尼压板的下端设有向左下方倾斜的防松倒齿。
7.根据权利要求5所述的防断防松铜铝过渡线夹,其特征在于阻尼压板为直压板或截面呈弧形的弧形压板;或/和,电缆插槽内的顶紧螺钉上分别套装有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧的下端抵在阻尼压板上;或/和,阻尼压板的下端设有向左下方倾斜的防松倒齿。
8.根据权利要求1或2或5或6或7所述的防断防松铜铝过渡线夹,其特征在于还包括带有弹性的柔性橡胶保护套;柔性橡胶保护套的左部弹性包裹在铝体的右部外。
9.根据权利要求8所述的防断防松铜铝过渡线夹,其特征在于顶紧螺钉上通过螺纹固定安装有防松双螺母。
10.根据权利要求9所述的防断防松铜铝过渡线夹,其特征在于螺纹顶丝孔为上宽下窄的沉头螺纹孔,防松双螺母坐于螺纹顶丝孔的上部宽孔内。
